Nació el 26 de abril de 1894 en el seno de la pequeña comunidad alemana de Alejandría (Egipto).
Cuando contaba 14 años, fue educado con tutores privados. La familia Hess salió de Egipto en 1908. El 15 de Setiembre de 1908 ingresó en el Jugendinternat (Internado Juvenil) en Bad Godesberg. Joven serio y solitario, continuó sus estudios en Suiza.
En el año 1914, se produce el ultimátum que Austria le dio a Serbia, y se presentó como voluntario en el 7º Batallón de Artillería, siendo luego transferido a la Infantería. Tuvo su primera experiencia en combate el 4 de Setiembre de 1914, con una destacada actuación que lo hizo merecedor de la Cruz de Hierro de segunda clase. El 13 de Diciembre de 1918, recibió su baja del ejército. Fue en el arma aérea donde conoció a personas con influencias nacionalsocialistas.
El 1 de Julio de 1920 ingresó en el NSDAP (Partido Nacionalsocialista), como el miembro Nº 16. Uno de sus comandantes durante la guerra, el profesor Karl Haushofer, fue uno de los propulsores de la teoría del "Espacio Vital" que tanto influyó en el NSDAP. El 9 de noviembre de 1923 tomó parte en el putsch de Munich (intento nazi de derrocamiento del gobierno bávaro) y fue encarcelado con Adolf Hitler en Landsberg, convirtiéndose en secretario personal del líder nazi. Hess colaboró en el manuscrito de Mein Kampf (Mi Lucha) y fue liberado el 31 de diciembre de 1924.
En el año 1927 contrajo matrimonio con Lise Pröhl y el 18 de noviembre de 1937, fue padre de su único hijo Wolf Rüdiger. Es nombrado Lugarteniente del Führer por Hitler en el NSDAP convirtiéndose en el hombre más poderoso de Alemania, pues debía aprobar todas las decisiones ministeriales, excepto las de los ministerios de guerra y del exterior.
El 1 de diciembre de 1933, fue designado Ministro de Estado sin portafolio, por el Presidente Paul von Hindenburg. Cuando Hitler se convirtió en canciller de Alemania, le concedió el puesto de presidente del Comité Central del Partido Nacionalsocialista, en 1934 ascendió a ministro. Éste le nombró tercera figura política del Reich en 1939, situándole inmediatamente detrás del líder nazi Hermann Goering en la línea de sucesión.
Durante la II Guerra Mundial alcanzó su momento cumbre, realizó un vuelo en solitario a Escocia y tras su arresto inmediato, fue hecho prisionero de guerra y anunció que había volado a Gran Bretaña para persuadir al gobierno británico de que firmara la paz con Alemania. Se lanzó en paracaídas sobre la campiña británica tras un vuelo en solitario para una misión supuestamente pacificadora, absurda o incomprendida, Rudolf Hess no volvió a ser un hombre libre. No se sabe si su iniciativa fue provocada por la buena fe o por un desequilibrio mental.
En los juicios por crímenes de guerra celebrados en Nuremberg en 1945-1946, fue acusado como criminal de guerra. Es condenado a la pena de muerte que mas tarde fue conmutada por cadena perpetua, que cumplió en la prisión de Spandau, en Berlín Occidental de la que fue su único ocupante desde 1966.
Murió el 17 de agosto de 1987. Según la versión oficial se ahorcó en la prisión con un cable eléctricoa los 93 años tras más de 40 de cautiverio.

