- Y halló Jesús un asnillo, y se sentó sobre él, como está escrito: (El asno tiene relacion con el sabado. El 10 de nissan, la fecha en que Cristo ingreso a Jerusalem tiene fuerte nexo con el shabbat)
- No temas, hija de Sión: he aquí tu Rey viene, sentado sobre un pollino de asna. (Aqui con la expresion "hija de Sion" se confirma NEXO CON MARIA MAGDALENA QUE SIGNIFICA TORRE. VER MIQUEAS 4:8)

- Entre tanto que tenéis la luz, creed en la luz, para que seáis hijos de luz. Estas cosas habló Jesús, y fuése, y escondióse de ellos.
- Empero habiendo hecho delante de ellos tantas señales, no creían en él.
- Para que se cumpliese el dicho que dijo el profeta Isaías: ¿Señor, quién ha creído á nuestro dicho? ¿Y el brazo del Señor, á quién es revelado?

- Mas Jesús clamó y dijo: El que cree en mí, no cree en mí, sino en el que me envió;

- Yo la luz he venido al mundo, para que todo aquel que cree en mí no permanezca en tinieblas.

- El que me desecha, y no recibe mis palabras, tiene quien le juzgue: la palabra que he hablado, ella le juzgará en el día postrero.

Bien, en contexto a JUAN 12 vemos que MARIA MAGDALENA SIMBOLIZA A JERUSALEM. Esto tambien es viable en JUAN 20:1,11 en CONTEXTO A APOCALIPSIS 21:7 que esta en CONTEXTO A ABRAHAM. Lo curioso es que en GALATAS 4:26 PABLO NOS HABLA DE LA JERUSALEM DE ARRIBA Y DE QUE ES NUESTRA MADRE. ¿MARIA MAGDALENA SUBIO AL CIELO TAMBIEN? Reconozco que hay que profundizar mas este estudio porque es muy inductivo. 22 Porque escrito está que Abraham tuvo dos hijos; uno de la sierva, el otro de la libre.

Was Princess Diana a product of a particularly special strain of the Grail bloodline and the Stuart bloodline? Perhaps (argued for instance in Princess Diana: The Hidden Evidence). But that's speculative and should be treated as a storyline rather than fact. It may well be that the name 'Diana' was all it took to make her 'special' in the esoteric context of Grail symbolism.
Nevertheless there is an interesting dichotomy in the current British Royal Family configuration more or less pitting the House of Windsor (Queen, Charles, etc.) against the House of Spencer/Stuart (Diana, William & Harry). The House of Windsor stems from the House of Hanover which back in the 18th century supersede the House of Stuart with a transitional period of King William III of the House of Orange (joint rule with his Stuart wife Mary II) sandwiched in between who acceded to the throne following the questionable removal of Stuart monarch King James II - an event of great significance for the 'Grail bloodline'. Following two years of challenging the 'userpers', James and his supports the 'Jacobites' were resoundingly crushed at the Battle of the Boyne on July 12, 1690, annually celebrated to this day as Orangemen's Day (which at the time using the old-style calendar was July 1st, Princess Diana's birthday).
That paved the way for the Parliament-centered rule of the incoming Germanic House of Hanover which would morph into today's House of Windsor. In that sense, the British Royal Family as it exists today stands in opposition to the supposed 'Grail bloodline' (the Stuarts), reflected in the Windsors' not-so-friendly relationship with Princess Diana. The Diana family in this context would at least symbolically (possibly literally) represent the special strain of the House of Stuart crawling its way back to the throne, with Prince William now just one or two steps away from destination. Reenacting, in a sense, the 'Return of King Arthur' - 'Once and Future King'.

