33 degrees is associated with Mastery in Masonic symbolism. Very much relevant in connection with the 33 vertebrate ov the spinal column as well.
We measure positions of the planets and stars in degrees, minutes and seconds. The astrological circle equals 360 degrees - 12 zodiacal houses of 30 degrees each. The lunar calendar is said to have 360 days, also a perfect circle.
Found in a Vedic (Hindu) astrology book, it stated that the Moon was exalted at 3 degrees of Taurus and debilitated in 3 degrees Scorpio.
Exaltation was/is considered to be the optimum position, where the planet is strong and potent and debilitation was the opposite.
In Vedic astrology, the Lunar Zodiac is based on the Moon's movement against the brightest stars divided into 27 Nakshatras of 13 degrees and 20 minutes each. 3 degrees of Taurus corresponds with the Nakshatra called Krittika - which we know as The Pleiades and 3 degrees of Scorpio corresponds with the Nakshatra called Vishakha which we know as the North and South Scale of Libra called Tula in Sanskrit. If you plot 3 degrees of Taurus on the great wheel of 360 degrees starting with zero degrees Aries, 3 Taurus equals 33 degrees. Alcyone is the brightest star in the Pleiadian cluster and thus Alcyone is 33 degrees - the number of Mastery. Further, I discovered that by using Etymology (origins of words) when the word Master is divided into two becomes Ma / Ster and it means Mother Star. Thus, Alcyone is the number of the Mother Star - 33 degrees.
The Pleiadian star system has been one of the most revered cosmic objects in history, poetry and mythology across all cultures. According to the cultural traditions, the seven visible stars of the Pleiades have been referred to by many names, such as the Seven Sisters, Krittika, Kimah, Flock of Doves, Hens, Seven Pillars, Virgin of Spring, Sailor's Stars and the seven Atlantic Sisters. 'The Pleiades were known as Seven Sisters by indigenous people in North America, Siberia and Australia and this common heritage means they were described more than 40,000 years ago.'
'The Pleiades seem to be among the first stars mentioned in astronomical literature, appearing in the Chinese annuls of 2357 BC, Alcyone, the lucida (lucus, lucy?), then being near the vernal equinox--- And their beginning of the year gave rise to the title 'The Great Year of the Pleiades' for the cycle of precession of about 25, 900 years."
Professor Charles Piazzi Smyth in the late 19th century suggested that that the seven chambers of the Great Pyramid of Giza commemorate these seven stars. And here is a wonderful corresponding fact, that the date of the Great Pyramids completion, at midnight of the autumnal equinoxthe Pleiades were distributed over the meridian of this pyramid, with Alcyone precisely on the line."
What if the Great Pyramid was actually built in honour of the Pleiades when they rose near the vernal equinox 2357 BC and completed by 2170, as suggested by Siess?
According to Albert Churchward the name of the Great Pyramid was 'Khuti,' which denoted the seven Lights, or Glorious One. Likewise, the Tower of Babel with its seven tiers was also symbolical of the 'Great Altar Stairs,' by which men climbed heavenward.
Many ancient traditions state that Alcyone was the Central Spiritual Sun, the Mother Sun that emits creative Light, that which births great teachers of Light into the world. It was believed to be the center of the Universe around which our own solar system revolves.
Science has at last discovered that the Sun is not a dead center, with planets and comets wheeling around it but itself stationary. It is now ascertained that the Sun is also in motion, around some other and vastly mightier center. Astronomers are not fully agreed as to what or where that center is. Some however believe that they have found the direction of it to be the Pleiades, and particularly Alcyone. To the distinguished astronomer, Prof.J.H, Maedler belongs the honour of having made this discovery. Alcyone, then, as far as science can perceive, would seem to be the "midnight throne" in which the whole system of gravitation has a central seat, and from which the Almighty governs the universe.'
An astronomer will tell you this is complete rubbish but I want to go back to the ancient traditions. Alcyone was called Al Wasat, the Central One by the Arabs and Temennu, the Foundation Stone by the Babylonians. The next quotation I found in a wonderful book on ancient constellations called The Mazzaroth. 'Wasat, an Arabic name of Alcyone, transmitted by Ulugh Beigh from early Arabian astronomy, is the centre. It thus testifies, like that of Alcyone, to the knowledge of the first astronomers of the long lost but lately removed fact, that in this group is the center of the revolving, contains the same reference, if explained by its primitive roots. The ancient name Alcyone, now so celebrated in the annuals of science, is evidently of Oriental origin, having the Arabic and old Hebrew article Al, prefixed to its root Cyon, center. Its meaning, center, foundation, anticipates one of the greatest achievements of modern astronomy, the discovery that to this point, this center, gravitates the whole magnificent arrangement of the stars called the Galaxy, to which our sun belongs.' 6 Does Cyon not sound like Sion/Zion - the heavenly city of God? 'Glorious things of Thee are spoken, Zion city of our God.' Psalm 87. The Hebrews believed it to be the City of David- the City of the Lord- the City of Foundation.