This postcard, copyright 1907 by E. Phillips, a U.S. card publisher, speaks for the universally high regard in which the swastika was held as a good luck token before use by the Nazis corrupted its meaning.
The text on the card back reads:
GOOD LUCK EMBLEM
"The Swastika" is the oldest cross and emblem in the world. It forms a combination of four "L's" standing for Luck, Light, Love and Life. It has been found in ancient Rome, excavations in Grecian cities, on Buddhist idols, on Chinese coins dated 315 B.C., and our own Southwest Indians use it as an amulet.
It is claimed that the Mound Builders and Cliff Dwellers of Mexico, Central America consider "The Swastika" a charm to drive away evil and bring good luck, long life and prosperity to the possessor.
It should be noted that this text is not entirely accurate: The Mound Builders inhabited the Ohio River Valley and the Cliff Dwellers lived in the Southwestern United States; however, both did use the swastika, as did the Mayas of Mexico. Furthermore, although the swastika may look like four "L's" to one who uses the Roman alphabet, in Greek it forms four Gammas ("G's"), in Hebrew it can be seen as four Daleths ("D's"), and among the non-literate people of North America, it corresponded to no letters at all. Thus the ascription of Luck, Light, Love, and Life to the amulet is simply an English mnemonic, although it is prettily reinforced on this card by images of a horseshoe (luck), the rising Sun (light), twin hearts (love), and Earth (life). Finally, not mentioned in the text is the swastika's use as the specific emblem of Ganesha, the Hindu god of good luck, who is also represented as an elephant.
At left is a very nice American-made beaded item from the 1920s that bears the initials J.B.Y. and a black swastika on a white background. It is a simple strap-woven seed-bead piece of the type often made for a merit badge by Girl and Boy Scouts, or, as in this case, woven on a "while you wait" basis by American Indians for tourists at places like the Fred Harvey hotel chain in Arizona and New Mexico. It was found in an estate collection of Native American bead-work that had been put away and wrapped in 1929-dated newspapers. The twisted cotton threads terminate in a brass pin for hanging.
The use of the swastika in domestic ornament was fairly common in the 19th century. I have seen a beautiful white wedding dress, circa 1900, covered all over with embroidered swastikas. It came from the trousseau of a Polish-German immigrant woman, a "mail-order-bride" who was married in the U.S.
The swastika or hackencreuz was not a Nazi symbol originally, but was adopted by them as a "lucky" logo. (Imagine a political party of butchering madmen adopting the four-leaf clover as their symbol!) Some people believe that the swastika has been permanently co-opted or ruined by its brief appropriation by the Nazis -- who stood it up diagonally and placed it in a circle rather than running it four-square, and gave it their brand-logo colour scheme of black, white, and red, thus making THEIR swastika a national seal, unlike the non-Nazi swastikas of varied colour and form one finds all around the world.
It is a common misconception, almost an urban legend of sorts, to impute directional or positional preference or meaning to the swastika, and to claim that the Nazis "reversed the swastika" or "rotated it backwards" and therefore rendered it "evil." But this idea that directionality is important in the history of swastika usage is demonstrably untrue: counter-balancing (bilaterally symmetrical) arrays of clockwise and counterclockwise swastikas are common in both ancient and modern Indian art.
I believe that these considerations concerning the left- and right-turning swastika arose after the Nazis adopted the device -- and were part of a failed attempt to salvage at least a part of its former meaning by establishing a "good swastika versus bad swastika" dichotomy. Unfortunately, this swastika purity restoration attempt failed because ancient monuments and steles do not bear the theory out: The swastika appears in both left- and right-turned models in virtually all past cultures with no "deosil" and "widdershins" thought behind the direction, nor with "good" or "evil" concepts attached. The Nazis tipped the swastika up on end (diagonally), but it is even found that way in some old historical artifacts as well, such as this lovely example of the lucky swastika -- an embossed and airbrushed American postcard of the 1905 - 1910 era, bearing the legend "To Darling Baby," accompanied by a lavender swastika and a bunch of Lily-of-the-Valley flowers.
Some people believe that the display of any sort of swastika should be forbidden because it is offensive to Jews. From first-hand experience, i can assure you that dozens of elderly German Jews i personally know who lived through or escaped the holocaust, were and are well aware that the swastika pre-dated the Nazis and do not consider it a Nazi symbol. One thing most of them have learned -- and have taught to me -- is that RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE is a key to preventing future holocausts. Therefore they honour and respect the religious iconography of others. including the Jains and the Hindus, who revere the swastika as a symbol of a symbol of long life, good health, and good luck, and the special symbol of the Hindu elephant headed god Ganesh. My own mother, a Jew raised in Germany in the early 20th century, tells me that her family's sun-porch had an inlaid tile design of swastikas on the floor -- and her mother once told her it was "wrong" of Hitler to use the symbol as a political emblem. The swastikas were still there on the floor when she and her family fled Germany to escape.

Geometrically, the swastika can be regarded as an irregular icosagon or 20-sided polygon. The proportions of the Nazi swastika were fixed based on a 5 × 5 diagonal grid.[5]
A right-facing swastika might be described as "clockwise" or "counter-clockwise".
The mirror-image forms are often described as:
clockwise and anti-clockwise;
left-facing and right-facing;
left-hand and right-hand.
"Left-facing" and "right-facing" are used mostly consistently referring to the upper arm of an upright swastika facing either to the viewer's left (卍) or right (卐). The other two descriptions are ambiguous as it is unclear whether they refer to the arms as leading or being dragged or whether their bending is viewed outward or inward. However, "clockwise" usually refers to the "right-facing" swastika. The terms are used inconsistently in modern times, which is confusing and may obfuscate an important point, that the rotation of the swastika may have symbolic relevance, although ancient vedic scripts describe the symbolic relevance of clock motion and counter clock motion.[citation needed] Less ambiguous terms might be "clockwise-pointing" and "counterclockwise-pointing."
Nazi ensigns had a through and through image, so both versions were present, one on each side, but the Nazi flag on land was right-facing on both sides and at a 45° rotation.[6]
The name "sauwastika" is sometimes given to the left-facing form of the swastika (卍).[7]
Among the earliest cultures utilizing swastika is the neolithic Vinča culture of South-East Europe (see Vinča symbols).
More extensive use of the Swastika can be traced to Ancient India, during the Indus Valley Civilazation.
The swastika is a repeating design, created by the edges of the reeds in a square basket-weave. Other theories attempt to establish a connection via cultural diffusion or an explanation along the lines of Carl Jung's collective unconscious.
The genesis of the swastika symbol is often treated in conjunction with cross symbols in general, such as the sun cross of pagan Bronze Age religion. Beyond its certain presence in the "proto-writing" symbol systems emerging in the Neolithic,[8] nothing certain is known about the symbol's origin. There are nevertheless a number of speculative hypotheses. One hypothesis is that the cross symbols and the swastika share a common origin in simply symbolizing the sun. Another hypothesis is that the 4 arms of the cross represent 4 aspects of nature - the sun, wind, water, soil. Some have said the 4 arms of cross are four seasons, where the division for 90-degree sections correspond to the solstices and equinoxes. The Hindus represent it as the Universe in our own spiral galaxy in the fore finger of Lord Vishnu. This carries most significance in establishing the creation of the Universe and the arms as 'kal' or time, a calendar that is seen to be more advanced than the lunar calendar (symbolized by the lunar crescent common to Islam) where the seasons drift from calendar year to calendar year. The luni-solar solution for correcting season drift was to intercalate an extra month in certain years to restore the lunar cycle to the solar-season cycle. The Star of David is thought to originate as a symbol of that calendar system, where the two overlapping triangles are seen to form a partition of 12 sections around the perimeter with a 13th section in the middle, representing the 12 and sometimes 13 months to a year. As such, the Christian cross, Jewish hexagram star and the Muslim crescent moon are seen to have their origins in different views regarding which calendar system is preferred for marking holy days. Groups in higher latitudes experience the seasons more strongly, offering more advantage to the calendar represented by the swastika/cross.

