'Metro' means 'meter' in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc. The meter is historically defined as 1/10,000,000 of the distance between the North Pole and the equator through Paris, or in other words the Paris Meridian between the North Pole and the equator. The Paris Meridian is also the 'Rose Line' (an esoteric concept popularized by The Da Vinci Code) i.e. a 'Red Line'...

In Bloodline of the Holy Grail Laurence Gardner writes of the House of Stuart, the royal bloodline to which Princess Diana and her children belong (pp. 344-5):

The senior Stewart descent goes all the way back to King Arthur's father, King Aedan of Scots, on the one hand and to Prince Nascien of the Septimanian Midi on the other. The Scots descent traces further back through King Lucius of Siluria to Bran the Blessed and Joseph of Arimathea (St James the Just), while the Midi succession stems from the Merovingians' male ancestral line through the Fisher Kings to Jesus and Mary Magdalene. Conjoining the lines from their 1st-century points of departure, the descent is in the succession of the Royal House of Judah. This is a truly unique line of sovereign lineage from King David in one of the key descents which comprise the Bloodline of the Holy Grail.

Nephilim/Bigfoot bloodline = Moon/Diana bloodline = Rose Line = Bloodline of the Holy Grail = Stuart Bloodline (?) = Princess Diana bloodline...

Was Princess Diana a product of a particularly special strain of the Grail bloodline and the Stuart bloodline? Perhaps (argued for instance in Princess Diana: The Hidden Evidence). But that's speculative and should be treated as a storyline rather than fact. It may well be that the name 'Diana' was all it took to make her 'special' in the esoteric context of Grail symbolism.

Nevertheless there is an interesting dichotomy in the current British Royal Family configuration more or less pitting the House of Windsor (Queen, Charles, etc.) against the House of Spencer/Stuart (Diana, William & Harry). The House of Windsor stems from the House of Hanover which back in the 18th century supersede the House of Stuart with a transitional period of King William III of the House of Orange (joint rule with his Stuart wife Mary II) sandwiched in between who acceded to the throne following the questionable removal of Stuart monarch King James II - an event of great significance for the 'Grail bloodline'. Following two years of challenging the 'userpers', James and his supports the 'Jacobites' were resoundingly crushed at the Battle of the Boyne on July 12, 1690, annually celebrated to this day as Orangemen's Day (which at the time using the old-style calendar was July 1st, Princess Diana's birthday).

That paved the way for the Parliament-centered rule of the incoming Germanic House of Hanover which would morph into today's House of Windsor. In that sense, the British Royal Family as it exists today stands in opposition to the supposed 'Grail bloodline' (the Stuarts), reflected in the Windsors' not-so-friendly relationship with Princess Diana. The Diana family in this context would at least symbolically (possibly literally) represent the special strain of the House of Stuart crawling its way back to the throne, with Prince William now just one or two steps away from destination. Reenacting, in a sense, the 'Return of King Arthur' - 'Once and Future King'.

The Mystery religions trace back to stories of Atlantis, which are in reality speaking of the Days of Noah.  These same Mysteries speak of the day when this ‘Golden Age’ will return to earth, which Messiah says will happen just before He returns to earth (Matthew 24:37).

The term “Novus Ordo Seclorum,” A New Order of the Ages, was adapted by Charles Thomson in 1782 who, while designing the Great Seal of the United States, was inspired by a line in Virgil’s Ecologue IV from the first century:

Now the last age by Cumae’ Sibyl has come and gone,

And the majestic roll of circling centuries begins anew:

Justice returns, old Saturn’s reign

With a new breed of men sent down from heaven.

On do thou, at the boy’s birth in whom

Saturn represents the ‘golden age’ of the gods, Atlantis/Days of Noah. The 7 Heads and 10 horns of the beast kingdom is pictured by the 7 rings and 10 moons of Saturn.  This kingdom will be replay of what was seen in the days of Noah, just as Adonai Yahshua spoke of (Matthew 24:37; Luke 17:26) where the fallen angels mix with mankind(Daniel 2:43), promising them that ‘ye shall not die(Genesis 3:4; Isaiah 28:15, 18).’

