LA SERIE DEL ZORRO TIENE UNA CONNOTACION CON LA LUNA LLENA/OSTIA/MATEO 8/ZOROBABEL

El Zorro es una serie de televisión producida por Walt Disney en los años cincuenta originalmente en blanco y negro. La serie toma lugar en Los Ángeles, cuando era parte de la antigua California española, donde el pueblo está oprimido por sus gobernantes.
En 1992 se lanzó una remasterización agregando color a la serie.

1820 llega al pueblo español de Los Ángeles don Diego de la Vega (Guy Williams), el “joven” hijo de don Alejandro de la Vega, que había pasado los últimos años estudiando en una universidad de España. Allí había conocido a Bernardo (Gene Sheldon), un hombre mudo quien se había puesto a sus servicios. Para aparentar que ahora era un hombre nuevo, don Diego les hizo creer a todos que a él ahora lo que más le interesaba en el mundo era un buen libro, que no se metía en política ni buscaba líos con nadie; que ni siquiera sabía manejar bien la espada (que en aquella época era un requisito esencial de defensa). En cuanto a Bernardo, se hizo pasar por sordomudo, lo cual no fue muy difícil ya que era mudo para empezar, y se había entrenado para no reaccionar violentamente a los sonidos repentinos (como un disparo).
Cuando don Diego ve cómo el pueblo está siendo tratado por el actual comandante del cuartel de Los Ángeles (el capitán Monasterio), los altos impuestos de su excelencia el magistrado, y demás injusticias que se cometen, decide actuar. Pero, para no desencajar con su nueva personalidad de “joven literato” lo único que puede hacer es escribir una carta al gobernador de España que está en Monterrey, pero su padre, don Alejandro de la Vega le informa que el correo está intervenido.
Rabioso por no poder hacer nada, y porque su padre ahora cree que él es un cobarde, va a pelear. El único problema es que "si actúo abiertamente, como lo quiere mi padre, solo lo estaré poniendo en riesgo a él" entonces le dice a Bernardo (quien no tiene que fingir que es sordo-mudo frente a él) "Si no puedes vestir la piel de león, entonces viste la del zorro. Pues bien, de ahora en adelante seré ¡El Zorro! y agarra una espada con la que marca una Z, consigna que lo caracterizaría por el resto de la serie.
Desde entonces peleó contra el capitán Monasterio (o cualquier injusticia) con su antifaz, su capa negra, y más que todo, su espada, pero siempre escapaba montado en su caballo negro, Tornado (o en las ocasiones en que está en Monterrey en Fantasma que era blanco).

Well since we are talking about Religion and Spiritual works I guess I can chime in here the unique place given to women as proclaimers in the Fourth Gospel was quite different from that of other first-century Christian churches (Brown 1979: 183). This is very consistent with the hypothesis which says that the Fourth Gospel was, in fact, authored by a woman -- i.e., Mary Magdalene.
* there is solid extrabiblical documentary evidence which establishes a strong tradition among, at least some, Gnostic Christians naming Mary Magdalene as the disciple whom Jesus loved the most. This is strong external evidence which corroborates the identification of Mary Magdalene as the Beloved Disciple;
* there is a well-established historical link between the Fourth Gospel and Gnostic Christians which predates both the canonization of the Fourth Gospel and the ascription of its authorship to John of Zebedee (Perkins: 946). This corroborates the hypothesis which says that the Secessionists of the Johannine Community brought their pre-canonical Fourth Gospel with them into the Gnostic Christian communities after the schism;
* there is the strong internal evidence which shows extensive structural inconsistencies in the two passages of the Fourth Gospel which contain both Mary Magdalene and the Beloved Disciple appearing together. This corroborates the hypothesis which says that a redactor re-edited prior pre-canonical versions of the Fourth Gospel as discussed above;
* the "one-upmanship" of the Beloved Disciple in relation to Peter in the Fourth Gospel is very similar to the relationship between Peter and Mary Magdalene in the Nag Hammadi Corpus. This helps to corroborate the hypothesis which says that the Fourth Gospel's Beloved Disciple and Mary Magdalene are, in reality, one and the same;
* there are many accurate references in the Fourth Gospel to Holy Land places and customs which denote eyewitness authorship by someone who lived in the Holy Land before the destruction of the Temple in A.D. 70 (Brown 1979: 22). Mary Magdalene was most certainly in a position to give very vivid and accurate eyewitness accounts of the events depicted in the Fourth Gospel. This might explain some striking differences between the Fourth Gospel and the Synoptic Gospels which, according to most biblical scholars, were pseudonymous and not written by eyewitnesses;

You might want to acquaint yourself with "Vatican II", Bill, as clearly you know nothing whatsoever about its purpose or its outcome. The problem for the conference in 1969 was that Pope Gregory cited no sources whatsoever when he pronounced this conflation in a homily, it was his own judgment call - and it was heavily criticized within the Church of Rome as well as without ever since. The Greek bishops flat-out rejected it (this happened centuries before the Catholic-Orthodox schism rendered the "One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church" into two camps). So it wasn't a matter of Gregory having "more" or "less" information than what can be read in the canonical gospels today. He made a controversial judgment call that only became part of Catholic doctrine because of who he was - the Bishop of Rome. Centuries later during the reformation of the Roman Calendar of Saints (a process which saw many, many traditional saints "de-canonized" for lack of evidence of their very existence) that conflation was examined and found to be flawed on a logical basis. This is why they changed the Missal - because the anointing story in John identified Mary of Bethany as the anointer, not Mary Magdalene. Now, you can refuse to accept that 1969 revision if you so choose; but if the conflation holds, then Magdalene is still a harlot. I'm sure you'll do your best to try to maneuver your way out of that conundrum by cherry-picking only those bits from the four anointing narratives that create the picture you wish to paint. TCP