Carl Sagan in his book Comet (1985) reproduces Han period Chinese manuscript (the Book of Silk, 2nd century BC) that shows comet tail varieties: most are variations on simple comet tails, but the last shows the comet nucleus with four bent arms extending from it, recalling a swastika. Sagan suggests that in antiquity a comet could have approached so close to Earth that the jets of gas streaming from it, bent by the comet's rotation, became visible, leading to the adoption of the swastika as a symbol across the world.[9] Bob Kobres in Comets and the Bronze Age Collapse (1992) contends that the swastika like comet on the Han Dynasty silk comet atlas was labeled a "long tailed pheasant star" (Di-Xing) because of its resemblance to a bird's foot or track. Kobres goes on to suggest an association of mythological birds and comets also outside China.
In Life's Other Secret (1999), Ian Stewart suggests the ubiquitous swastika pattern arises when parallel waves of neural activity sweep across the visual cortex during states of altered consciousness, producing a swirling swastika-like image, due to the way quadrants in the field of vision are mapped to opposite areas in the brain.[10]
Alexander Cunningham suggested that the Buddhist use of the shape arose from a combination of Brahmi characters abbreviating the words su astí.[3]
The earliest swastika known has been found from Mezine, Ukraine. It is carved on late paleolithic figurine of mammoth ivory, being dated as early as about 10,000 BC. It has been suggested this swastika is a stylized picture of a stork in flight.[11]
In India, Bronze Age swastika symbols were found at Lothal and Harappa, on Indus Valley seals.[12] In England, neolithic or Bronze Age stone carvings of the symbol have been found on Ilkley Moor.
The swastika is also seen in Egypt during the Coptic period. Textile number T.231-1923 held at the V&A Museum in London includes small swastikas in its design. This piece was found at Qau-el-Kebir, near Asyut, and is dated between AD300-600.
The Tierwirbel (the German for "animal whorl" or "whirl of animals"[16]) is a characteristic motive in Bronze Age Central Asia, the Eurasian Steppe, and later also in Iron Age Scythian and European (Baltic[17] and Germanic) culture, showing rotational symmetric arrangement of an animal motive, often four birds' heads. Even wider diffusion of this "Asiatic" theme has been proposed, to the Pacific and even North America (especially Moundville).[18

Die Glocke (La campana, en aleman) es un supuesto proyecto ultrasecreto nazi, realizado durante la fase final de la segunda guerra mundial, el momento que aprovecharon muchos cientificos e ingenieros para presesntar planos de cohetes, aviones a reaccion y tanques de proporciones monstruosas que le hubieran dado un giro al curso de la guerra, conocidos como Wunderwaffen o armas maravillosas.
Lo que hace especial a la campana es el misterio que la rodea en torno a su supuesta existencia, asi como el fin que tenia, sigue siendo un misterio. La campana fue creada en las ultimas etapas de la segunda guerra mundial (1943-1945), en la locacion secreta nazi conocida como Der Riese, o el gigante, una base experimental ultrasecreta ubicada entre las montañas Owl y el castillo Ksiaz. Esta base constaba de 7 laboratorios, cubiertos bajo las montañas. La base fue construida por trabajadores forzados (sovieticos y polacos), vigilados por hombres de la Shutzstafell (SS).
La campana estaba hecha de un metal especialmente pesado y estaba encadenada al suelo.
Media 5 metros de alto, por 3 de diametro,en su parte frontal llevaba el simbolo nazi, tenia 2 cilindros giratorios que contenian una sustancia parecida al mercurio, llamada xerum 525, se dice tambien que este liquido era extremadamente radiactivo, y muchos de los científicos que trabajaban en la campana mientras esta estaba encendida, murieron de cancer, ademas esta sustancia fue el encargado de cumplir el fin para que la campana fue creada,y cuando giraban en sentido contrario desprendían un brillo de color violeta.
El exterior del artefacto estaba forrado con un material de ceramica; curiosamente los transbordadores espciales de la NASA, como el Columbia, estaban envueltos en su capa mas superficial por un revestimiento de losetas de ceramicas, que hacen la funcion de un aislante termico.
Los planos originales de la campana se perdieron luego de que gran parte de Der Riese fuese destruida por los aliados en 1945, luego de que fuera descubierta.
¿PERO QUE ERA LA CAMPANA NAZI Y PARA QUE SERVIA?
Cuando se ponia en funcionamiento la Campana los 2 cilindros rotatorios giraban contrariamente y el objeto se elevaba y se podia desplazar, el artefacto despedia unas radiaciones que llegaron a afectar a los cientificos del proyecto.
Era el primer prototipo de motor contra la gravedad y abrio un camino nuevo en el camino de la fisica y la tecnlologia. De este modo este ingenio tecnico podia servir como el sistema de propulsion que necesitaban los ovnis nazis que se estaban desarrollando en las ultimas fases de la guerra.
El proyecto ultrasecreto de la Campana nazi,estaba al mando del general de la SS Hans Kammler, un ingeniero cientifico que estaba involucrado tambien en el desarrollo de los misiles V-2, aviones a reaccion, alas volantes, ovnis nazis y construcciones subterraneas, entre otros proyectos.