Poseidon is said here to have married a human woman, and her name is even given: Cleito. He also begat and brought up five pairs of twin male children; and dividing the island of Atlantis into ten portions, he gave to the first-born of the eldest pair his mother’s dwelling and the surrounding allotment, which was the largest and best, and made him king over the rest; the others he made princes, and gave them rule over many men, and a large territory. Atlas, in the Greek myths, was actually a titan, one of the original deities who ruled over Earth before the Olympic gods (Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, etc.) overthrew them and took supremacy over Earth. The titans of the Greek myths were giants of great stature that ruled over a “golden age” of mankind: “The Golden Age of mankind lived during the rule of Kronos and the Titanes. This race of man was created by Prometheus and lived in peace and harmony, blessed with the fruits of the earth which grew freely in a garden of Eden-like paradise.” However, all was not well in Paradise, as the titans did not share their power freely: “The Titanes were jealous of their privileges and refused to devolve any power to the younger generations of gods. Zeus led these in rebellion and after a violent ten year war the Titanes were overthrown and cast into Tartaros.” Tartaros is the Greek word for “hell” or “abyss”, the same place where the archangels threw the fallen angels after they had intermarried with women and brought such violence and corruption to Earth. So Plato’s account of Atlantis so far matches Moses and Enoch’s descriptions of the antediluvian world point for point: divine beings were given rule over various parts of Earth, and they intermarried with human females, who gave birth to giants. Up to this point, however, the account is different on one important point. In the Critias, Atlantis was a place of earthly paradise, set up by Poseidon to be an ideal place for his progeny to live. However, at the end of the narrative, Plato’s account of the rise of Atlantis then turns to its fall, and our next point of collusion is matched perfectly:

For many generations, as long as the divine nature lasted in them, they were obedient to the laws, and well-affectioned towards the god, whose seed they were; for they possessed true and in every way great spirits, uniting gentleness with wisdom in the various chances of life, and in their intercourse with one another. They despised everything but virtue, caring little for their present state of life, and thinking lightly of the possession of gold and other property, which seemed only a burden to them; neither were they intoxicated by luxury; nor did wealth deprive them of their self-control; but they were sober, and saw clearly that all these goods are increased by virtue and friendship with one another, whereas by too great regard and respect for them, they are lost and friendship with them. By such reflections and by the continuance in them of a divine nature, the qualities which we have described grew and increased among them; but when the divine portion began to fade away, and became diluted too often and too much with the mortal admixture, and the human nature got the upper hand, they then, being unable to bear their fortune, behaved unseemly, and to him who had an eye to see grew visibly debased, for they were losing the fairest of their precious gifts; but to those who had no eye to see the true happiness, they appeared glorious and blessed at the very time when they were full of avarice and unrighteous power.
Just like the Nephilim, the titans grew more and more abased as they continued to intermarry with humans, becoming twisted, abhorrent travesties of their formerly glorious selves. Just as good as they were in the beginning, they became irretrievably evil, with an unbridled lust for power and wealth that led to a mighty thirst for conquest. The “gods” of Atlantis wished to extend their power beyond their divinely mandated boundaries, and thus risked the judgment of God. Their decision to wage war on Europe and Asia in order to dominate the world, causing great corruption and disorder in the process, was an indicator that these deities had gone too far and were in need of chastisement. The final point of collusion in the two accounts, the biblical and the Platonic, now comes to the fore, as Zeus, leader of the Greek gods, convenes a council in heaven and decides to punish the Atlanteans for their unbridled hubris.”

Manly P. Hall equates the symbol of the Tetractys to the 10 kings of Atlantis.

“Plato’s Atlantis symbolizes the threefold nature of both the universe and the human body. The ten kings of Atlantis are the tetractys, or numbers, which are born as five pairs of opposites…The numbers 1 to 10 rule every creature, and the numbers, in turn, are under the control of the Monad, or 1– the Eldest among them.

With the trident scepter of Poseidon these kings held sway over the inhabitants of the seven small and three great islands comprising Atlantis. Philosophically, the ten islands symbolize the triune powers of the Superior Deity and the seven regents who bow before His eternal throne.”

