Honestly I love the designs of CARD.com now I’ve been with you guys for years now and it’s just a customer service they don’t understand you the English is not good and or they want to get off the phone they don’t go the extra mile to help you like some banks and I just loyal by default obviously because I’m still here hoping for the best my money has been taken from my account summers been replaced some have not so I could be overwhelming at times especially now that I’ve lost my mom so better customer service that understand English and or when money shouldn’t be taken out of the account and if it does it should be put back by law so that’s why I gave it three stars maybe I should’ve done it two
Hey there! I like the card com and everything about it except the fact that they do not offer virtual cards. Very inconvenient when wanting funds especially around a 2 day weekend and holiday week within one week. No other way to access funds but to transfer to another bank and that takes time as well,no better than waiting for card....