 Kukulcán's pyramid is notable for the fact that at the spring and fall equinoxes (March 21 and September 22) the sun projects an undulating pattern of light on the northern stairway for a few hours in the late afternoon—a pattern caused by the angle of the sun and the edge of the nine steps that define the pyramid's construction.
These triangles of light link up with the massive stone carvings of snake heads at the base of the stairs, suggesting a massive serpent snaking down the structure.
Additionally, when one looks at the western face during the winter solstice, the sun appears to climb up the edge of the staircase until it rests momentarily directly above the temple before beginning its descent down the other side. The orientation of the pyramid is approximately 17 degrees east of magnetic north, in an area where the declination is approximately 2 degrees east, so the actual orientation is around 19 degrees east of true north. Several other major structures on the site are oriented in approximately the same way.

The pyramids built by the pharaohs of ancient Egypt—especially the magnificent tomb of the Fourth Dynasty’s Khufu, or Cheops—have prompted extensive inquiry through the ages. Not so the pyramids erected by other ancient peoples—those of the Maya, for example. But the pyramids of the Maya—Kukulcán’s among them—reveal much about the sophisticated skills of their builders.

Decoding Kukulkan's Longitude
Kukulkan Pyramid. When the world's pyramids were built, their longitudes were reckoned from a very ancient Prime Meridian (0/360° longitude) that ran from pole to pole across the Great Pyramid at Giza, Egypt, a full 31 degrees, 08 minutes, 00.8 seconds to the east of our modern Greenwich Prime Meridian.
In order to "read" our western pyramids this 31° 08' 00.8" longitudinal variance must be factored in to our present-day longitudes for these western monuments.

Like the other pyramids of the Western Hemisphere, the Kukulkan Pyramid at Chichan Itza was a terraced monument as opposed to being a true pyramid form such an we see in Egypt. There were clear reasons for this departure from Egyptian architectural practice because in the West, pyramids convey specific numbers which can enable us to see why they were built where they were upon the earth.
The decoding process is generally quite simple, the only exceptions apparently having been at Tikal where the decoding process is not without certain complexities, otherwise the decoding is a simple process. The Kukulkan is a classic example of this.

Also known as the El Castillo (The Castle) and Quetzalcoatl,
Kukulkan Pyramid has staircases on all four sides.
With each staircase comprising 91 steps, the four
show 364 steps with the upper platform being the 365th step.
CORNER VIEW FROM THE GROUND
In this 3/4 view from ground level., notice that the pyramid shows us nine terraces. This, the first number we use to assemble our formula for the decoding process.
The second number is 365. Kukulkan has four staircases, one on each side of the monument, on each staircase are 91 steps. For the four., that totals to 364 steps with the top platform of the pyramid being the 365th step. We now have our second number - 365.
OVERHEAD VIEW
In the overhead view, we see that the pyramid has four sides, and four staircases. We now have all the numbers shown by the architect and can put the decoding formula together:
- 9 terraces x 365 steps x 4 sides x 4 stairways = 52,560
There are also other numbers which also multiply to 52,560. These are 119, 42 and 10.51620648. Two rational numbers and an irrational, but these are not shown on the pyramid. These appear only on maps.

The Pyramid of Kukulcan - a Precessional Alarm Clock
When the Toltec people moved to Chichen Itza, they merged their own zenith cosmology with the Mayan system, and the result was the Pyramid of Kukulcan. This has been designed so that every year, on Spring Equinox, the afternoon sun causes a shadow play so that it appears that a huge serpent is descending from the sky, down the pyramid. However, John Major Jenkins shows that the pyramid is much more than an equinox indicator. It is a ‘PRECESSIONAL CLOCK WITH ITS ALARM SET FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY’.