Hall speaks of the great mountain of Atlantis as an archetype of New Jerusalem.  It is in reality, a counterfeit of New Jerusalem.  The counterfeit garden of Eden that satan will try to restore in the last days.

This is the axle mountain of the world, sacred among many races and symbolic of the human head, which rises out of the four elements of the body. This sacred mountain, upon whose summit stood the temple of the gods, gave rise to the stories of Olympus, Meru, and Asgard. The City of the Golden Gates–the capital of Atlantis–is the one now preserved among numerous religions as the City of the Gods or the Holy City. Atlantis was a time where the gods ruled over mankind

Plato’s ‘Critias’ :

“In the days of old the gods had the whole earth distributed among them by allotment. There was no quarrelling; for you cannot rightly suppose that the gods did not know what was proper for each of them to have, or, knowing this, that they would seek to procure for themselves by contention that which more properly belonged to others. They all of them by just apportionment obtained what they wanted, and peopled their own districts; and when they had peopled them they tended us, their nurselings and possessions, as shepherds tend their flocks, excepting only that they did not use blows or bodily force, as shepherds do, but governed us like pilots from the stern of the vessel, which is an easy way of guiding animals, holding our souls by the rudder of persuasion according to their own pleasure;-thus did they guide all mortal creatures.”

Atlantis

The primary source of the story of Atlantis is Plato’s dialogues, the Timaeus and the Critias. The story should certainly be considered as a myth, like the other stories in his dialogues which Plato used in order to vividly express his philosophy and which he asserted as truth.

In referring to a myth as truth, Plato is not exactly telling a lie: for a myth is a story concocted of a mixture of fact and fable in order to convey a metaphysical truth or layers of metaphysical truths, as all great poets down the ages have done—Homer, Virgil and Shakespeare being three outstanding examples. The sacred literature of the world is created in such fashion, and all of us students wishing to learn the truth have to learn to recognise, read and interpret the various levels of meaning. The truths, to Plato, were the ‘Forms’ or spiritual Archetypes—the original designs or ideas on which all creation and evolution is based.

For instance, behind the family tree of Atlas, king of Atlantis, lies the archetypal Tree of Life, and behind the description of the land is the archetypal Chakra System.

Atlas’ father was the god Poseidon, the brother of Zeus and Hades. Poseidon fell in love with and married the mortal Cleito. They had ten sons—five sets of twin brothers. Atlas was the eldest of the first set of twins. All the brothers were allotted kingdoms to rule over in the country of Atlantis, with Atlas as the chief king. Atlas’ twin brother was Gadeiros, otherwise known as Hercules.

Atlas also is known by other names, such as Enoch or The Phoenix (hence Atlantis is Phoenicia, the land of the Phoenix). He married Pleione, who gave birth to fourteen daughters, known as the Atlantides, and a son called Hyas. The Atlantides comprised the seven Pleiades and the seven Hyades. When they died they were changed into stars in the constellation of Taurus, thereby identifying Atlantis with Taurus and Europe. The Pleiades are also known as the Hesperides and, like their parents, are symbolised as phoenixes or doves.

Plato’s Atlantean myth also appears in Hindu mythology, having been transported to India by the Indo-Aryans, whose origins lay in the valleys of the river Danube in Europe. The Hindu Atlas is Atalas, a Sanskrit word meaning ‘Pillar’ that was used as a synonym for Shiva (e.g. Shiva’s lingam). The Hindu Atlantis is Rutas, the continental paradise that was destroyed by a fiery cataclysm and sank beneath the ocean, except for a few remaining mountaintops that became islands known collectively as Atala. The destruction is described as having been caused by the collapse of its central Holy Mountain, called Meru or Atalas, which in turn is ascribed to the degeneration into corruption of the country’s leadership and people. In this Hindu myth, as in Plato’s myth, the classical and biblical story of the Fall of mankind and casting out from the Garden of Eden is combined with that of Noah’s Flood.

