You get what you paid for. The only reason I got Truconnect was because of free government lifeline. My account stopped working out of the blue. Called customer service, on hold for 2hours, the line got disconnected! Called back next day (Saturday), on hold for 2hours, disconnected again! Switched to "chat" option: wait time was 5m. They took 5m to reply to each of your message! They asked for PIN, address, email, SIM card number, went away....after 10m, disconnected!
