Only eat the food you enjoy
You might be wondering "That would be just great, I love to eat pizza but I just don't see how it will help me to lose weight." Yes, I agree. What I mean here is don't follow a keto diet that includes the foods you absolutely hate...which will make you even less motivated and hard to stick with the diet plan. Just get creative. How about making your own pizza that's healthy and great to taste too? What I am trying to say is that you don't have to eat tasteless food to lose weight. There are tons of healthy foods out there. Find the healthy foods you like and get creative with it.

One small step each week
You should start slowly and don't rush. You don't have to change all your habits overnight. Try to establish a healthy eating habit or eliminate one unhealthy food every week. Just be patience and you will start to see the results in just 1-2months. What you can do is you should start with the easiest one for you. One small step each week and you will lose weight in no time.