Jenkins says that Kukulcan, (or Quetzalcoatl, the plumed serpent), was the symbol of a sun-Pleiades-zenith conjunction. Exactly 60 days after the Spring Equinox, on May 20, the zenith passage of the sun takes place over Chichen Itza. The Crotalus rattlesnake, whose pattern is constantly used in Mesoamerican art, has a marking on it which is identical to the Solar ‘Ahau’ glyph of the Maya, and its rattle was called ‘tzab’, which is the same word used for the Pleiades star cluster

Galaxia espiral M58

La Galaxia M58 (también conocida como Messier 58, M58 o NGC 4579) es una galaxia espiral barrada de la constelación de Virgo. Fue descubierta por Charles Messier en 1779.
Su magnitud conjunta en banda B (filtro azul) es igual a la 10.5. Cómo su vecina M90, ésta es una galaxia anémica con un contenido en hidrógeno neutro y una tasa de formación estelar bajas comparada con otras galaxias espirales de tipo similar, y además concentrado el primero en "grumos" dentro del disco visible de la galaxia -dónde además se halla concentrada buena parte de su formación estelar-. Se piensa que ello es debido al rozamiento de la galaxia con el gas caliente que llena el medio intergaláctico del Cúmulo de Virgo.
M58 es una galaxia con un núcleo galáctico activo -aunque de baja luminosidad-, creyéndose que tiene un agujero negro en su centro con una masa de alrededor de 70 millones de masas solares, y es también una de las pocas galaxias espirales conocidas que poseen un anillo nuclear ultra-compacto (UCNR en inglés) -regiones de formación estelar dispuestas en un anillo, situadas en el centro de una galaxia, y de tamaño muy pequeño-; estudios de alta resolución muestran también cómo su gas está acumulándose a diferentes escalas en ella, en especial en un pseudoanillo formado por dos brazos espirales apretados y separados de la barra galáctica. Ha llegado incluso a ser considerada cómo una galaxia con brote estelar por algunos autores.
M58 es una de las galaxias más brillantes del Cúmulo de Virgo. Dos supernovas se han observado en M58: la supernova tipo II 1988A, y la supernova tipo I 1989M.

Rose Line is a fictional name given to the Paris Meridian and to the sunlight line defining the exact time of Easter on the Gnomon of Saint-Sulpice, marked by a brass strip on the floor of the church in the Priory of Sion mythology, where the two are conflated.

The 1967 Priory of Sion document Au Pays de la Reine Blanche[2][3] states that "Rennes-les-Bains is located precisely on the Zero Meridian, which connects Saint-Sulpice in Paris" adding that "the parish of Rennes-les-Bains guards the heart of Roseline", being a reference to Saint Roseline de Villeneuve. Au Pays de la Reine Blanche also referred to "the line of the Zero Meridian, that is to say the red line, in English: 'Rose-line'".[4] Later in 1978, Pierre Plantard also referred to the "red line of the meridian, the 'Rose-Line'...since Roseline, the Abbess of the 'Celle aux Arcs', celebrates her feast day on 17 January... and her legend is well worth a read".[5]
The document entitled Le Serpent Rouge - Notes sur Saint-Germain-des-Près et Saint-Sulpice de Paris[6] conflates the Paris Meridian with a gnomon in the Parisian church of Saint-Sulpice marked in the floor with a brass line, which it calls the "Red Serpent".
Philippe de Chérisey in his document Stone and Paper recounted a story that a Roseline was also the name of his acquaintance: "there was a Roseline I knew who died on 6 August 1967, on the Feast of the Transfiguration, when leaving the zero meridian by car."[7] Another document by Philippe de Chérisey entitled Circuit,[8] in Chapter VII, adds the detail that Roseline was killed in a car accident whilst working as a double on the Television film La beauté sur la terre (1968),[9] a film that also starred Philippe de Chérisey under his stage name of Amédée.[10] The story about Roseline in Circuit also involves an imaginary character named Charlot who appears frequently throughout Circuit and both characters are patently imaginary beings appearing in one of Philippe de Chérisey's surrealist compositions.
Chapter XIII of Circuit is devoted to the Zero Meridian, with de Chérisey claiming it was established by Till Eulenspiegel (before Jean Picard), listing key sites that it passes through (in a fictional work attributed to Abbé François-Pierre Cauneille). In this chapter Roseline is called 'Fisher Woman', preferring herself to be known as "Di O Nysos, DON" ("dondon" is French slang for "fat woman"), an otherworldly being who organises funerals for the dead who are still living in her new Citroen 2CV (the make of car she was killed in).