Lo cierto es que al final de la guerra nunca se supo del general Kammler ni de la Campana nazi. Algunas teorias dicen que la Campana fue trasladada en un avion de carga, haciendo escala en Barcelona, España, hacia el cono sur americano entre Chile y Argentina, o incluso a la zona de la atlantida.
Sin embargo lo mas soprendente de la Campana nazi era que este proyecto secreto haiba sido desarrollado con los nombres de Kronos (tiempo) y Lanterntrager ( portador de luz), figurando en los documentos secretos extrañas referencias a una Puerta del Tiempo.
Parece que el verdadero secreto de la Campana nazi , es que podia ser una maquina del tiempo, que para funcionar, necesitaba activar su sistema de propulsores giratorios y realizar al mismo tiempo pequeños desplazamientos aereos. Y es que, efectivamente, una maquina del tiempo podia ser una gran arma efectiva, el arma definitiva, para cambiar el curso de la guerra.
Cuando el Ejército soviético estaba llegando a la aldea de Ludwigsdorf, hoy llamada Ludwikowice, el oficial de las Waffen SS, Karl Sporrenberg, por orden directa de Hitler, llevó a cabo la ejecución de 62 científicos nazis que trabajaban en el proyecto Die Glocke; unos hechos por los cuales fué juzgado posteriormente en los tribunales como criminal de guerra. Según Sporrenberg, el prototipo secreto habría sido trasladado a una zona de seguridad en Noruega..
El 9 de diciembre de 1965, un objeto volante desconocido, con forma de bellota o de campana, se estrelló en las proximidades de la localidad estadounidense de Kecksburg, en Pensilvania. Este suceso fué conocido en el estudio de la Ufología como el caso de Kecksburg. Die Glocke ("la campana", en alemán) es un supuesto experimento ultrasecreto nazi, realizado durante la última fase de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, el momento que aprovecharon muchos científicos e ingenieros para presentar planos de cohetes y tanques dantescos que darían un giro al curso de la guerra, conocidos como las Wunderwaffen, o "armas maravillosas". The Pleiades by Elihu Vedder (1885)
In Greek mythology, the Pleiades were seven sisters: Maia, Electra, Alcyone, Taygete, Asterope, Celaeno and Merope.
However only six stars in the Pleiades constellation are distinctly visible to the naked eye. The Japanese name for the Pleiades is Subaru, which in Japanese translates into “to govern.” World trade and the corporations that centralize it truly govern the world.
The Subaru car maker uses the six visible stars of the Pleiades as its logo:
The ancient Greeks explained the sudden disappearance of the seventh star in various narratives. According to one, all the Pleiades were consorts to gods, with the exception of Merope. She deserted her sisters in shame, having taken a mortal husband, Sisyphus, the King of Corinth. Another explanation for the ‘lost’ star related to the myth of the Electra, an ancestress of the royal house of Troy. After the destruction of Troy, the grief stricken Electra abandoned her sisters and was transformed into a comet – everafter to be a sign of impending doom. -Source
The above reminds me of the PATH of Comet Elenin which reaches perihelion on 9/11/11 and whose tail will come closest to the Earth on 11/11/11. I recommend listening to Richard Hoagland on this subject.
Perhaps the 9/11 Memorial entitled Reflecting Absence symbolizes the missing Pleiadian sister?
There is more to the Pleiadian mythos that is worth understanding:
The Pleiades were the virgin companions of Artemis, to the ancient Greeks, the goddess of hunting and the Moon. Whilst stalking a hind [deer], the great hunter Orion crept into a sunlit glade, disturbing the innocent play of the sisters. They fled in alarm.
His immoderate passions enflamed by their beauty and grace, he pursued them relentlessly, as was fitting for the greatest mortal hunter. In frustration, Artemis pleaded with Zeus for his intervention. With characteristic olympian sarcasm, he did.
As the hunter closed in on his prey, Zeus transformed the sisters into a flock of doves. They flew into the heavens, beyond the reach of their pursuer, but also removed from earthly companionship with the goddess! -Source
The word Pleiades comes from the Greek peleiades which means flock of doves. Speaking of, the World Trade Center Transportation Hub is nested between WTC 2 and WTC 3.
On September 6, 2005 Gov. George Pataki, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and other city, state, and federal officials gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony for the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub.
“This is a momentous occasion for the World Trade Center site and for the rebirth of Lower Manhattan,” Pataki said before a crowd gathered in the World Trade Center site.
Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, who also spoke at the ceremony, designed the building in the shape of a bird in flight. In January 2004, when he unveiled his initial design concept, Calatrava said that he drew his inspiration from the image of a child releasing a bird. That image — evoking freedom and rebirth — came to life at the end of the ceremony when Calatrava’s daughter, Sophia, released two white doves into the blue sky above the site where the Twin Towers once stood. -Source
Doves and pigeons constitute the bird family Columbidae, long used in magical rituals, which I explored in my Never A Straight Answer post.

