Hi! My Roku device worked fine for a while and then stopped connecting to the internet. Tried all kinds of tweaks and resets to troubleshoot but nothing worked. When I wanted to talk to them on the phone, unfortunately, I couldn't find the roku phone number so I had to write to their support team. A day later, of course, they answered me and advised me what could be done to make my device start working. After completing all the steps, my player started working as before, and so far I am pleased with its performance.