I found an intriguing article by ken Raines called Jehovah: Ancient Astronaut from the Pleiades'7 Apparently for 62 years, 1891 - 1953, the Watchtower Society (Jehovah's Witness) taught that God resided on the star Alcyone in the Pleiades constellation and that from this star governed the universe. It was also stated that the City of Zion in heaven was Alcyone. The original Watchtower magazine was called Zion's Watchtower. In Micah 4:8 of the Old Testament, it reads, 'And thou, "O" tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem.' Remember the Pleiades were most frequently represented as a flock of doves.
At this point I want to briefly divert to the Priory of Sion and its reported reverence for Mary Magdalene. There is a clue is in her title, which seems to mean 'of Magdala' - with some possible interpretation as 'place of the dove', 'place of the tower' and 'temple-tower'. In the Woman with the Alabaster Jar Margaret Starbird writes that 'tower of the flock' in the above Biblical reference is translated into Magdal-edar.So was Mary Magdalene a direct connection to a secreted Pleiadian code and the Priory of Sion was actually the Priory of Alcyone? The so-called sacred Merovingian bloodline between Mary Magdalene and Jesus/John the Baptist might actually refer to their Pleiadian cosmic origins. For example, like many other ancient cultures, the Mayans of Meso-America called the Pleiades 'the canary' for it was the seedbed of their civilisation and the cosmic star mother who gave her children the codes of light. The Merovingians founded and named the city of Paris after Prince Paris, the son of King Priam of Troy. In the Iliad, Electra ( Pleiades) was the mother of Dardanos, the founder of Trojan race and according to David Icke, the Merovingian bloodline is traced back to Troy - another Pleiadian connection.
In The Templer Revelation, the authors suggest that Mary Magdalene and Jesus/John the Baptist were Initiates of the Cult of Isis. Isis was the most venerated Egyptian goddess - the creatress from whom all arose. The sign of Isis is a circle with horns exactly like the sign of Taurus. Her dance of the seven veils corresponds with the seven stars of the Pleiades. I believe she was often portrayed as veiled because of the nebula around the western side of the Pleiades. I found this quote by J.R. Skinner in The Celestial Ship of the North by E.Valentia Straiton. 'Isis, Issa, is the Virgin mother of the gods. Neith, Isis, Hathor, Venus and others are all one and the same. Isis in Egyptian was the feminine form of Isi, or Jes-, a form of Jes-us.'
This quote was very exciting because Nicholas Notovitch, a Russian traveller- who while in a monastery in Tibet in 1887 was shown a manuscript by the head Lama claiming Jesus did not die on the cross however had travelled to India and Tibet and was known as Saint Issa. Also, Jesus in Arabic and in the Koran was known as Isa. Isa's tomb is said to be in Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir, described as the tomb of the prophet. Why would Jesus have been buried specifically in Srinagar - which means Great Serpent? The clue I believe is found in the word naga, which means serpent. In original Aramaic, Jesus was referred to as a naggar, actually mistranslated into a carpenter in the Bible, when in actual fact I have found the word for carpenter to be nanger. Jesus was a naggar - a serpent of wisdom. Serpents were the symbol of High Initiates in the mystery schools of Isis in Egypt. 'Be ye as wise as serpents and as peaceful as doves' Matthew 11:16 'Many Gnostic traditions identified the Serpent with Jesus. In the Pistis Sophia, Jesus was the serpent who spoke to Eve 'from the tree of knowledge and the tree of life, which were in the paradise of Adam.'
Mark Amaru Pinkham in his book The Return of the Serpents of Wisdom, examines the worldwide migration of serpents, some from Mu (Lemuria), and others from Atlantis. They were called Nagas, Naguals, Nacaals, Adders, Djedhi, Amarus, Lung Dragons and Quetzlcoatls. There are many traditions, which also state that the Serpents were Extra-terrestrials. ' Some of the Interstellar Serpents on Atlantis came from the Celestial Serpent, the Pleiades. [According to Dhyani Ywahoo] the records of Cherokees, these androgynous Serpents are known as the 'sacred seven,' and said to have traveled from the universal seat of Divine Mind, the Pleiades, in order to instill within developing humankind the spark of the individuated mind. Once on the Earth the Pleiadian missionaries mated with the human population and their progeny spread throughout Atlantis.' This Pleiadian and Atlantean mating was also mentioned by Greek Historian Diodorus who claimed that Celoene (Queen?) Alcyone, of Pleiadia, had mated with Poseidon, King of Atlantis and their offspring populated Atlantis.
Now back to the Watchtower society. According to David Icke, 16 Charles Taze Russell, the founder of the Watchtower Society was a high degree Mason. Why am I going here? Because secret societies keep ancient wisdom behind locked doors and Masonry is based on the Egyptian Mysteries. I have a book by Robert Hewitt Brown; a 32-degree Mason called Stellar Theology and Masonic Astronomy. On page 54 is a picture of a mystic ladder that leads to the seven stars of the Pleiades. He explains, 'This Masonic emblem, has a direct allusion to the vernal equinox, and thus becomes a beautiful symbol of immortality, reminding us, also, of that starry home beyond the grave to which the soul of man aspires. It was for these reasons that, of all the 'hosts of heaven' the Pleiades were selected as an emblem by our ancient brethren.' The ladder is also made of seven step in the Scottish Rite Ritual and ascends from a red room, that which is said to represent the Great Mother. A red cross was placed over the heart of the candidate and sworn to in Masonry. I believe the symbol of the red cross is the same as the rosi-crux of the Rosicrucians and all symbolic of Alcyone and the Pleiades. The first Grand Lodge of the Scottish Rite in America, was formed at Charleston, South Carolina, in 1783: a Supreme Council and it lies exactly on the 33rd parallel of latitude. The highest Masonic degree is 33 degrees - the Grand Master. If you break up the word Mason into two - Ma/Son it equates to Mother Sun.
'Egyptian texts allude to Pleiades' archaic significance as Krittitas, judges of men, assigning them also to seven planetary spheres as the seven Pillars ov Hathor (Ha Thor). (Matthew 12:42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation)
The dead had to speak the names of the Goddess to pass her 'critical' examination and enter paradise.' (Reminiscent ov, "only by the confession ov the name.)
It is interesting to note that one of the Pleiades was named Maia by the Greeks. Maia was the virgin mother of Hermes, the Enlightened One. Maya, was the virgin mother of Buddha, the Enlightened One. Mary, was the virgin mother of Christ, the Annointed one. May is the month of Maia/Maya/Mary/Mery when the Sun is in Taurus and thus conjunct the Pleiades. May Day celebrations are in honour of the Pleiades.
The real name was/is imbued with magical powers and properties; to destroy someone's name was/is to deprive them of all individuality and all power. To perpetuate the name of the father, or mother was a childs earnest duty. According to the Egyptian traditions, one could do nothing better for anyone than to cause his, or her name to live with inscriptions and representations, and nothing worse than to allow his, or her name to perish, to not be named. As in, to speak not the wHolly Name, was considered one ov the wores things that could happen.
Calling a person's name was/is important in performing Egyptian chants and spells. Incantation and chanting are scientifically controlled sound waves, which generate sonar fields, establishing an immediate vibratory identity with the essential principle that underlies any object or form.
Ancient and Baladi Egyptians did/do not have the so called last (sur or family) "name". Each family lineage was/ is defined by its profession/trade. It was/is one's profession/trade name that determines the "family name title name." Generaly family trades were something encoded right into the DNA. Hence the tradition ov Birthrights.
The joint legacy of the serpent and dragon was symbolized by that of the prehistoric crocodile, the most sacred of all creatures, symbolizing circumcision, that was practiced in Egypt thousands ov years before adopted by the Hebrew peoples, after Sarah came back from EShip, and the traditionally identified serpent should not be confused with the cold and venomous image conjured by the English word 'snake'.
The holy crocodile was Draco the mighty dragon of kingship, the pharoah, whence were named the Pen dragons, being the same as King Authors, and Scribes ov the LORD.
Dragon was a word that meant seer. The >wicked< Dragon, or King, had been cast down for having committed high treason against the LORD. Hence, why the ancient inheritance had been passed on to the seed ov Jacob, who became YisRaEl = Yah Isis Amen Ra Elohim.
The Coronation
Here we make a connection that the Mery and David, both meaning beloved, are titles given to the spiritual headship that was known to come from Alcyon, to land eventually in Eship, or Egypt, the Queen & her King, or seer. The Kings that found pleasure in the sight ov the LORD.
The Mery, Mighty Tower, ov the order ov Doves, is the anointer, life giver, and maker ov the David (Proverbs 8:15), Mery, the LORD from Egypt. ( Hosea 12 & 13.)
Solomon's given legitimate name was actually Jedidiah. His father's true name is uncertain, since the titular style of David, meaning beloved, has predominated (although never recorded as a personal name before that time). NIMROD (CAZADOR)/ORION Y SEMIRAMIS/PALOMA/PLEYADES
Nota para los lectores terrestres: se han utilizado anacronismos y terminología ardiana para facilitar la comprensión del relato.
La Biblia explica así el destino de Ziusudra: "Entonces los Elohim se acordaron de Noé y de todos los animales que estaban con él en la barca (…) y el agua comenzó a bajar poco a poco (…) y el día diecisiete del mes séptimo la barca se detuvo sobre las montañas de Ararat" (Génesis 8:1-4).
A petición de Marduk, la nave reptiliana, con los seiscientos nephilim agotados y hambrientes, se dirigió al encuentro con Ziusudra.
Noé preparó un banquete en el Ararat y ésto apaciguó la ira de Enlil:
"Luego Noé construyó un altar en honor del Señor, tomó animales y aves puros, uno de cada clase, y los ofreció en holocausto al Señor. Cuando al Señor le llegó este olor tan agradable, dijo: nunca más volveré a maldecir la tierra por culpa del hombre, porque desde joven el hombre sólo piensa en hacer lo malo. Tampoco volveré a destruir a todos los animales como lo hice esta vez (…) ¡Tengan muchos hijos y llenen el mundo con ellos! (…) Mi promesa con ustedes no cambiará. No volveré a destruir a los hombres y animales por medio del agua (…) esta es la señal de mi promesa (…): he puesto mi arco iris en las nubes, y servirá como señal del pacto que hago con la tierra (…) Esta es la señal del pacto que yo he establecido con todo hombre y animal aquí en la tierra".
Los otros Noés El Plan de Enki permitió evacuar a un centenar de culturas humanas, desde las tecnológicamente avanzadas (como la familia de Ziusudra y los toltecas de Aztlán) a otras muy primitivas (como los indígenas de Micronesia y los de La Patagonia Sudamericana). Obviamente algunas culturas no se enteraron del Gran Tsunami por la sencilla razón de que habitaban a una gran altitud (como las tribus del Altiplano Sudamericano y las del Tíbet). En otros lugares, como en Clovis, Nuevo México, los chamanes estaban tan bien conectados con la Noósfera que por sí mismos previeron el peligro y se encargaron de evacuar a sus respectivas tribus a lugares más elevados y alejados del actual Lago Agassiz (la erupción del volcán Atlas derritió los glaciares e inundó el Lago Agassiz). Al respecto, Ignatius Donnelly relata la siguiente tradición de los Indios Norteamericanos de los Grandes Lagos:
"En tiempos antiguos Meraboshu, el padre de todas las tribus, habitaba donde el Sol nace [en la costa este]. Fue advertido en un sueño que una inundación asolaría la tierra y por eso construyó una gran balsa en la que se salvó junto con su familia y con muchos animales. Permaneció flotando durante un par de meses, lo que provocó que los animales murmuraran en voz alta y se quejaran en su contra. Por fin encontraron tierra seca. Todos desembarcaron y los animales perdieron la capacidad de hablar como castigo por haber murmurado en contra de su salvador".
En la India, un Capitán anunnaki personificó al Dios Pez Matsya e informó al Rey Svayambhuva Manu sobre la inundación que se avecinaba. La información entregada fue correcta, ya que Matsya indicó que el agua no provendría de las nubes, sino que se trataría de un aumento del nivel del mar. El Rig Veda continúa así la historia:
"Cuando comenzó la inundación, Manu entró en el barco. Entonces Matsya Avatar llegó nadando hasta él y Manu sujetó el cable del barco al cuerno del Dios y así consiguieron atravesar la Montaña del Norte. El Dios Pez dijo: Te he salvado. Fija el cable del barco a un árbol y espera que descienda el agua. Esto es lo que se conoce como El Descenso de Manu de la Montaña del Norte".
En Troya, el nephilim Prometeo instruyó a su hijo híbrido Deucalion Sisythes de modo que este construyó un barco con los suficientes víveres (semillas, verduras, pollos, cabras, etc.) como para sobrevivir durante un año. Así fue como Deucalion, su esposa Pirra, sus familiares directos y un par de animales sobrevivieron al segundo tsunami provocado por el flujo piroclástico del Volcán atlas.
En la misma Atlántida, muchas personas de la clase dirigente (tolteca) estaban informados de modo extraoficial de la futura devastación, razón por la cual contaron con un año para prepararse. Este grupo de personas reunió sus barcos en la ciudad de Aztlán y fueron liderados por Coxcox/Tezpi y su esposa Xochiquetzal, quienes a su vez fueron ayudados por el nephilim Huitzilopochtli. En el grupo de Coxcox también viajaban teomamaques (científicos) muy prestigiosos, quienes transportaban libros, objetos religiosos y tecnología sofisticada como telescopios, calculadoras y psicocuarzos. Los siete grupos de barcos consiguieron llegar a las mas altas cumbres mexicanas, después de haber presenciado desde lejos la doble devastación de la Atlántida.
Por último cabe mencionar que los hijos de Ziusudra fueron muy prolíficos y se afanaron por repoblar Europa, Asia y el Norte de Africa. En algunos lugares se mestizaron con los descendientes de los otros Noés, lo que terminó originando nuevas razas, favoreciendo así la diversidad de la humanidad.
Génesis 10: La Tabla de las Naciones Los descendientes de Ziusudra originaron a los principales pueblos indoeuropeos, según relata el capítulo 10 del Génesis:
"Estos son los descendientes de Sem, Cam y Jafet, los hijos de Noé, quienes después del diluvio tuvieron sus propios hijos."
Los descendientes de Sem originaron a los pueblos Mesopotámicos, los de Cam originaron a algunos pueblos de Asia Menor y a los Africanos del Norte y los de Jafet originaron a muchos pueblos euroasiáticos. Aquí debemos mencionar que estas tres ramas de los descendientes de Ziusudra se mezclaron con los descendientes de los otros Noés y que, obviamente, la Biblia no menciona.
"Los hijos de Jafet fueron: Gomer, Magog, Madal, Javán, Tubal, Mesec y Tiras. Los hijos de Gomer fueron: Asquenaz, Rifat y Togarma. Los hijos de Javán fueron: Elisa, Tarsis, Quitim y Rodanim. A partir de éstos fueron pobladas las costas de las naciones, según sus territorios, cada una según su idioma, conforme a sus familias en sus naciones".
Los descendientes de Gomer y Togarma poblaron Siberia (Ezequiel 38:6). Los descendientes de Gomer y Jafet poblaron Tailandia y Vietnam. Magog se dividió en dos ramas: una occidental o eslava (de aspecto caucásico) y otra oriental o mongólica que habitó los llanos del norte de China. Según Flavio Josefo corresponden a los escitas. De Jafet descienden los rusos. Madal habitó el Norte de Irán. Los descendientes de Tubal y Mesec fundaron Tobolsk y Moscú. Según Flavio Josefo, los descendientes de Tubal eran conocidos como tobelitas y los asirios les llamaban "tubla". Por su parte, Heródoto aseguró que los descendientes de Mesec eran conocidos como "moski" o "moschi" y en inscripciones asirias aparecen como "muska". Flavio Josefo les llama "moshevi". Tiras originó a los tirasianos o tracianos de la región suroriental de Los Balcanes (Norte de Grecia) y según investigaciones arqueológicas sus descendientes llegaron a México y a Brasil.
Los descendientes de Gomer (Asquenaz, Rifat y Togarma) originaron a los habitantes del Imperio Jázaro o Khazaro (actual Kazajistán), quienes se convirtieron al judaísmo en el año 751 DC. Actualmente los judíos asquenazis o jázaros forman el 80% del total de los judíos del mundo. Rifat originó a los turcomongólicos de las estepas y desiertos asiáticos (raza turania). Togarma pobló Armenia.
Javán colonizó el sureste asiático y llegó a la Isla de Java. Elisa y Quitim poblaron Chipre. Tarsis colonizó la península ibérica y fundó Tarso en Cilicia y el puerto comercial de Tartesos en el suroeste de España (2 Crónicas 9:21).
"Los hijos de Cam fueron: Cus, Mizraim, Fut y Canaán. Los hijos de Cus fueron: Seba, Havila, Sabta, Raama y Sabteca. Los hijos de Raama fueron Seba y Dedán".
Cus colonizó Etiopía (según Heródoto) y la India, donde sus descendientes le dieron el nombre de su patriarca a la cordillera de Hindu-Kush. Fut o Put colonizó Libia. En la India originaron la casta guerrera de los "Rajput". Se sabe que en la tierra de Havila, en Mesopotamia, existía mucho oro (Génesis 2:11), razón por la cual era muy frecuentada por los Igigis Anunnakis. Raama colonizó la India y sus descendientes siguieron al dios Rama. Seba habitó en la India y sus descendientes siguieron al dios Shiva. Dedán habitó en el Norte de Arabia.
La Biblia continúa así la lista genealógica:
"Cus engendró a Nimrod, quien fue el primer hombre poderoso del mundo. Nimrod fue un vigoroso cazador delante de YHWH y de ahí viene el dicho: Es como Nimrod, el vigoroso cazador delante de YHWH [algunos traducen: Es como Nimrod, el déspota cazador en contra de YHWH]. Al principio, el reino de Nimrod abarcaba Babel, Erec, Acad y Calne, en la tierra de Sinar [Sumeria o Sur de Mesopotamia]. De aquella tierra salió para Asiria [Norte de Mesopotamia] y edificó Nínive, la ciudad Rejobot, Cálaj y Resén, entre Nínive y Cálaj. Esta es una gran ciudad".

