I'm looking for recommendations on the best LAN-type messenger available now in 2024. Mainly I need one that is very secure, with end-to-end encryption, and that has good customer service in case I need technical support or to troubleshoot problems.

I want to use it in the small company I work for to improve internal communication between teams. We are around 50 employees using a local network.

What LAN messenger do you recommend that is professional, secure and reliable? It should have availability of desktop and mobile applications.
