I recently got their home internet service. I am happy with the service I am getting. I am not happy with customer service as I just went through a nightmare with them for 45 minutes to get an account number. I just wanted to sign up so I can manage my account online. I gave them phone number but since it was a verizon phone, it didnt count. I gave them the number off the back of the gateway so they could send it a message. Finally I was looking at an aFib attack so I told the hard to understand person on the other end, I would never use them for anything serious. Funny, somehow they have my credit card number and it seems to work. What a waste of time.
