I have never had a more poor communication then I do with metro,I don't care if it's the store,a rep, customer service ,what is wrong with your company,I have tried many times and have never got any answer especially from your reps in training,they can't speak English,they interrupt you constantly ,so the list is endless I pay my bill and expect a answer to a simple question without being on the phone for a hour trying to talk to anybody,you updated my phone I didn't ask you to and now every nite my sound is messed up. |