Como aparece en cualquier enciclopedia honrada, Nimrod murió asesinado y a continuación Semíramis se autoproclamó diosa y estableció una religión basada en la astrología, en el sacrificio humano (en especial de niños), en la adoración al "astro de eterno fulgor", al fuego y a las serpientes y exigió que los sacerdotes del dios-pez debían mantenerse célibes. Mizraim habitó en Egipto. Los ludeos, anameos, lehabitas, naftujitas, patruseos, caslujitasy los caftoreos habitaron en Canaán y en la Península del Sinaí.

Los jebuseos y gergeseos son mencionados en Génesis 15:18. The Babylonians worshipped the god 'Bel'. The Syrians called this god 'Baal' and, like the Egyptian goddesses Hathor Isis and Bat, was associated with bull worshipping. The sacred meaning of Baal has been lost in the mist of history, hence the Babylonian confusion (Tower of Babel). The Greek rendition of the word Babel translates not only into 'Confusion but also into the 'Gate of Bel', the gate of the god Bel. In Hebrew, 'Ba-el' means "Gate of God." All of these gods and goddesses were associated with a bull myth and represented Taurus around the time the Vernal Equinox Sun was in the Silver Gate in 4468 BC.
The Celtic druid Beltaine festival probably has its origins in the celebration of the rebirth of the Babylonian God Bel (as in "Beltain") at the Vernal Equinox in 4468 BC. Beltaine was a cross quarter day celebrated on the first of May when huge bonfires were lit on holy hills to celebrate the start of the summer season. By the time druids celebrated Beltaine, the original celebration date and its Babylonian sacred origins and significance (Great Celestial Conjunction) was lost in the Babylonian confusion. At the first of November, the start of the winter season was celebrated by the druids and this festival was called "Samhain." Neo-pagans, known as "Wiccan," later adopted the Beltaine festival. They celebrated the death and rebirth of their horned God, mentioned by many occultists such as Eliphas Levi, by the name "Baphomet." The horned God echoes the original veneration of the horns of the bull by the Sumerians, Babylonians and Egyptians, but the exact significance of the horns (as in the Isis mythology) and their symbolic reference to the birthplace of the Sun, was lost.
It's therefore striking to notice that the sacredness of the eight-pointed cross was "re-discovered" by the Wiccans since they celebrate eight solar holidays forming an eight pointed cross in a solar year associated with the equinoxes, solstices and cross-quarter days (halfway in between the equinox and the solstice)

The origins of the eight-pointed cross and its solar significance, however, must be dated back to the Sumerians and Babylonians, who worshipped the Sun God 'Utu' (Sumerian) or 'Shamash' (Babylonian). The symbol of Utu/Shamash was an eight-pointed cross . This eight-pointed cross was composed of two superimposed four-pointed crossed of what the authors believe to be a symbol of the Great Celestial Conjunction.

Ezekiel’s vision
Herschel explains on his website that the vision of Ezekiel recounted in the Old Testament is in fact the recount of an ancient visitation from space. Herschel is in good company with this hypothesis; many authors before him have suggested exactly the same thing. In fact it makes perfect sense since Ezekiel in his vision did see a wheel within a wheel coming down from the sky out of a whirlwind surrounded by fire. In addition the wheel had portals (eyes) around the wheel suggestion strongly that it could be a UFO.
Ezekiel 1:18 (KJ version) 18As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings [were] full of eyes round about them four.
The alien visitation explanation for Ezekiel’s vision falls short, however, when one takes the astrological connotations of Ezekiel’s vision into account. The eyes around the wheel are not portals of a UFO but the constellations along the zodiac. First of all, Ezekiel’s vision happens on the bank of a river. While Herschel has failed to recognise the importance of the river in all of his star maps except for his initial discovery of the astrological meaning of the pyramids along the Nile, the reader of this article will by now be alarmed that the river in Ezekiel’s vision may in fact be a metaphor for the Milky Way.
Ezekiel 1:3 (KJ Version) 3The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.
Ezekiel explains that he saw four winged creatures with four faces each in his vision. They had the overall appearance of a human but they had the feet of a calf.
Ezekiel 1:7 (KJ Version) 7And their feet [were] straight feet; and the sole of their feet [was] like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.
The four faces of each of the four creatures looked like this:
Ezekiel 1:10 (KJ Version) 10As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.
These four faces are the four fixed signs of the zodiac, the face of a man (Aquarius), the face of a lion (Leo), the face of an ox (Taurus) and the face of an eagle (Aquila). Aquila is a constellation very close to Scorpio. Hence, the four faces of the four creatures in Ezekiel’s vision represent the so-called fixed signs of the zodiac (Leo, Taurus, Aquarius, Scorpio) that form a perfect four-pointed cross. During a Great Celestial Conjunction when the Sun is on the Milky Way at the equinoxes and/or solstices, these four zodiac signs rise heliacally, meaning before the Sun. This is why the ancient fixed signs of the zodiac denote the Galactic Cross!

While the Sun resides in 5° Gemini (sidereal zodiac) at the summer solstice of 2012, Taurus is the last constellation visible before the Sun rises and blurs Gemini which is next to rise along with the Sun. This is why the ancients were more interested in the heliacal rising of constellations than the constellations of the actual conjunction with the Sun. It is even interesting to learn that Ezekiel could be referring exactly to the Milky Way ecliptic crossing in 5° Gemini (sidereal zodiac) and/or 5° Sagittarius when he writes:
Ezekiel 1:1 (KJ Version) 1Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth [month], in the fifth [day] of the month, as I [was] among the captives by the river of Chebar, [that] the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
Each zodiac sign spans 30° (thirtieth year) of the 360° of the zodiac. The Leo-Taurus-Aquarius-Scorpio cross in the zodiac divides the 12 signs in four groups of three (4th month) while the ecliptic Milky Way crossing itself occurs in 5° of the appropriate signs (fifth [day] of the month= +/- 30 days). Notice that he mentions the river (Milky Way) in the same sentence!
Ezekiel further writes about a wheel within a wheel:
Ezekiel 1:16 (KJ Version) 16The appearance of the wheels and their work [was] like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work [was] as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
Suppose the wheel had four spokes (corresponding with the four faces of the creatures), than the wheel within a wheel could be referring to the superposition of two four-pointed crosses! More importantly, these are two separate four-pointed crosses since he’s referring to two wheels! One of these wheels was linked to the Earth!

