A Progressive Leasing representative told me last week that my payment was paid in full, and now I'm getting an email that I still need to make a payment. Trying to talk to someone and close this issue, but all to no avail.
Try to contact Progressive Leasing customer service through the progressive leasing customer service website. I am also a client of Progressive Leasing for many years and lately I use only this site to solve my problems, because it is almost impossible to get through to them by phone.
