Although AOL isn't completely clear on what causes this problem, many people are blaming "spammy emails" for the emergence of this problem. Users may see this message if the email's body contains what AOL regards to be "bad links." As it turns out, these links are most often generated by software that automatically incorporate non-FQDN (fully qualified domain names) URLs into sent emails, rather than being included by users on purpose. Get in touch with your email administrator if you receive this error message. It's possible that spammers have taken over your user account and are using it to spread spam messages. AOL maintains an internal AOL IP blacklist, and if spam traffic originates from your IP address, it will be added to the list. We have more info here.
