There is no such thing. It’s physically impossible.

Censoring means to decide what to show and what not to show. So unless a source is showing everything, all the time, then someone is making a decision what to show and what not to show. This, in its purist form, is censoring, because there have to be criteria as to what is considered “interesting” or “relevant” or not.