This wheel must be the equinox- solstice cross. In the article ‘Crucifying the Earth on the Galactic Cross’ (Smelyakov-Wicherink 2006) this cross is actually called the Earth Cross. The other wheel however was linked to the creatures with the four faces (representing the Galactic Cross):

It’s important to realize that there were four creatures each with the faces representing the fixed signs of the zodiac. These four creatures esoterically represent the four Great Celestial Conjunctions that occur within a Great Year when one of the wheels turns (Earth Cross) while the other is fixed (Galactic Cross). Exactly four times do the four spokes of the wheels overlap when the wheel within a wheel spins, and these moments thus represent the four Great Celestial Conjunctions.
Finally, Ezekiel spots God in the firmament. He appears in a bow in a cloud. The Milky Way is a bow that straddles the night sky from North to South. It was known to the ancients as either that great River in the sky or the big white cloud of the night sky.
Ezekiel 1:20 (KJ Version) 28As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so [was] the appearance of the brightness round about. This [was] the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw [it], I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
The four fixed signs of the zodiac are also mentioned in John’s Revelation:
Revelation 4:6-8 (KJ Version) 6And before the throne [there was] a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, [were] four beasts full of eyes before and behind. 7And the first beast [was] like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast [was] like a flying eagle. 8And the four beasts had each of them six wings about [him]; and [they were] full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
This time the four beasts of the Apocalypse are associated with the End of Time (= end of precession cycle)! In Christian art, Christ is often depicted inside a ‘Vesica Pisces’ (representing birth) surrounded by the four beasts of the Apocalypse (representing the Galactic Cross). More surprisingly, often the eight-pointed cross, the wheel within a wheel is depicted as well! Art expressions like the one below are very common; and in many cases, either a four or eight-pointed cross is depicted on the book held in Jesus his hands!

In all of these art expressions Christ always raises two fingers. What could be the meaning of these two fingers? Is he referring to the two twins Gemini which is his birth place in the precession cycle?
In the star photograph animation above, Orion's belt shows the way in alignment to find the place of a special star that many ancient civilisations, especially the Egyptians and the Sumerians worshiped as the place of their great and powerful star visitors. The ancients no doubt insisted that since these 'angelic' beings also had great technology and could do a lot more than just fly... they became their 'gods'. (Hence the listing of the important star here as the star of the 'gods' of ancient civilisations that Wayne covers in his book The Hidden Records). This way of thinking occured with virtually all ancient civilisations. It appears the prime star here was the star system (with worlds depicted with a crescent) of the heavenly visitors of flesh and blood (most often revered as Angels since the time of The Christ) who not only looked like us... They were us! We appear to be linked to the very same evolutional beginnings as they are... somewhere else... and not Earthly at all.
In fact the only real difference between 'them' and 'us' is technology. We had simply lost ours after surviving what appears to be a terrible Northern Hemisphere cataclysm. A great time had passed before they visited again. The star visitors worked with two great messengers of the two most followed holy books today. Both great messengers were without doubt fully aware of the sacred ties that we once had with those that came from above. Two powerful nations living right next to the other would then follow their teachings for many generations - two separate teachings, each sourced from two great messengers who appear to have left behind encoded knowledge of the place of our physical origins, The Creation and the secrets of the soul.
Two prominent nations still arguing today over different ways - each driven by their collection of records that became two of the most followed religions of this world. Some of their teachings were either encoded in their great icons because the people at the time were just not ready for that knowledge, or it was encoded by their scholars because it was only deemed important for its elite. Each appears to hold one half of a profound star genesis secret, that up until now, has been completely forgotten. How sad it is that they both carry so much anger and pain over differences that they would prefer a holy war rather than compromise belief.
What is a holy war some may ask? It is war that will be fought over differences in ways, where each is absolutely certain God is only on their side and would help them kill the other. Any true believer in God as a creator of ALL humanity will know in their heart that something has gone terribly wrong and we need to take a moment and look back at all our earliest ancient records before it is too late.

Both nations seem to be completely unaware that the enigmatic icons of their religions in both instances individually form two parts that if put together reveal the same hidden secret. It is a star secret and it mirrors the same star secret held by the beginnings of all the ancient pyramid civilisations around the world.
These two nations’ earliest leaders and hierarchy probably kept this secret to themselves, because the hidden records stood a chance at uniting humanity. The choice made by both civilisations was no doubt inspired by a very old ugly habit... one that is not interested in peace and oneness. Humanity as a whole has always been far more interested in spreading their own power, their own ways... conquering more lands, more wealth and more slaves to build bigger empires. The elite of all nations continued in their old ways creating bigger and better armies that demanded soldiers who cannot possibly be thinking of peace or goodwill. They would probably make sure their common people were struggling in their lives for human comforts. They needed people that would be happy to achieve human comforts in life if they joined the army. To take their mind off their troubles and peaceful ways they held barbaric games or graphic public executions spilling blood for entertainment. Both nations seemed to believe that WAR was God’s way because each nation believed they were the chosen ones! Each believed it was 'God willing' and therefore good to overpower foreign people, their lands and their wealth - all this in hope of better lives! In most cases many perished and those front line soldiers of the winning side that survived had very little extra in their lives.
These terrible old ways appear to be secretly working their way back into society again. The youth of today are already being fed video games and movies promoted as entertainment creating interest in bloodshed and violence. Drugs are easily available now to ease the pain for the general public in our out of balance profiteering society where the rich are getting richer and the poor getting poorer. What used to be reliable news on TV is now full of altered truths and biased propaganda. Our children are being prepared as soldiers fighting for the interests of the Elite... the super rich, and most have absolutely no idea it is happening at all.
Here is the combined 'icon' secret of both the Cross and the Crescent that stands a chance of uniting humanity. There is obviously a lot more to this sensitive story and it is all on line at the links at the bottom of the page. The graphic below shows the actual star positions of the two sacred star constellations. As confirmed by our star charts today, it also shows the exact position of a star that is catalogued as Sun-like and what the author Wayne Herschel believes we will soon discover is another Earth-like world. This template matches a collection of ancient star maps found in almost every ancient civilisation’s beginnings. Here they are... The secret given to humanity repeatedly over the ages has now been revived again and easily available on the internet,and the author presenting with references, our physical and spiritual celestial origins answering “who we are and where we come from”.
Hundreds of years after The Christ, the sacred cross of the sky (as seen above on the top left) was once again presented to humanity by celestial visitors… angels, tied into The Christ story. And the recipient of this revived crucial information was Roman Emperor Constantine who claimed a similar angelic intervention. The sacred cross would explain the secret teachings of The Christ story and the Bethlehem star. It would appear that Constantine kept most of what he had seen hidden, subsequently introducing an altered version of The Christ story. What he did was hide the truth in symbolism, adjusting it to suit old Greco Roman fundamentals.
It became what we know as Christianity of today.
The ‘double’ cross in the heavens that Constantine saw is no doubt the sacred cross of the stars of Orion showing the way, as one follows the alignment of the three star in a row cosmic sign post, to the place of our celestial ancestors, the Bethlehem ‘genesis star’.
The other icon on the right holds the same phenomenal star secret: It is most likely the same Sun-like star and its world, in crescent near the Pleiades. This matches the ancient knowledge of the Sumerian and Arcadian ‘star’ visitors found in ancient Iraq and Iran.
If the two nations who are the key proponents of these religions were to put down their weapons and look back at their joint beginnings and also the forbidden hidden records of The Tree of Life, they would see greatness and purity and would most likely have less motivation to be at war. Especially if both work towards the higher human rights that are targeted with Oneism here.
Both were once given the same enlightening secrets fitting the heavenly teachings of who we really are and where we come from, both physically and spiritually.
It was a star map and the secrets of The Tree of Life. The Sumerian star is the star of Bethlehem We are all the children of those that came down from the heavens!
With the greatest of respect to both of these individual religions today, it is time to put both halves of an ancient star secret back together again and reveal that which was cryptically hidden from both previously.
The one chose the Orion sacred cross of the sky to be its icon and spoke of the star of Bethlehem… the other chose the Crescent of a world bathed in the light of its sacred star perhaps inspired by the Sumerian records, that included the Pleiades near it. Pride in this separateness of their heritage rather than spiritual unanimity and equality, would leave them at loggerheads for centuries.
It is apparently a fact that Islam chose the star and crescent and added it to the religion shortly after their holy book was written. This is a mystery on its own.
The unique shape of the crescent strongly suggests that it is far more important than a representation of our barren lifeless moon.
How can one reason that the crescent is not the moon?
Here is the proof that no doubt will have a considerable impact on those willing to consider this scientific point of reasoning, because if anything it will elevate the importance of our great ancestors!
Verifiable astronomically, the moon's crescent never ever has an extended curve crescent with pointing edges like the ancient depictions creating a 'sickle' pattern. In the image above the moon passes near the Pleiades at its most extended pointed edges of the crescent stage. Note that the crescent shape is absolutely nothing like those of the Sumerian depictions or the Pawnee Indian ancient depictions.
In astronomy the passing of one heavenly body
in front of the other,
with one larger than the other,
produces the sickle shaped pattern.
But since one is obviously larger than the other already it is clear that the sickle image cant represent the moon in any possible way.
It is probably the case of a larger Sun as we see in the crescent icon at the top of the page created by two distinct orbs in front of each other…

The Sumerians of the earliest epoch without doubt were very advanced astronomers. Many of their images go to show that they knew of this important material and that the phenomenon they saw was near the Pleiades.
The crescent therefore cannot possibly be our moon, because for millennia the Sumerians continued to represent the strange pointed edge crescent many times in scroll seals over the ages, as seen below:
They simplified their rendition perhaps suggesting the world of their ancestors as the crescent and showed its accompanying star, near the Pleiades.
The Sumerian and Arcadian scroll seals above always depict four repeating themes that explain the meaning of their ancient star secret:
• Crescent of another world bathed in its star light • Star of the ancestors • Disc that flies with occupants who come from above • Seven heavenly bodies of the Pleiades
Both significant nations, that of the Cross and that of the Crescent, have allowed themselves to venture very far off the path of peace. Both seem more interested in protecting the interests of a select few at the expense of the attainment of greater ease and peace of mind for everyone that would allow all to experience the wonders of life here on Earth and to live life to its fullest potential.
Both symbolise the star of our ancestors who came from above. Put the two together and it proves we are all one and equal.
But what about the Hebrew iconology of the secret of Solomon, the Star of David and the sacred seven lights of the Menorah? Do they hold the same secret?