The term Rose Line has been popularized by Dan Brown in his novel The Da Vinci Code as an alternate name for "the world's first prime meridian",[1] identified as the Paris Meridian.[11] Brown's novel also conflates this meridian with a gnomon in the Parisian church of Saint-Sulpice marked in the floor with a brass line,[12] as did the 1967 Priory Document Le Serpent Rouge - Notes sur Saint-Germain-des-Près et Saint-Sulpice de Paris. The Paris Meridian actually passes about 100 metres east of the gnomon,[13] which according to author Sharan Newman and a sign in the church was "never called a Rose-Line".[12][14] A St Sulpice booklet dating from 2000, in the page about the history of the gnomon describes the brass line as "a meridian", it does not use the term Roseline or Rose Line.[15] Author Paul Murdin describes such sun lines as a "Meridian", or meridiana.[16]
Brown identified the Paris Meridian with the alleged bloodline of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene as well as Rosslyn Chapel, the central part of his novel. Quoting from The Da Vinci Code:
"Rosslyn Chapel's entrance was more modest than Langdon expected. The small wooden door had two iron hinges and a simple oak sign, Roslin. This ancient spelling, Langdon explained to Sophie, derived from the Rose Line meridian on which the chapel sat; or, as Grail academics preferred to believe, from the 'Line of the Rose' — the ancestral lineage of Mary Magdalene..."[17]
Quoting Mark Oxbrow and Ian Robertson from their book Rosslyn and the Grail:
"Dan Brown simply invented the 'Rose Line' linking Rosslyn and Glastonbury. The name 'Roslin' definitely does not derive from any 'hallowed Rose Line'. It has nothing to do with a 'Rose Bloodline' or a 'Rose Line meridian'. There are many medieval spellings of 'Rosslyn'. 'Roslin' is certainly not the 'original spelling': it is now the most common spelling for the village."[18]
At the climax of the novel, the protagonist follows the line of Arago medallions to the Louvre museum, where (according to the book) the Paris Meridian passes beneath the so-called Inverted Pyramid in an underground mall in front of the museum. Following the tradition of esoteric interpretations of this meridian, the novel hints that this is the final resting place of the Holy Grail. The fact that the meridian passes near the Inverted Pyramid is also noted in the book Le guide du Paris maçonnique by Raphäel Aurillac, who likewise ascribes some deeper, esoteric significance to this.
In the Louvre area, the meridian line marked by the Arago medallions actually runs through the museum and the great courtyard at a spot considerably to the east of the Inverted Pyramid. The medallions in the museum are behind ticketed access points, while the Inverted Pyramid is located in a public mall next to the museum.
Other landmarks said to lie on the line are Arques and Conques,[19] the Lady of the Roses cathedral in Rodez, St. Vincent's in Carcassonne, and the Church of St. Stephen's in Bourges, and Rennes-les-Bains.
While Dan Brown presents the Rose Line as "the world's first prime meridian",[1] the idea of establishing a Prime Meridian dates back to antiquity,[20] with suggested meridians running through Rhodes or the Canary Islands. When Greenwich was adopted as the universal zero longitude in 1884[21] (not 1888 as the novel says), it had at least nine rivals besides Paris (Berlin, Cadiz, Copenhagen, Lisbon, Rio, Rome, Saint Petersburg, Stockholm, and Tokyo).

En la investigación, descubre la batalla entre el Priorato de Sion y el Opus Dei sobre la posibilidad de que Jesucristo haya dejado descendencia.
La novela produjo gran interés popular en torno a temas como el Cáliz Sagrado y el rol de María Magdalena en el cristianismo. Ha despertado también mucha crítica de parte de distintas organizaciones (principalmente religiosas), quienes denuncian las inexactitudes históricas y científicas. En medio de la polémica, ha vendido más de 60 millones de copias, y se ha traducido a más de 44 idiomas.

