Stafford loan consolidation question - DESENMASCARANDO LAS FALSAS DOCTRINAS

Hi all, I've been reading about all the changes w/ PSLF, loan types, and consolidation this year and it's just so overwhelming! I have a few questions, and I'd really appreciate some help answering them.

I'm reading now that FFELP Stafford loans might be eligible for PSLF if I consolidate into one loan, is that correct? I've been working on PSLF for 12 years but some of my undergraduate Stafford loans didn't qualify and couldn't be consolidated at the time I applied (which was around 2016).
All of my wife's loans are already in MyFedLoan and in the PSLF program, but the counts are all over the place because she has three degrees spread out over 15 years (undergrad & graduate if it matters). Her highest pay count is 105, and the lowest is 74 (with a few others in-between). I read that if we consolidate her loans into one, then the higher pay count would be applied to the new consolidated loan, is that correct?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks! PSLF has been such a wild ride!