In Rome, there are a total of 8 Egyptian and 5 Roman obelisks. In the context of this article, we will focus on four obelisks that were re-erected by Pope Sixtus V. Around 1587, all of Rome’s obelisks were toppled down and it was Pope Sixtus V who started re-erecting four of the fallen obelisks in Rome. Pope Sixtus V also redesigned the Piazza in front of the Saint Peter Basilica that was itself under construction at the time. The current oval shaped piazza with the obelisk at the Vatican was designed and built at the orders of Pope Sixtus V. It was part of an overall urban redesign of the city of Rome in which four of the obelisks were given new locations. These four new locations were centered around the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square which became the focal point.
The first Egyptian obelisk was originally shipped by Emperor Augustus in 10 BC from Heliopolis, Egypt (dedicated to Seti I/ Ramesses II) to the Circus Maximus in Rome. Circus Maximus was a Roman hippodrome used for chariot racing. The obelisk was moved by Sixtus V from Circus Maximus to Piazza del Popolo where it still resides today.
The second Egyptian obelisk was originally shipped from Thebes (temple of Amun, Tuthmosis IV) to Circus Maximus in Rome by Constantine II the son of Constantine the Great. The initial plans to ship the obelisk to Circus Maximus (Latin for the greatest circus) in Rome however were made by Contantine the Great who didn’t have the facilities to actually ship the largest of the Egyptian obelisks (32.18 m tall) to Rome. Eventually, his son succeeded in carrying out his father plans. Both obelisks were placed on the Spina of Circus Maximus. The Spina (backbone) is a 217 meter long wall in the centre of the hippodrome. This obelisk was moved by Pope Sixtus V from Circus Maximus to Piazza di San Giovanni (Laterno) next to the Basilica of San Giovanni.
It’s important to realize that both obelisks of Circus Maximus aligned with the Winter Solstice Sun at sunrise, since the Spina on which they were placed also aligned with the Winter Solstice Sun at sunrise! (see Vatican Alignment calculations)
The third Egyptian obelisk was originally moved to Rome in 37 AD by Emperor Caligula and situated at the Vatican Circus. The origin of this obelisk is unclear. It’s the only obelisk without hieroglyphs. This obelisk was again relocated by Sixtus V to St. Peter’s Square where it is seen today.
The fourth and last obelisk is a Roman obelisk that originally stood in Mausoleum of Augustus and was moved by Sixtus V to the piazza in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore at the Piazza del Esquillino.
What is interesting in the context of this article are the before and after locations of these obelisks in the overall urban redesign plan of Pope Sixtus V.
Circus Maximus, for instance, was built in a bend on the bank of the River Tiber, and on a Winter Solstice day the Sun would be seen rising over the Tiber River in line with both obelisks at the Spina when viewed from the Vatican. Pope Sixtus V could have restored Circus Maximus and placed the obelisks at their original locations. It’s interesting to notice that viewed from the St. Peter’s Square these obelisks would be aligned with the Winter Solstice Sun! This is because St. Peter’s Square lies exactly in line with Circus Maximus and the Winter Solstice Sun. Instead, Sixtus had chosen to relocate one of the obelisks of Circus Maximus to the Piazza del Popolo.
The obelisk at the Piazza del Popolo, however, aligns with the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square and the summer solstice Sun at sunrise! (See Vatican Alignment calculations)
Like the Equinox Sun, the summer solstice Sun is seen rising over the River Tiber from St. Peter’s Square since the obelisk at the Piazza del Popolo is situated only two blocks away from the river.
The other obelisk of Circus Maximus was Rome’s tallest obelisk and was moved to the Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterno (in southeast direction from the Vatican) which resides at an azimuth of 114° 0’ which is 9 degrees off the Winter Solstice sunrise azimuth of 123° for Rome. While both obelisks in Circus Maximus originally aligned to the Winter Solstice, Pope Sixtus V deliberately altered these alignments and made sure that one of the obelisks now aligned with the Summer Solstice Sun. The other obelisk that previously aligned to the Winter Solstice Sun was now deliberately misaligned.
It’s obvious that the alignment of both the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square and the obelisk at Piazza del Popolo must have been intentional since both obelisks were put there by Sixtus V. While he could have chosen for a Winter Solstice alignment of St. Peter’s Square obelisk by erecting the other obelisk at Cricus Maximus itself, he chose otherwise.
It’s beyond any doubt that Sixtus V was well aware of these alignments since he designed St. Peter’s Square to be a giant sun dial. In 1817, circular stones were set marking the tip of the obelisk’s shadow at noon. Since the Sun moves in between the tropics during a solar year, it enters all of the signs of the zodiac in one solar year, and the marks set out in stone therefore make a gnomon of the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square. We surmise that Pope Sixtus V was also well aware of the significance of the Great Celestial Conjunction around 2012 and its association with the biblical End Times.
To enhance this argument, it’s interesting to realize that the coat of arms of Pope Sixtus V contained an eight-pointed cross above four stacked mountains (or hills). The coat of arms of Sixtus was sometimes also depicted with three instead of four hills.
As explained before, in ancient Egypt and freemasonry mountains, pillars and clouds all represent the Milky Way. The four mountains in Pope Sixtus coat of arms could therefore represent the four Great Celestial Conjunctions or the four Milky Way Equinox/Solstice alignments that occur in a Great Year!

Pope Sixtus V used the eight-pointed cross in abundance in architectures and; in many cases he even placed the four-pointed Christian cross on top of an eight-pointed cross! The obelisk at Piazza di Giovanni, for instance, was adorned with both a four and eight-pointed cross by Pope Sixtus V. It was also a reference to this coat of arms!
The four Great Celestial Conjunctions in a Great Year are the four mergers of the two superimposed four-pointed crosses (Earth Cross and Galactic Cross) to form a single four-pointed cross!
Obelisk at Piazza di Giovanni, four-pointed cross on top of the eight-pointed cross! Although a symbol of the Great Celestial Conjunction, this obelisk no longer aligns with the Winter Solstice Sun as viewed from the Vatican.
We therefore suggest that the eight-pointed cross at St. Peter’s Square symbolically represents a Great Celestial Conjunction.
St Peter’s Square
It’s the alignment of the Earth Cross with the Galactic Cross that is being symbolized at St. Peter’s Square. Notice that there is a small four-pointed cross in the center around the obelisk (the Sun) that is aligned with the outer eight-pointed cross. The eight-pointed cross is the superposition of the Galactic Cross and the Earth Cross. This is why Pope Sixtus V placed a four-pointed cross on top of the eight pointed cross! The crosses are recognized as follows:
The axis on which the two fountains at St. Peter’s Square reside is the Galactic Equator of the Milky Way since the Milky Was is associated with water.
The cardinal direction of this Galactic Equator axis corresponds with the Milky Way that straddles the East horizon from North to South.
The Earth Cross aligns closely (but not perfectly) with the two solstice axis
The esoteric significance of the Summer Solstice alignment of St. Peter’s Square obelisk with the obelisk at the Piazza del Popolo is that it symbolizes a Summer Solstice Galactic Alignment. Since the sky chart over St. Peter’s Square with the Pleiades residing over the Seven Hills symbolizes the Silver Gate, we postulate that the Vatican alignments represent a Summer Solstice Galactic Alignment at the Silver Gate. This alignment occurs right now in era 2012!