En el Museo del Louvre en París, un monje albino del Opus Dei, llamado Silas, acorrala al curador del museo, Jacques Saunière, para que le diga dónde se esconde el Santo Grial. Luego de que Saunière le responde, Silas le dispara. Atrapado en una de las salas del museo, bloqueada por el sistema de seguridad, y herido de muerte, Saunière se da cuenta de que debe hacer algo para salvaguardar el importante secreto que guarda.
En sus últimos instantes de vida, Saunière dibuja en su abdomen, con su propia sangre, un pentáculo. Luego dibuja un círculo en el piso, y se coloca él mismo dentro de este, con piernas y brazos extendidos, recreando la figura de El Hombre de Vitruvo. Finalmente, deja un código numérico y dos líneas de texto escritas con tinta invisible en el piso.
Al salir del Louvre, Silas llama por teléfono al Maestro, y le indica que, según Saunière, la “piedra angular” (especie de piedra en forma de cuña, utilizada en la construcción de arcos) se encuentra en la iglesia de Saint Suplice de París. Dicha piedra angular les llevaría a encontrar el Santo Grial y ciertos documentos que sacudirían las bases de la religión cristiana y de la Iglesia. Así que el Maestro le ordena a Silas buscar el botín. Pero, tras seguir las pistas que le diera Saunière, Silas se da cuenta de que fue engañado. Entra en cólera y asesina a la Hermana Sandrine Bieil, encargada de la iglesia y centinela del Priorato de Sión. |
Robert Langdon es un prestigioso profesor de Simbología Religiosa de la universidad de Harvard, y se encuentra en París presentando su nuevo libro. Saunière lo había llamado ese mismo día para que se reunieran más tarde.
En medio de la presentación irrumpe Jerome Collet, detective de la policía, y le pide a Langdon que lo acompañe al museo para intentar interpretar lo que alli encontraron.
Ya en el Louvre, Langdon conoce a Bezu Fache, el capitán de policía encargado de la investigación. Fache le muestra la escena del crimen a Langdon y le pregunta por su cita con Saunière. Además, lo interroga sobre ciertas pistas dejadas por este antes de morir. Por la forma de interrogarlo, Langdon se da cuenta de que el capitán Fache le considera sospechoso.
Un rato después, llega al museo Sophie Neveu, agente de policía y especialista en criptología. Le indica a Langdon que debe llamar a la embajada de su país, puesto que le tienen allí un mensaje importante; le indica el número a llamar y un código de acceso. Pero, tras marcar el número, a Langdon le cae el servicio de contestadora de Sophie, donde esta le ha dejado el siguiente mensaje: “Usted está en peligro, debemos reunirnos en un baño del museo”.
Una vez en el baño, Neveu le indica a Langdon que Fache le ha colocado un dispositivo para seguir cada uno de sus movimientos. Langdon consigue el dispositivo escondido en su bolsillo, y lo lanza por la ventana escondido en un jabón, hacia un camión que pasaba cerca.
Neveu había visto el fax con la foto de la escena del crimen que Fache había enviado a la comisaría. Antes de que llegara Langdon, Fache había borrado un mensaje que Saunière había dejado escrito: “P.S. encuentra a Robert Langdon”. Pero Sophie sabía que “P.S.” no eran las siglas utilizadas para indicar una post-data, sino “Princesa Sofía”, como la llamaba Saunière, quien además era su abuelo. Este mensaje hizo que Fache sospechara de Langdon. Por su parte, Langdon cree que que “P.S.” indica “Priorato de Sión”, una hermandad antigua dedicada a preservar la tradición de adorar a la diosa pagana, y a mantener el secreto que Saunière murió protegiendo.
Al ver la señal del dispositivo alejándose del museo, Fache y los policías que le acompañan creen que Langdon ha escapado, y salen corriendo del museo. Fache acababa de ser notificado de que la policía no había enviado a ningún especialista en criptología.
