Hello. I want to tell you that Patch generates a message either by specifying a specific message ID, or in schedule mode. By default Patch the same message template will not be sent more than once a day. In the case of a contact list, the message is always processed, but individual contact emails are sent no more than once a day. As detailed in the Patch reviews here https://patch.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html this is useful for testing or resubmitting a corrected message.