Costs of Calatrava’s Bird Keep on Soaring at Ground Zero
What’s the priciest part of the new World Trade Center? Nope, not 1 WTC, which will be America’s tallest building. The answer is a train station that will be used by New Jersey commuters and Red Bulls soccer fans, at a price tag of $3.4 billion—and climbing! That’s according to the Bergen Record, which obtained a federal report that says the final cost of architect Santiago Calatrava’s WTC transportation hub—the PATH train station and underground connections to the Fulton Street Transit Center and World Financial Center—might be $3.8 billion. -Source
Herbert Muschamp, architecture critic of The New York Times, wrote:
“Santiago Calatrava’s design for the World Trade Center PATH station should satisfy those who believe that buildings planned for ground zero must aspire to a spiritual dimension. Over the years, many people have discerned a metaphysical element in Mr. Calatrava’s work. I hope New Yorkers will detect its presence, too.” -Source
Fellow researcher Chad Stuemke dug up the fact that The Discovery Channel had a special called RISING (Rebuilding Ground Zero), the name obviously suggesting the phoenix. Here are some quotes Chad pulled out of RISING:
This is Ground Zero’s new gateway.
Calatrava’s Transportation Hall is an iconic gateway that links subway, street, and sky.
Beneath the new skyscrapers an iconic gateway is filling the void.
Project architect Mike Garz said, “I just look forward to a time when that space opens to the heavens and I can see the angels coming to collect the souls.”
OK now this inter-dimensional gateway is really starting to creep me out.
Calatrava’s above ground structure is literally called Oculus, meaning eye. -Source
The Oculus structure measures 330 feet in length and connects 13 PATH trains underground. Calatrava says the design is inspired by the crown on the Statue of Liberty. Architecture critics have compared it to a winged dinosaur. -Source
Oculus is also the name of the art installation in the underground Chambers Street / WTC subway station. See my post on Ellipses for more on this.

Calatrava’s Transportation Hub replaces a temporary PATH station that had to be built after the underground system was destroyed on 9/11. The temporary station put two uptown services into operation: Newark–33rd Street (red) and Hoboken–33rd Street (blue).
The underground part of the new PATH hall will look like this:
The RISING special says, “PATH Hall sits directly below Memorial Plaza and consists of a spine with 25 vertebrae connecting 275 extending ribs.”
Fellow researcher Mark Gray points out that Swans have 25 cervical vertebrae. And 275 / 25 = 11
In the name of security, Santiago Calatrava’s bird has grown a beak. Its ribs have doubled in number and its wings have lost their interstices of glass…. The main transit hall, between Church and Greenwich Streets, will almost certainly lose some of its delicate quality, while gaining structural expressiveness. It may now evoke a slender stegosaurus more than it does a bird. -Source
Most researchers now support the view that birds are a group of theropod dinosaurs. The Transportation Hub looks to me like a monumental reptilian eye. Check out the Reptilian Agenda for another deep dark rabbit hole.
The Wedge of Light
Daniel Liebeskind won the competition to be the master plan architect for the reconstruction of the World Trade Center site. Liebeskind’s buildings include the Jewish Museum in Berlin, the Danish Jewish Museum in Copenhagen, the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco, the Wohl Centre in Israel, and the Imperial War Museum North in the UK.
Liebeskind’s concept for WTC2, called the “wedge of light,” states that no shadows shall be cast on the memorial park on September 11th. Lord Foster designed the top of the building like a wedge with four rhombi at the top.
Speaking of the Pleiades, shadows, and Lords:
Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name. -Amos 5:8

The Transportation Hall was also supposedly designed so at the exact time the second tower collapsed, every Sept. 11th at 10:28am, the sun enters the transportation hub illuminating the building with light.
However Eli Attia, an architect who has been a frequent critic of the rebuilding process, published a study showing that 40 percent to 99 percent of the Wedge of Light would be in shadow cast by the Millenium Hilton Hotel during the times when Mr. Libeskind had said it would be free of shadows.
Mr. Libeskind won the enthusiastic support of both Gov. George E. Pataki and Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg with his design, and Mr. Pataki ensured Mr. Libeskind’s selection for the ground zero commission when he overruled a committee of directors of the development corporation, which had recommended the selection of the other finalist, a group of architects known as Think. -Source
This situation reminds me of how I.M. Pei was selected for the Louvre Pyramid design without a competition and then how Mitterand stepped in and selected Johann Otto von Spreckelsen to be the architect of the La Grande Arche even though he wasn’t winning the national design competition for the megaproject. Sometimes competitions are a necessary sham when secret architecture has long been in the pipeline.
“Richard Meier, the eminent architect who participated in the ground zero design competition — and who therefore lost to Mr. Libeskind — disagreed [with the fact that shadows fall on the wedge of light]. ”How could you not take it literally?” he asked. ”He didn’t say that the sun would be reflected off buildings and that illumination would somehow create a wedge of light.’
Terence Riley, the chief curator for the department of architecture and design at the Museum of Modern Art, took a historical view. ”Given the long history of solar orientation in architectural design, I don’t suppose it is unreasonable for people to have assumed that the Wedge of Light would be illuminated by direct sunlight on Sept. 11,” he said. -Source
Light is obviously very important to this mega-ritual in the making. Mark Gray discovered one more timely piece of the puzzle:
On 9-11-11 at sunset, the famous “Tribute in Light” will return to the skies above New York City for the night. The tribute is comprised of “88” 7,000-watt xenon light bulbs, arranged in 48-foot squares inspired by the shape and orientation of the Twin Towers. The illuminated memorial reaches four miles into the sky and is visible from as far as 30 miles away. The two arrays cast the strongest shaft of light ever projected from Earth into the night sky. -Source