Al irse la policía, Langdon y Neveu regresan a la escena del crimen. Langdon descifra las líneas restantes del mensaje de Saunière, que lo llevan a encontrar, detrás de la Madonna de las Rocas, una llave de una caja de seguridad de un banco.
La policía, mientras tanto, regresa al museo. Langdon y Neveu, sin embargo, logran escapar, utilizando una de las valiosas pinturas como rehén. |
Neveu y Langdon intentan ir a la embajada de Estados Unidos, pero esta estaba rodeada de policías. Se dirigen entonces a la estación de tren, y compran boletos pero, para despistar a la policía, no suben al tren. En su lugar, van a la oficina del banco suizo identificado en la parte posterior de la llave.
En el camino, Langdon le cuenta a Neveu la historia del Priorato de Sión, y su brazo armado, conocido como los Caballeros Templarios. Le indica que el Priorato protege no sólo documentos secretos sino al Santo Grial. El libro más reciente de Langdon se ocupa precisamente de este tema. |
Al entrar al banco, el guardia los identifica como prófugos y llama a la policía. Sin embargo, con la llave y utilizando un número dejado por Saunière, logran abrir una caja de seguridad. En ella consiguen una caja de madera dentro de la cual se encuentra un Cryptex, es decir, un dispositivo cilíndrico para almacenar y enviar mensajes secretos que Saunière había construido según un diseño de Leonardo Da Vinci.
Para abrirlo, es necesario alinear los componentes rotatorios según una contraseña secreta. Pero, si se lo intenta abrir con la contraseña incorrecta, se quiebra un recipiente interno que contiene vinagre y que dañaría por completo el pergamino contenido en el dispositivo.
Langdon sospecha que el Cryptex debe contener la clave para conseguir el Santo Grial, tan celosamente guardado por el Priorato.
André Vernet, el gerente del banco y amigo de Saunière, reconoce a Sophie y los ayuda a ambos a escapar en el camión blindado del banco, conducido por él mismo. Una vez lejos de la ciudad, Vernet se vuelve contra ellos, intentando hacerse del Cryptex. Sin embargo, logran escapar. |
Langdon y Sophie se dirigen seguidamente a la mansión de Sir Leigh Teabing, historiador y amigo de Langdon, para que los ayude a abrir el Cryptex. Sir Teabing les cuenta la leyenda del Santo Grial, incluyendo evidencia histórica de que:
- La Biblia no vino de Dios, sino que fue compilada por el emperador Constantino.
- La divinidad de Jesús fue decidida por votos en el Concilio de Nicea.
- Jesús estuvo casado con María Magdalena, y tuvo hijos con ella.
Les habló además sobre ciertos símbolos escondidos en la pintura La Última Cena de Da Vinci. Según su explicación, el Santo Grial es realmente el cuerpo de María Magdalena; es ella, y no el Apóstol Juan, quien se encuentra al lado de Cristo en esta pintura.
También les indica que María Magdalena era de descendencia real (de la casa de Benjamín) y era esposa de Jesús (de la casa de David). Al momento de la crucificción, ella estaba embarazada. Posteriormente huyó hacia la Galia (Francia), donde fue escondida por los judíos de Marsella. Allí nació su hija Sara, y su descendencia pasó a ser la enigmática dinastía Merovingia de Francia.
La existencia de dicha descendencia era el secreto contenido en los documentos descubiertos por los Caballeros Cruzados cuando conquistaron Jerusalén en 1099. El Priorato de Sión y los Caballeros Templarios fueron grupos organizados para proteger dicho secreto. Da Vinci era miembro del Priorato de Sión.
Según Teabing, Saunière y otros fueron asesinados porque la Iglesia sospechaba que el Priorato estaba próximo a revelar estos secretos.
Mientras Teabing explica todo esto, Rémy, su mayordomo, hace una llamada para informar que Langdon y Sophie se encuentran en la mansión. Como resultado de esta llamada, Silas aparece en el castillo, dispuesto a obtener la “piedra angular”.