This home health administrator also described herself as the "mother" of a race of good aliens (the Pleiadians) and hybrids here on Earth who are here to defend humans from lizard people (Reptiles). According to alien root race theory, the lizard people are members of a reptilian race that originated in the circumpolar constellation of Draco, latin for Dragon. Ancient artifacts like the reptoid like figure below, dated 5,000 - 4,000 BC from Iraq (yep) may be evidence of their appearance on the earth. Modern conspiracy proponents like David Icke describe these beings as existing in the 4th dimension and being able to inhabit human bodies that have a special DNA or bloodline. Through this possession they keep the human race enslaved through political, economic, and religious manipulation.
On the day of the missile incident the Scorpio Moon was in the nakshatra of Jyeshtha whose associated deity is Indra, the "dragon slayer." I was amused at the symbolic coincidence. But could this cosmic synchronicity be revealing a deeper meaning to this incident? Did the Pleiadians really disarm a missile in their attempt to stop a reptilian agenda?
Perhaps we will find out this weekend as the Full Moon occurs 180 degrees from its position on November 8, 2010 fully illuminated in Krittika, the nakshatra associated with the group of stars called the Pleiades.
The Pleiades is a small cluster of seven visible stars in the constellation of Taurus 400-500 light years from Earth. There are 250-500 stars within the cluster, although only nine have been named.
Most ancient cultures and cosmology describe seven stars. The main star of the cluster is Alcyone, along with Maia, Electra, Merope, Taygete, Celaeno, and Sterope -- daughters of Aphrodite. In Greek the word pleiades means "dove." The leader of these doves, Alcyone, was said to bring good weather for the planting season alluding to the rising of the Pleiades in the spring.
More than any other star system, the Pleiades has captured the attention of both ancient and modern civilizations. For example Suburu is the Japanese name for the Pleiades and the Japanese automaker Subaru even depicts the stars in its logo. From 1985-91 it sold models to Asian markets called Alcyone, Vortex, and more recently Stella.
To ancient the Egyptians the seven stars were seven goddesses whom the dead had to encounter and by whom they had to be judged. Circa 2100 BC the Pleiades were visible through the south passageway of The Great pyramid Cheops on the first day of spring, at precisely midnight. In the ancient city of Dendera,the Temple of Hathor which was build during the Age of Taurus (the 1st century BC) was dedicated to the goddess of love and the stars of Hathor: the Pleiades. A zodiac in the Temple places the Pleiades as the center from which it was believed that our solar system revolved over 25,000 years.
Across the Atlantic, the Mesoamericans also created calendars that show a Great Year cycle in which our solar system rotates around Alcyone, the central star of the Pleiades. The Maya used three calendars, and the Tzolk'in, is based on this 26,000 year cycle of the Pleiades constellation.
A more unexpected connection to the Pleiades may be found in the megalithic structures of Neolithic Ireland. Ancient Celts used the acronychal rising of the Pleiades around the first of November to mark their month of mourning for dead friends. The Pleiades cluster not only marks the fall cross quarter on November 1st, Samhain on the Celtic calendar, but also the spring cross quarter on May 1st, called Beltane. Thus the stars rose on May Day, the Feast of Life and set on November Eve, the Feast of Death. Moreover the legendary Tuatha de Danaan, the matriarchal society that brought the megalithic culture to Ireland are described as arriving on May Day, May 1st, in "cloud ships" or from the "sky." Could these legendary faeries be early Pleiadian visitors?
[It is an intriguing coincidence that Colleen Thomas, whose name indicates she may be of Irish descent, is a matriarchal spokesperson for the Pleidians. My dear friend Wizard Azanon also channels information from the Pleidians. He too is of Irish descent with his natal Ketu, the South Node, indicator of past life and spiritual influences in Krittika! I will ask him to contact his inter-dimensional sources on Alcyone to see if the Pleiadians are indeed related to the Tuatha de Danaan and post the results at a later time.]
According to the Book of Invasions of the Mythological Cycle the Tuatha de Danaan are beings with supernatural powers and wits. The Tuatha de Danaan could go back and forth in time and between worlds. They could manipulate the weather and changing their appearance at will. Eventually the Tuatha de Danaan decided to live in an other dimension of space and time called Tir na nOg, Land of Eternal Youth. Tir na nOg was connected with our mortal world by the famous Irish portal and passage tombs like those at Newgrange which are astronomically aligned with the solstices.
Another Neolithic carving in Ireland that date circa 3,000 BC may be a depiction of the Pleiades. Kerbstone 51 is located on the eastern side of the great kerb around the cairn of Dowth. It portrays what appear to be stylized suns with rays shooting out from the center, and with the whole surrounded by a circle. There are seven of these 'suns' in total, six of which are contained within circles. Irish mythology about Dowth speaks of a bull and seven cows, and scholars believe the site has some connection with the constellation of Taurus, the Bull, and thus with the Pleiades.
Ancient practices of aligning or marking structures with Pleiadian references has made its way to the modern world through groups like the Freemasons. Although the precise origins of Freemasonry may be lost in history, its members are joined together by shared ideals of both a moral and metaphysical nature. Freemasonry is an esoteric art, in that certain aspects of its internal work are not overtly revealed to the public, but rather expressed through allegory and symbols in both art and architecture. Some people something think that almost all the Founding Fathers were Freemasons. Certainly George Washington was, and as his famous Masonic apron reveals, he and his fellow Masons understood the ancient power and astronomical marker of the Pleiades and Sirius. Notice the illustration of the seven stars associated with the Pleiades in the image below (and the symbol that resembles a UFO).
Masonic Tracing boards are painted or printed illustrations depicting the various emblems and symbols of Freemasonry. They were used as teaching aids during the lectures that follow each of the three Masonic Degrees, when an experienced member explains the various concepts of Freemasonry to new members. Here the seven stars of the Pleiades are illustrated on the right next to a stairway emanating from a bright Star believed to be Sirius. Notice the Angels, or extraterrestrial beings, descending the ladder to the Masonic Lodge ready to reveal the secrets of the universe to the initiates. Many traditions suggest that Sirius is the home of a portal or wormhole through which these enlightened beings travel to Earth from other star systems.
This esoteric belief finds expression in modern architecture designed by the Freemasons. Wayne Herschel has brilliantly exposed the Masonic symbolism in the design of Washington, DC and its monuments. Most significant is the Washington Monument designed after an ancient Egyptian obelisk. In his research on the Key of Solomon, only partially reveal to the public by Dan Brown in The Lost Symbol, Herschel goes further and systematically reveals the profound stellar alignment, which includes Sirius and the Pleiades, with the Washington National Monuments. This energetic punctuation mark points to an esoteric energy source that is timed with the birth date of the United States, July 4th. How does the astronomical alignment of these stars with a national obelisk acting as a tuning fork effect our nation? Does it draw energy or create some sort of portal through which beings from other dimensions may descend?