The Tribute in Light ought to get the light bearer’s attention, don’t you think?
Grant Chamberlin pointed out in a comment on this post that the 88 light bulbs in the Tribute in Light might be significant. This is another dark rabbit hole, but if we are to be whole and healthy we must have the courage to look into our shadows.
The 8s stand for the eighth letter of the alphabet (H), with ‘HH’ standing for “Heil Hitler”. -Source
The phrase “Heil Hitler” was inspired by a statement, 88 words in length, from Volume 1, Chapter 8 of Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf:
What we must fight for is to safeguard the existence and reproduction of our race and our people, the sustenance of our children and the purity of our blood, the freedom and independence of the fatherland, so that our people may mature for the fulfillment of the mission allotted it by the creator of the universe. Another such illuminist monument was called the Cathedral of Light:
The cathedral of light was a main aesthetic feature of the Nuremberg Rallies. It was the brainchild of Albert Speer, who was commissioned by Adolf Hitler to design and organise the Nuremberg Parade Grounds for the annual celebrations. It is still considered amongst Speer’s most important works.
The effect was a brilliant one, both from within the design and on the outside. -Source
The primary aspect of the Nuremberg Rallies was to strengthen the personality cult of Adolf Hitler, portraying Hitler as Germany’s saviour, chosen by providence. The gathered masses listened to the Führer’s speeches, swore loyalty and marched before him. Representing the Volksgemeinschaft as a whole, the rallies served to demonstrate the might of the German people.
The visitors of the rallies by their own free will were subordinate to the discipline and order in which they should be reborn as a new people. -Source
The Cathedral of Christ the Light also resonates with this post:

The worship space in Christ the Light is a vesica pisces shape, the shape formed by the intersection of two circles [symbol of the female generative organs]. The walls are composed of overlapping panels of wood and glass rising skyward to form the vault, much like the scales of a fish.
The Catholic Cathedral Corporation of the East Bay instituted a design competition for Christ the Light. Various designs were judged and the corporation announced Santiago Calatrava (architect of the PATH Transportation Hall and Sundial Bridge) as the winner. Calatrava’s design for Christ the Light was chosen before a site was appropriated for the project.
However, by the time a site was chosen, Calatrava’s design fell out of favor and instead replaced by a design of competition runner-up Craig W. Hartman, FAIA of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM). -Source

20 April 1292 Jaques de Molay became the Grand Master of the Knights Templar
Joseph Ratzinger joined the Hitler Youth in 1941 when, according to him and his supporters, it became compulsory for all German boys. Millions of Germans were in a position similar to that of Joseph Ratzinger and his family, so why spend so much time focusing on him? Because he is no longer merely Joseph Ratzinger, or even a Catholic Cardinal — he is now Pope Benedict XVI. None of the other Germans who joined the Hitler Youth, were part of the military in Nazi Germany, lived near a concentration camp, and watched Jews being rounded up for death camps has ever become pope. -Source
Pope Benedict prayed for “eternal light and peace” at ground zero on a black square pool on the 111th day of the year (2008 was a leap year).
On September 11th there are 111 days remaining until the end of the year. The original Twin Towers had 111 floors if you count the roof. See my post on 110-111.

The distance from the center of the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Customs House (built over the location of the original Fort Amsterdam) to the center of the Freedom Tower is exactly 1000 meters.
The distance from the corner of Reflecting Absence (former WTC North Tower) to the center of the Customs House is 888 meters.
The elliptical glass (see Ellipses) in the rotunda has 88 rays.

Eighty-eight (88) symbolizes fortune and good luck since the word 8 sounds similar to the word Fā (发, which implies 发财, or wealth, in Mandarin). The number 8 is considered to be the luckiest number of all in Chinese culture and prices in Chinese supermarkets can often be found containing many 8’s The Chinese government has even been auctioning auto license plates containing many 8s for tens of thousands of dollars. The 2008 Beijing Olympics opened on 8/8/08 at 8 p.m.. -Source

Jan Thulstrup uncovered an amazing connection in Psalm 119 which is the longest chapter in the Bible.
Psalm 119 is divided into twenty-two stanzas, one stanza for each letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Each stanza begins with the corresponding letter of the Hebrew alphabet.
Each stanza has 8 verses, composed as octaves (from the Latin octo meaning “eight”) in music.

The Coronado Swastika has been known for a while but I thought I’d post it here. It’s hard for me to believe that this was an accident.

How asleep could you expect an architect to be to build a compound in the shape of a swastika on a US military base?

