Good afternoon. I had an amazing trip from Pittsburgh to New York. The Megabus bus arrived just in time, and I got into the seat I had booked without any problems. The bus driver (named Tony) was very friendly and fun throughout the 7-8 hours of driving, which made the whole trip quite fun. He told a lot of jokes, and all the passengers around me were laughing. The whole atmosphere on the bus was great! I never expected this from a long bus ride, but honestly, I would do it again if Megabus' Tony was the driver every time.