7:9 Todas aquellas obras fueron de piedras costosas, cortadas y ajustadas con sierras según las medidas, así por dentro como por fuera, desde el cimiento hasta los remates, y asimismo por fuera hasta el gran atrio. 7:10 El cimiento era de piedras costosas, piedras grandes, piedras de diez codos y piedras de ocho codos. 7:11 De allí hacia arriba eran también piedras costosas, labradas conforme a sus medidas, y madera de cedro. 7:12 Y en el gran atrio alrededor había tres hileras de piedras labradas, y una hilera de vigas de cedro; y así también el atrio interior de la casa de Jehová, y el atrio de la casa. 7:13 Y envió el rey Salomón, e hizo venir de Tiro a Hiram, (El rey de TIRO era el rey de los mares-Ezequiel 27) 7:14hijo de una viuda de la tribu de Neftalí. Su padre, que trabajaba en bronce, era de Tiro; e Hiram era lleno de sabiduría, inteligencia y ciencia en toda obra de bronce. Este, pues, vino al rey Salomón, e hizo toda su obra.
¿PORQUE CRISTO RELACIONA A LA MADRE DE MARCOS CON LA 7:15 Y vació dos columnas de bronce; la altura de cada una era de dieciocho codos, y rodeaba a una y otra un hilo de doce codos. 7:16 Hizo también dos capiteles de fundición de bronce, para que fuesen puestos sobre las cabezas de las columnas; la altura de un capitel era de cinco codos, y la del otro capitel también de cinco codos. 7:17 Había trenzas a manera de red, y unos cordones a manera de cadenas, para los capiteles que se habían de poner sobre las cabezas de las columnas; siete para cada capitel. 7:18 Hizo también dos hileras de granadas alrededor de la red, para cubrir los capiteles que estaban en las cabezas de las columnas con las granadas; y de la misma forma hizo en el otro capitel. 7:19 Los capiteles que estaban sobre las columnas en el pórtico, tenían forma de lirios, y eran de cuatro codos.
7:20 Tenían también los capiteles de las dos columnas, doscientas granadas en dos hileras alrededor en cada capitel, encima de su globo, el cual estaba rodeado por la red. 7:21 Estas columnas erigió en el pórtico del templo; y cuando hubo alzado la columna del lado derecho, le puso por nombre Jaquín, y alzando la columna del lado izquierdo, llamó su nombre Boaz. 7:22 Y puso en las cabezas de las columnas tallado en forma de lirios, y así se acabó la obra de las columnas.
7:23 Hizo fundir asimismo un mar de diez codos de un lado al otro, perfectamente redondo; su altura era de cinco codos, y lo ceñía alrededor un cordón de treinta codos.
7:24 Y rodeaban aquel mar por debajo de su borde alrededor unas bolas como calabazas, diez en cada codo, que ceñían el mar alrededor en dos filas, las cuales habían sido fundidas cuando el mar fue fundido. 7:25 Y descansaba sobre doce bueyes; tres miraban al norte, tres miraban al occidente, tres miraban al sur, y tres miraban al oriente; sobre estos se apoyaba el mar, y las ancas de ellos estaban hacia la parte de adentro. 7:26 El grueso del mar era de un palmo menor, y el borde era labrado como el borde de un cáliz o de flor de lis; y cabían en él dos mil batos.
La órbita del planeta Venus es más pequeña que la de la Tierra y por eso está dentro de la órbita de la Tierra. Las Pléyades están muy afuera y muy lejos del sistema solar, y desde la perspectiva de la Tierra permanecen fijas en el firmamento aun durante miles de años. Pero podemos imaginar a la Tierra dando vueltas al Sol mientras la mantenemos unida a las Pléyades con una línea imaginaria, a modo de aguja de la que sólo es móvil el extremo en el que está el planeta Tierra (trasladándose). Y en la órbita de la Tierra hay un punto en el que esa línea Tierra/Pléyades es tangente a la órbita de Venus y, cada cierto tiempo (de miles de años), el planeta Tierra y el planeta Venus coinciden en esos puntos de sus órbitas. Desde fuera de la Tierra veríamos a la Tierra, Venus y las Pléyades formando una línea tangente a la órbita de Venus, tal como se ve en la imagen.
Al final del Gran Ciclo Maya (finales del 6º milenio hebreo -año hebreo 5774- y comienzo del 3er milenio cristiano -año cristiano 2012) esta coincidencia ocurre el día gregoriano 3 de abril del año cristiano 2012.
Ahora mismo (y en cualquier momento) el planeta Venus está en un punto del cielo (espacial) y de su órbita en el que estuvo hace 8 años terrestres (8 órbitas de la Tierra), pues a cada 365 días (año terrestre) lógicamente Venus no está en el mismo punto de su órbita, pero sí cada 8 años terrestres, aunque ligeramente más adelante que 8 años antes. Es el Ciclo Octogonal de Venus. Eso significa que desde la Tierra, en los últimos 112 años cada 8 años (14 ciclos octogonales), habríamos visto a Venus en las proximidades de las Pléyades, acercándose a la vez que "aminorando", y el 3 de abril de 2012 termina de "frenar" y a partir de entonces da un cambio de dirección y empieza a alejarse en dirección contraria, tal que así:
Esta es una descripción de la apariencia que percibimos desde la Tierra, un punto de vista desde el que tenemos una visión subjetiva que nos lleva a juzgar la realidad como "azarosa, desordenada y caprichosa", pero si vemos esa misma realidad desde fuera de la Tierra comprendemos que es una dinámica ordenada, lógica y previsible. La última vez que desde la Tierra se vio a Venus ante las Pléyades en un inicio/fin de ciclo octogonal fue en el año 84, de modo que hasta el 2012 han transcurrido 1928 años, que son 241 ciclos octogonales de Venus.
Aquí podemos ver desde la perspectiva de la Tierra el movimiento de Venus durante esos 241 ciclos octogonales desde el año 84 al 2012 y a Venus en determinados puntos identificables con ciertos años de la historia humana, años cuya cifra es un múltiplo de 8 (cada 8 años). El ciclo comenzó con Venus en las Pléyades y termina con el regreso de Venus a las Pléyades, como un boomerang cósmico.
La imagen muestra la mitad de la franja de la AstroPista tal como la vemos desde la Nave Tierra. La "Mediana" es la línea azul que viene a ser el plano de la órbita de la Tierra (o la eclíptica), y en el centro el Sol. Vemos la trayectoria completa de Venus durante esos 1.928 años, y a Venus en algunos puntos significativos en los que estaba cada ' x ' años en periodos múltiplos de 8 años. Los 1928 años es el periodo que forma este Ciclo (de 241 subciclos octogonales) al que podemos denominar como se nos ocurra, a ser posible de la forma más corta y descriptiva. Termina y se reinicia el 3 de abril de 2012.
En esta página veremos paso a paso el Ciclo para comprenderlo tanto desde la Tierra como desde fuera del propio sistema Sol/Venus/Tierra. Podemos verlo a la vez desde ambos puntos de vista subjetivo y objetivo. Lo interesante es observarlo primero desde la Tierra, lo cual nos da la visión subjetiva y "desvirtuada", y a partir de ella reconstruir la dinámica real y su orden. Es un buen ejercicio para desengancharnos de nuestro ego subjetivo y cobrar conciencia espacial mientras conocemos el entorno espacial en el que se desplaza la Nave Tierra así como la dinámica de la Tierra y de Venus en relación con el Sol y las Pléyades e incluso con acontecimientos históricos, para leer la historia observando a la vez los astros, en este caso Venus, el Sol y las Pléyades.
El comienzo del ciclo fue la vez anterior en que Venus estaba en esa línea Tierra/Pléyades tangente a la órbita de Venus y desde tierra se le veía a la altura de las Pléyades. Entonces, en la mente de la humanidad romanizada corría el año 837 de Roma (año 84 d.C., es decir, año 84 desde el momento establecido como inicio de la era cristiana). En ese año el Imperio romano alcanzó su máxima extensión (2 años antes de una visita del cometa Halley). Después, en el año 188 cruzó el meridiano del Sol, por encima. Así lo habríamos visto desde la Tierra:
36 ciclos octogonales después, en el año 476, el planeta Venus llegó a la eclíptica (la Mediana de la AstroPista) coincidiendo con la caída del Imperio de Roma, a cuyo ideal de amor divino los romanos llamaban "Venus". En esos momentos, el planeta Venus "se hundía", como en un ocaso, en el "horizonte" (eclíptica de la Tierra) mientras Roma Occidental caía, acontecimiento que es considerado por los historiadores modernos como el final de la brillante Edad Antigua, final marcado por sucesos previos como un devastador terremoto en Creta que afectó a la ciudad que por entonces era el centro del saber, Alejandría, en el año 365, el expolio de la Biblioteca de Alejandría en 391 o la muerte de Hipatia en el 416. Y 60 años después, la caída del Imperio romano de Occidente, y a partir de entonces el "no-nacimiento" (ab-orto) de una humanidad cultivada y una vuelta de la humanidad europea a la ignorancia (involución) durante 10 siglos (1 milenio) que duraría la llamada "Edad Media" (hasta 1492). Es decir que el año 476 viene a marcar el inicio de la Edad Media.
Durante esos 49 ciclos octogonales de Venus (392 años desde el 84 al 476), viendo desde la Tierra el planeta Venus aparecía situado por encima de la Mediana hasta alcanzarla en 476. Esto significa que cada 8 años Venus estaba situado en el nodo superior de su órbita hasta que alcanzó uno de los dos puntos en los que su órbita inclinada intersecta con el plano de la órbita de la Tierra. Esto lo vemos claro si nos despegamos de la superficie del planeta y volamos a un punto del espacio.
Durante los siguientes 92 ciclos octogonales (736 años, 736 órbitas de la Tierra y 1.196 de Venus) el planeta Venus aparecía en el nodo inferior de su órbita. Desde Tierra lo hubiéramos visto cada 8 años por debajo de la Mediana, hasta que en el año 1.212 vuelve a alcanzar el meridiano del Sol (como en el año 188), aunque esta vez ya pasando por debajo. En 1.212 se producía el inicio del declive del dominio musulmán en la Península Ibérica.
En el Espacio lo veríamos así:
Durante los siguientes 35 ciclos octogonales (cada 8 años durante 280 años ó 280 órbitas de la Tierra y 386 de Venus) hasta el año 1.492, el planeta Venus alcanzaría el otro punto en el que su órbita intersecta con el plano de la órbita de la Tierra. Viendo desde la Tierra, habríamos visto a Venus de nuevo en la Mediana de la AstroPista.
Este momento cósmico coincide con que en la historia humana, Roma (ya como Iglesia -de Roma-, no como Imperio) llega a tierras mayas, el 15 de octubre de 1492. Vemos una relación entre la posición de Venus en los dos puntos de la Mediana con la Edad Media de la Historia humana: el inicio de la Edad Media (476) y final de la Edad Media (1492) e inicio del Renacimiento europeo (aunque para la cultura maya significa el inicio de una era de 5 siglos de tinieblas) con la "salida" de Venus por el "horizonte" de la eclíptica o Mediana.
Es decir que entre los dos cruces de Venus por la Mediana van 1000 años ó 1 milenio (1000 órbitas de la Tierra) que es lo que duró la Edad Media mientras cada 8 años (ciclo octogonal) Venus aparecía en el nodo inferior de su órbita, de modo que durante esos 1000 años, Venus realizó 125 ciclos octogonales.
65 ciclos octogonales después (520 órbitas de la Tierra ó 520 años), en el año cristiano 2012, Venus alcanza de nuevo el punto de su órbita al que es tangente la línea Tierra/Pléyades (o, visto desde la Tierra, aparece en el meridiano de las Pléyades) donde había estado 1928 años antes, en el año 84. Esta firma de Venus en las Pléyades el 3 de abril ocurre prácticamente 9 meses antes del final y reinicio del Gran Ciclo Maya el 21 de diciembre.

Observando desde la Tierra durante los últimos 100 años en los que Venus aparece en la tangente Tierra/Pléyades cada 8 años, esta "dinámica octogonal" da lugar a una "película" de la que resulta esta curva de Venus en las Pléyades que el 3 de abril 2012 llega al punto más extremo después del cual cambia de dirección:
Como vemos, lo que percibimos desde la Tierra y aparenta no tener mucho sentido o ser caótico, se basa en un orden y tiene su lógica cuando lo percibimos desde un punto de vista exterior a alguno de los puntos (como la Tierra) que intervienen en la "película" que estamos observando. Además, en este ciclo Venus viene a servirnos como una especie de guía o puntero de acontecimientos fundamentales de la historia de la humanidad, como la Edad Media que duró 1 milenio, o el medio milenio (500 años) que transcurrió hasta 1992.
Entre 1.492 y 1.992 hay 500 años, un ciclo considerado "de tinieblas" por los maya a raíz de la llegada del poder católico y militar español, aunque para la cultura europea supuso el inicio de la época llamada "el Renacimiento" cultural. En 1992, España celebró el 5º centenario del "descubrimiento de" (o de la llegada a) América, y el B.I.E. (organismo oficial organizador de grandes exposiciones) asignó a Sevilla la celebración de la "exposición universal" (Expo'92) que concluyó el 14 de octubre, misma fecha de la llegada de la Iglesia de Roma a América, 500 años antes y también fecha anterior a la instauración del calendario gregoriano y del inicio del tiempo gregoriano, un 15 de octubre de 1582). Eso ocurrió en el año 1992 en la historia iberolatinoamericana de la humanidad en la Tierra mientras la Tierra se alineó con Urano, y Urano con Neptuno. Era la 3ª alineación de Urano y Neptuno desde 1478 (14 años antes de 1492).