If the architect was a Nazi or just into sacred Buddhist symbolism then how could the higher ups in the military not notice this obvious plan either?
The Wikipedia article on the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado says this was an ‘oversight’ back in 1967 when it was designed and again when it was built in 1970.
The Navy has fully utilized this building complex for more than 35 years, and intends to continue the use of the buildings, as long as they remain adequate for the needs of the service. However, in early 2007 the San Diego chapter of the Anti-Defamation League and U.S. Representative Susan Davis began quiet talks with the Navy, and on September 26, 2007 the Navy announced that they would budget up to $600,000, starting in the fiscal year that begins October 1, to modify the buildings’ walkways, “camouflage” landscaping and rooftop photovoltaic cells to hide the swastika look from the air.
Nothing seems to have changed as of the date 8/24/2010 on the Google Earth satellite imagery. I’m not sure how PV panels on the roof and landscaping could ever hide this obvious symbol.
Extraterrestrials in Coronado?
I have another story about the Coronado base that comes down through my family. My great uncle eventually became an Admiral in the US Navy and I did meet him once before he died when I was about 17 years old. In fact he was quite a war hero in WWII.
His daughter tells me this story with her permission to publish:
In Paris he was part of some very hush hush stuff at SHAPE. Wonder about that. [See Bob Dean interview on Project Camelot] And of course I told you on his death bed he said it was time to continue building the space ships…in Coronado I saw an ET one night and my Dad was downstairs with Military men…I remember he didn’t dismiss me just looked wide-eyed when I described the ET. Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay is located just inside the Golden Gate Bridge which spans the Golden Gate waterway leading from the Pacific Ocean into the Bay. This waterway is the Vesica Pisces which is symbolized with the 2 octagons of Treasure Island, and suggests the water of the Pacific, which is the womb that holds within it, the New World Baby, which will be born as it passes through the birth canal, under the Golden Gate Bridge, and cleanses the old world in judgment. From the information above, the location of Treasure Island and the DOUBLE OCTAGON, or the DOUBLE MOONS, are strategically placed to implant within the subconscious the birth of a New World Order. The octagon itself is produced by taking 1 four cornered square and rotating it 45 degrees and then laying it over the other square. This forms an octagon. Each square in itself is actually a CROSS when a line is drawn from each corner which intersect in the middle of the square. Therefore an octagon is a DOUBLE CROSS, or a DOUBLE MOON. And when joined with another octagon, Double Cross, Double Moon, it forms the letter 8, which is symbolic of the Moon Flood Goddess as shown on the chart of Treasure Island above.

16 silver dollars suggests the Lion King, the Sun/Son of Sacrifice, and relates to the USA and its total history of 237 years. Otras tradiciones orales y escritas, que comenzaron con los primeros cristianos y continuaron en la Edad Media, aseguran que el rico judío José de Arimatea se preocupó de preservar la cruz, los clavos, la corona de espinas y el sudario del que Cristo se levantó al tercer día. Paralelamente a estas historias -basadas en tradiciones celtas y en fragmentos de hechos históricos- subsistía la historia de que la Lanza, por lo menos, había sobrevivido a los siglos, pasando a veces a buenas manos, a veces a otras menos dignas. A principios de este siglo existían por lo menos cuatro «Santas Lanzas» en Europa. Quizá la más conocida fuera la que se conservaba en el Vaticano, aunque la Iglesia Católica parecía considerarla sólo una curiosidad. Ciertamente, las autoridades papales nunca le atribuyeron poderes sobrenaturales.
Una segunda lanza estaba en París, adonde había sido llevada por San Luis en el siglo XIII, cuando volvió de la cruzada a Palestina.
Otra, conservada en Cracovia (Polonia), era sólo una copia de la lanza de los Habsburgo. Ésta es, posiblemente, la que posee una genealogía mejor. Fue descubierta en Antioquía, en 1098, durante la primera cruzada, pero el misterio -y posiblemente la imaginación oscurecieron las circunstancias del hallazgo. Las tradiciones germánicas, que no coinciden demasiado con esas fechas, afirman que la lanza de los Habsburgo fue llevada como talismán por Carlomagno, en el siglo IX, durante 47 campañas victoriosas. También le había conferido poderes de clarividencia. Carlomagno murió cuando la dejó caer accidentalmente.

La Fascinación De La Lanza

Ésta era la leyenda del arma que tanto fascinaba al joven Hitler. Durante su primera visita a la lanza la estudió con todo detalle. Medía 30 cm de longitud, y terminaba en una punta delgada, en forma de hoja; en algún momento, el filo había sido ahuecado para admitir un clavo -al parecer, uno de los usados en la crucifixión-. El clavo estaba sujeto con un hilo de oro. La lanza se había partido y las dos partes estaban unidas por una vaina de plata; dos cruces de oro habían sido incrustadas en la base, cerca del puño.
Estos detalles que describen la fascinación de Hitler ante la lanza de los Habsburgo provienen del testimonio del doctor Walter Johannes Stein, matemático, economista y ocultista que afirmaba haber conocido al futuro Führer justo antes de la guerra del 14. Stein, que había nacido en Viena en 1891, era hijo de un rico abogado. Sería un erudito y un aventurero intelectual hasta su muerte, en 1957. Se licenció en ciencias y se doctoró en investigaciones psicofísicas por la Universidad de Viena. Luego se convirtió en experto en arqueología, arte bizantino primitivo e historia medieval; durante la primera guerra mundial, como oficial del ejército austríaco, fue condecorado por su valor.
En 1928 publicó un excéntrico panfleto, Historia del mundo a la luz del Santo Grial, que circuló por Alemania, Holanda y Gran Bretaña. Cinco años después, el Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler ordenó que se obligara a Stein a trabajar en el «Buró ocultista» de los nazis, pero Stein huyó a Gran Bretaña. La segunda guerra mundial le sorprendió trabajando como agente del espionaje británico. Si es mal usada, por importantes y comprensibles que sean las razones, las consecuencias pueden ser catastróficas para personas totalmente inocentes.