Justo cuando Langdon le estaba mostrando el Cryptex a Teabing, aparece Silas y lo golpea en la cabeza. Silas apunta con su pistola a Sophie y a Teabing, exigiendo la “piedra angular”. Teabing ataca a Silas, pegándole en el muslo (donde tiene el cilicio con el que se auto-flagela), y Sophie lo remata con una patada en la cara. Lo atan.
La policía llega al castillo de Teabing, pero Sophie, Langdon, Silas (atado), Teabing y Remy (el mayordomo de Teabing) logran llegar al avión privado de Teabing, a bordo del cual escapan hacia Inglaterra.
Entre Langdon, Sophie y Teabing logran descifrar la clave del Cryptex; pero cuando lo abren, hallan adentro otro Cryptex envuelto en un pergamino que tiene un poema escrito. Este último hace referencia a una tumba donde se encuentra un caballero enterrado por “el Papa”, y a la órbita que falta es esta. Teabing asegura saber adónde deben ir.
El capitán Fache, al darse cuenta de que han huido en el avión, llama a la policía británica para que rodeen el aeropuerto donde aterrizarán. El avión entra en el hangar, y al dar la vuelta, Sophie, Langdon, Rémy y Silas saltan y se esconden en una limosina que les esperaba. Cuando llega la policía, Teabing le muestra que no había nadie más en el avión. |
El grupo se dirige a la Iglesia del Temple en Londres, el lugar donde estaban enterrados los caballeros que había asesinado el Papa.
Rémy libera a Silas, y le revela que él también es seguidor del Maestro. Silas se dirige a la iglesia, para obtener la “piedra angular”. Cuando forcejea con Langdon, este amenaza con romperlo. Rémy interviene, tomando a Teabing de rehén, y forzando a que Langdon entregue el Cryptex.
Por teléfono, el Maestro instruye a Silas para que deje que Rémy le lleve el Cryptex. El Maestro se encuentra con Rémy en un parque, y lo envenena. El Maestro llama a la policía, y les entrega a Silas. Cuando este intenta escapar, un policía le dispara. Silas cae muerto. |
La investigación de Sophie y Langdon les lleva a descubrir que el caballero que buscan se trata de Sir Isaac Newton, porque fue enterrado por Alexander Pope [en inglés, Papa se dice Pope]. Se dirigen a la Abadía de Westminster, donde está enterrado Newton. Allí, el Maestro, a través de una nota en la que indica que tiene como rehén a Teabing, les hacer ir hacia el jardín. Descubren que Teabing es el Maestro.
Teabing revela sus motivos: sospechaba que Saunière había decidido no revelar el secreto del Priorato de Sión, porque la Iglesia había amenazado con matar a Sophie si lo hacía (ya había matado al resto de su familia). Teabing quería que el secreto se hiciera público, así que había decidido encontrar el Santo Grial él mismo.
Teabing le da el Cryptex a Langdon, y le pide a él y a Sophie que le ayuden a abrirlo. Langdon se da cuenta que la contraseña es “apple” (manzana en inglés) – la órbita que falta en la tumba de Newton. Abre el Cryptex y extrae el papiro secretamente. Seguidamente lanza el Cryptex vacío al aire, lo que hace que Teabing suelte la pistola al tratar de agarrarlo para que no se destruyera su contenido.
Repentinamente, Fache entra en el recinto y arresta a Teabing. Ya estaba convencido de su culpabilidad, y de la inocencia de Langdon y Sophie.
El papiro del Cryptex guía a Langdon y Sophie a Escocia, donde Sophie encuentra a su hermano y a su abuela. En la reunión, ella descubre que su familia es descendiente de Jesús y María Magdalena.
Sophie y Langdon parten, prometiendo encontrarse en Florencia un mes después.
De regreso en París, Langdon comprende el poema que estaba en la caja del cryptex, que le lleva a la pequeña pirámide construida en el sótano del Louvre, donde está seguro que se encuentra escondido el Grial. |