Y entre el año 1.992 y el 2.012 hay 20 años, un ciclo Katun, último del último ciclo Baktun (13º) del último ciclo de Cuenta larga (5º) que finalizan el 21 de diciembre. En total, desde que Venus (en 1492) cruzara la Mediana de la Astropista (viendo desde la Tierra) hasta alcanzar las Pléyades (en 2.012) van 520 años, que son 2 ciclos de 260 años (2 x 365 Tzolkin). 520 años son 10 x 52 años, y cada 52 años (1 siglo azteca) sincronizan el Tzolkin (260 días) y el Haab (365 días, año civil) como 52 años :: 73 Tzolkin. Y con el ciclo sinódico de Venus (de 584 dás) sincronizan como 65 ciclos sinódicos :: 104 años :: 146 Tzolkines, es decir, 5 en 520 años.
En el capítulo 5 del libro "2012: La Profecía Maya" (Ed. Edaf) del autor brasileño Alberto Beuttenmüller, se lee: "Ésta es la revelación que estuvo velada a los humanos desde 1475. Antes de la llegada de los españoles a América, el Consejo Supremo Maya reveló que tenía que desarrollarse un ciclo de calendario correspondiente a dos veces el ciclo de 260 años para que la cultura maya floreciese, una vez más, en beneficio de la humanidad. En la primavera de 1995, en el hemisferio norte, y otoño en el hemisferio sur, se cumplió este periodo de 520 años, terminando con ello el ciclo de sombras que habían traído los españoles a la Tierra del Sol".
DESPUÉS DEL CIERRE DEL CICLO EL 3 DE ABRIL
En los siguientes 64 días desde el 3 de abril se producen dos tránsitos ante el Sol con las Pléyades y Venus como protagonistas. El primero es el tránsito de la Luna (el 21 de mayo) ante el Sol y cerca de las Pléyades produciéndose el eclipse de Sol ante las Pléyades.
Y 16 días después es Venus el que transita ante el Sol dando lugar al tránsito de Venus que es la pareja del de hace 8 años (un octenio), el 8 de junio de 2004. En aquella ocasión la trayectoria de Venus en el cielo "terrestre" desde las Pléyades (el 3 de abril) hasta alcanzar el Sol (el 8 de junio) fue esta:
Rastro de Venus -partiendo desde las Pléyades- durante el periodo entre el 3 de abril y el 8 de junio de 2004 en que pasó justo entre la Tierra y el Sol.
Tú detrás de Venus, y Venus ante el Sol y entre las estrellas Pléyades y Aldebarán.
I recently received an email asking if I thought the recent conjunction between Venus and Jupiter, together with the crescent Moon and the Pleiades (perhaps better known as the "seven sisters") on the feast of the Annunciation on 25th March held any significance. I remember reading an interesting blog article on this subject which Spirit Daily linked to around the time of this event, but hadn't really given it much thought until I was asked about it (hence the lateness of this post in relation to event in question). On March 25, 2012, millions of Christians (Catholic and Orthodox) will celebrate the “Annunciation” – which commemorates the conception of Jesus. This March 25, there will be a neat astronomical arrangement in the sky, that seems to mesh nicely. See the description below:
The sky will be spectacular in the west after sunset on March 25, 2012, with the waxing crescent moon and the planet Jupiter very close to each other in the evening twilight sky. Plus Venus is nearby – the sky’s brightest planet. You’ll see Jupiter and the moon below Venus in the west after sunset. The famous Pleiades star cluster is above Venus.
For centuries Mary has been referred to as the “Morning Star”, the popular name of the Planet Venus. In this configuration, the Morning Star appears with the moon at her feet. The Pleiades (from “peleiades” the Greek word for doves) overshadows the Morning Star. Jupiter, the “King Planet” approaches the configuration. The symbolism is striking. This is a interesting arrangement for the mystery of the Annunciation which heralds Christ’s coming through Mary.
We should first note that while the practise of astrology (attempting to discern future events through an elaborate system of occult interpretation) is condemned by the Church, the Bible clearly teaches that important events are often heralded by symbolic astronomical and geophysical phenomena. For example the birth of Christ was accompanied by the appearance of the Star of Bethlehem. And during his eschatological discourse on Mount Olivet, Jesus explicitly states that great signs would appear in the heavens before His Second Coming:
There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.(Luke 21:11)
“And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”(Luke 21:25-28)
This is followed by Peter's eschatological sermon during the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost:
And I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke; the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day.(Acts 2:19-20)
The Book of Revelation also foretold that the unbinding of Satan's chains "for a little while" (which I argue corresponds to the "100" years given to Satan in the Prophecy of Pope Leo XIII) would be signified by a star fallen to earth:
Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while. (Rev 20:1-3)
And the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star fallen from heaven to earth, and he was given the key to the shaft of the bottomless pit. He opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and from the shaft rose smoke like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke from the shaft. Then from the smoke came locusts on the earth... (Rev 9:1-3)
And the sounding of the third trumpet in Rev 8 was predicted to be accompanied by the sign of a great star falling from heaven "blazing like a torch" (which I equate with the last appearance of Halley's Comet and its timing in relation to the Chernobyl disaster in the post Chernobyl, Wormwood, and the Hrushiv Apparitions).
Perhaps most importantly, the opening of the sixth seal in the Book of Revelation was foretold to be accompanied by a combination of an earthquake, a total solar eclipse, a total lunar eclipse and a major meteor shower (which in the post Signs in the Sky, I point out all occurred at the turn of the millennium centred on modern Turkey - the location of Pergamum in Asia Minor, which the Apocalypse identifies as "the throne of Satan" in Rev 2:13). As I argue in Unveiling the Apocalypse, the eschatological astronomical phenomena described at the opening of the sixth seal in Rev 6, is once again recapitulated in Rev 12. The Woman Adorned with the Sun with the Moon at her feet represents a total solar eclipse - which corresponds to the Sun turning "black as sackcloth" in Rev 6:12. The Moon at the Woman's feet represents the Dragon intent on devouring her Child, and the red colour of the Dragon represents the reddish hue typical of a total lunar eclipse, which in turn corresponds to the Moon becoming blood-red at the opening of the sixth seal. And the Dragon sweeping a third of the stars from the sky in Rev 12:4, directly refers to the stars falling from the sky in Rev 6:13 (which is also recapitulated again at the sounding of the fourth trumpet in Rev 8:12, when a third of the Sun, Moon and stars are struck). The twelve stars around the Woman's head are traditionally associated with the Twelve Apostles; but they also represent the twelve tribes of Israel, as is shown by the allusion of this verse to Joseph's dream in Gen 37:
Then he dreamed another dream and told it to his brothers and said, “Behold, I have dreamed another dream. Behold, the sun, the moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”(Gen 37:9)
The eleven stars symbolise the sons of Jacob who make up the tribes of Israel, with the tribe of Joseph being divided between his two sons - Mannaseh and Ephraim, bringing the number up to twelve. So the twelve stars around the Woman's head in Rev 12 is a further allusion to the opening of the sixth seal, which includes the sealing of the 144,000 from the twelve tribes of Israel in Rev 7.
The manifold similarities between the opening of the sixth seal in Rev 6 and the sealing of the saints in Rev 7, held in juxtaposition with the unfolding of the Divine Drama of Rev 12 and marking of the inhabitants of the earth with the mark of the Beast in Rev 13, further confirms that the bestowing of the saints with the Seal of God is an antithetical parallelism to those who are marked with the number of the Beast. Chapters 6 and 7 of the Apocalypse are therefore directly connected with chapters 12-13, and forms a theological diptych which deliberately contrasts these portions of the Book of Revelation.
Since they both describe the same events, the astronomical signs at the opening of the sixth seal thus herald the eschatological casting of Satan to earth described in Rev 12 (which must be distinguished from his primordial fall from grace), and the subsequent rise of the Beast from the sea to mark the inhabitants of the earth in Rev 13 should be considered to be a direct inversion of the sealing of the saints in Rev 7 - events which logically would coincide at the same moment in real-time.
Now that we have determined that astrology should be clearly distinguished from the Bible's admonition to regard certain astronomical signs as portentous of contemporary and future world events, we can safely discuss whether the particular planetary conjunction on the 25th March may be imbued with any religious significance. Since it took place on the feast of the Annunciation, it would follow that any particular event this may signify would only be revealed nine months later - the gestation period of an unborn child. So we could safely assert that we would know exactly if it does indeed herald any future event during the Christmas period - close to the rather ominous date of 21st December 2012. We will only know that it was truly a sign if anything of historical or religious importance occurs around this time period. As exactly to what event it could herald can only be guessed at. We can be almost certain that it is not the Second Coming of Christ, since the Catechism of the Catholic Church states that this pivotal moment in salvation history is delayed until the future conversion of the Jews - an event which is synonymous with the Second Pentecost and the preaching of the Gospel to the ends of the earth:
"The glorious Messiah's coming is suspended at every moment of history until his recognition by "all Israel", for "a hardening has come upon part of Israel" in their "unbelief" toward Jesus. St. Peter says to the Jews of Jerusalem after Pentecost: "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for establishing all that God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets from of old." St. Paul echoes him: "For if their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?" The "full inclusion" of the Jews in the Messiah's salvation, in the wake of "the full number of the Gentiles", will enable the People of God to achieve "the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ", in which "God may be all in all". We have clearly not reached the stage of the conversion of the Jews at the Second Pentecost just yet, but there are other prophesied events that it may concern. The promised religious revival to take place at the Second Pentecost is almost certainly the next major prophesied event that is to take place - at least according to any provisional schedule which may be determined from analysing the eschatological events foretold in Scripture. So could it herald the coming of the Second Pentecost itself? This event seems to be intimately related to the prophecies of the ministry of the Two Witnesses and the martyrdom of a future pontiff. And in turn these events also appear to be connected to the "great sign" promised in various prophecies, including those of St. Fautina and Our Lady of Akita. Therefore any of these events are the most likely prophetic occurrences yet to unfold at the highly significant schedule relating to the date of 21st December 2012. Yet foremostly it has to be admitted that the most likely explanation is that this particular date bears no significance at all to the date of the end-time (especially not to Christianity), and that like every other prophesied date purporting to pinpoint the end of the world, it will come to nought. We can only be left guessing until nearer the time. Either way, it is extremely unwise to tie ourselves to an exact date - especially when we know that the coming of the Lord will be as a "thief in the night" (Rev 16:15), and that we should always be prepared for the arrival of the Groom. Attempting to to preempt this crescendo of salvation history through the process of logic is all but impossible. We can only conclude with the same prayer as the apostle himself and subject ourselves to the immanent glory of Christ - Maranatha! "Come, Lord Jesus!" (Rev 22:20).