Según Stein, Hitler tenía conciencia de este concepto ya en 1912; de hecho, fue la obsesión de Hitler por la lanza y su poder de «varita mágica» el motivo de que los dos hombres de conocieran. En el verano de 1912, el doctor Stein compró una edición de Parsival, romance sobre el Grial del poeta alemán del siglo XIII Wolfram von Eschenbach, a un librero ocultista de Viena. Estaba llena de comentarios manuscritos en los márgenes, que mostraban una combinación de sabiduría ocultista y racismo patológico. En las guardas, su anterior propietario había anotado su nombre: Adolf Hitler.
A través del librero, Stein encontró a Hitler y pasó muchas horas con él, horrorizado pero fascinado. Aunque pasarían años antes de que el mísero pintor de cromos diera los primeros pasos por el camino del poder, poseía ya un carisma maligno. A través de su tortuoso discurso, una obsesión destacaba claramente: tenía un destino místico que cumplir y, según Stein, la lanza era la clave.
Hitler describió a Stein cómo había adquirido la lanza su especial significado para él:
Lentamente me apercibí de una presencia poderosa que la rodeaba, la misma impresionante presencia que había experimentado interiormente en esas ocasiones únicas de mi vida en que había sentido que un gran destino me aguardaba... una ventana en el futuro que se abría, a través de la cual veía, en un relámpago de iluminación, un hecho futuro, en función del cual sabía, más allá de toda contradicción, que la sangre de mis venas se transformaría algún día en el vehículo del espíritu de mi pueblo.
Hitler nunca reveló la naturaleza de su «visión», pero Stein creía que se había visto a sí mismo un cuarto de siglo después en la Heldenplatz, frente al palacio Hofburg, dirigiéndose a los nazis austríacos y a los desconcertados ciudadanos vieneses. Allí, el 14 de marzo de 1938, el Führer alemán anunciaría su anexión de Austria al Reich alemán... y daría la orden de llevar los atributos de los Habsburgo a Nüremberg, hogar espiritual del movimiento nazi.
Una Curiosa Primacía
La arena de Luitpold, en Nüremberg, escena de los más espectaculares mítines nazis de la preguerra, presenció el desfile informal de los soldados americanos victoriosos en abril de 1945.
La toma de posesión del tesoro constituyó un gesto de benevolencia sorprendente, considerando que Hitler despreciaba a la casa de Habsburgo, a la que consideraba traidora a la raza germánica. Sin embargo, el 13 de octubre, la lanza y otros objetos fueron cargados en un tren blindado provisto de una guardia de SS, y cruzaron la frontera alemana. Fueron instalados en el vestíbulo de la iglesia de Santa Catalina, donde Hitler pensaba instalar un museo de guerra nazi. Stein creía que, cuando Hitler tuviera la lanza en su poder, sus ambiciones latentes de conquista empezarían a crecer y florecer.
Si los conocimientos de Hitler sobre la historia de la lanza eran tan amplios como decía Stein, tiene que haber estado al tanto de las leyendas sobre el destino de Carlomagno, Barbarroja y todos cuantos la habían blandido como un arma y habían perecido cuando escapó a su control. La leyenda parece haber sido confirmada por una inquietante coincidencia que marcó el final de su conexión con la Lanza.
Después de los intensos bombardeos aliados de octubre de 1944, durante los cuales Nüremberg sufrió enormes daños, Hitler ordenó que la lanza, junto con el resto del tesoro de los Habsburgo, fuera enterrada en una bóveda construida especialmente. Seis meses después, el Séptimo Ejército norteamericano había rodeado la antigua ciudad, defendida por 22.000 SS, 100 panzers y 22 regimientos de artillería. Durante cuatro días, la veterana división Thunderbird martilleó a estas formidables defensas hasta que el 20 de abril de 1945 -el día en que Hitler cumplía 56 años- la bandera americana victoriosa fue izada sobre las ruinas.
Durante los días siguientes, mientras las tropas norteamericanas localizaban a los supervivientes nazis y comenzaba el largo proceso de los interrogatorios, la Compañía C del Tercer regimiento del Gobierno Militar, al mando del teniente William Horn, era enviada en busca del tesoro de los Habsburgo. Por casualidad, un proyectil había facilitado su tarea, volando una pared de ladrillo y dejando a la vista la entrada de la bóveda. Después de algunas dificultades con las puertas de acero de la misma, el teniente Horn entró en la cámara subterránea y echó una ojeada a la polvorienta oscuridad. Allí, sobre un lecho de descolorido terciopelo rojo, estaba la fabulosa lanza de Longinos. El teniente Horn extendió la mano y tomó posesión de la lanza en nombre del gobierno de los Estados Unidos. La fecha, 30 de abril de 1945, está registrada en los textos de historia.
Y, por escépticos que sean los críticos -acerca de Walter Stein, el ocultismo en general y las leyendas de la Santa Lanza en particular- también es un hecho histórico que a unos cientos de kilómetros de distancia, en un bunker de Berlín, Adolf Hitler eligió esa tarde para coger una pistola y quitarse la vida.
