Remnants of ancient stone structures placed on top of a man made mound in Australia may be much older than Stonehenge. Frederic Slater, who was the President of the Australian Archaeological and Education Research Society in 1939, wrote that these stone structures formed “the basis of all knowledge, all science, all history and all forms of writing.”
Steven and Evan Strong continue to investigate this site as some of the the structures were taken down in the 1940's by government decree.