The country of Atlantis was composed of three main parts: a great oblong plain in the middle of the island, mountains surrounding it to the north and a city in the centre of the plain. In the centre of the city was a sacred mountain surrounded by three concentric rings of water. On the summit of this mountain was a temple dedicated to Poseidon and Cleito, which marked the place where the couple lived and begat their ten sons. The palace of Atlas and his successors was built adjacent to the temple.

Plato describes Atlantis as being ‘in front of the mouth which you Greeks call, as you say, the pillars of Heracles’. Besides referring to the Straits of Gibraltar, The Pillars of Heracles (Hercules) are a synonym for what Freemasonry calls The Great Pillars, these being the two entrance pillars of the Temple of Solomon, which themselves represent the two side ‘pillars’ of the Tree of Life. They are also known as the The Pillars of Atlas or Pillars of Enoch. As it is said of Atlas, they hold heaven and earth apart, allowing all manifestation to take place. On these pillars is inscribed the ancient wisdom and laws of truth, so that they might not be lost despite the cyclical cataclysms that humanity and the world has to endure. These cycles are indicated in the myth of Atlantis and are associated with the Phoenix Cycle or Great Age.

Noah's Flood and Amos' Shaking

The term 'Earth Navel' was applied to several 'sacred' locations from the ancient world. Generally, these sites were accredited with the title following their development into a 'sacred' or 'special' place, such as Delphi or Jerusalem, but in certain cases, the original name of the site contained a translation of the word 'navel'. It appears then, that certain sites were given this status during construction. The ancient Peruvian capital Cuzco, for example, literally means 'navel', and it acted as such to the Inca empire during its great expansion. The mythology of Cuzco recalls that the city was located by the 'children of the sun', from Tiahuanaco, according to pre-designed rituals.

Graves book 'The White Goddess'), and this, he believed formed the basis of the Eleusian mysteries.

Santillana (4), offers several examples to support the association between navel-stones and ‘the flood’ by referring to their function as ‘plugs’; an idea typified by the following phrase “The opening of the navel brings the deluge”. However of even greater interest is that we see in ‘Hamlet’s Mill’, that certain common subject matter has been approached but through a different medium, namely mythology. The primary emphasis of their research was the existence of an ancient system of astronomical/ astrological knowledge involving the precession of the equinoxes, and the constellations, stored in mythologies around the world. It is from their work we are made aware of a significant set of stories concerning the purpose of navel-stones, through which such already described associations are reinforced.

In the Sumerian myth of Utnapishtim (Noah), we are told that the first ark was ‘a cube measuring 60x60x60 fathoms’, which represents the unit in sexagesimal system (where 60 is written as 1 or 1³ ). In one version, we are told that ‘there is no ark, just a cubic stone, which rests on a pillar which reaches from earth to heaven’. In the Old Testament, these elements are repeated, when we learn that Noah’s ark was also a cube, whose landing symbolised the end of the great flood. In Jewish legends, it is said that “since the ark disappeared there was a stone in its place…which was called the foundation stone”…and it is said to lie above the waters that are below the Holy of Holies. In Mecca, the navel of the Islam faith, there stands the Holy stone of the Ka’aba, which is also a cube, and we are told that even Christ is compared to ‘a cube shaped mountain’. But why a cube?

Apart from the obvious fact that a cube represents a single unit (as in the Sumerian base-6), the traditional reason for the cube-shape is suggested as being the shape designated for the planet Saturn, as illustrated in Keplers ‘Mysterium Comographicum’. To support this idea Santillana reminds us that in this group of stories, the figure (power) who warns ‘Noah’ of the impending flood, (and suggests the dimensions of the Ark), is ‘…Saturn, as Jehovah, as Enki, as Tane, etc…’. The antiquity of these traditions is shown by the fact that In pre-Islamic days, before the Ka’aba was constructed, there was a well on the site, which had a statue of the ‘God’’ Hubal, across the opening ‘to prevent the waters from rising’. Hildegard Levy points out that, in pre-Islamic days, the god Hubal was Saturn, and that the Holy stone of the Ka’aba served the same symbolic function (4).

In addition to having been recorded as the first Greek oracle centre, Dodona has a still greater, and older claim to fame being located at the foot of Mount Tomaros, which is named in Greek myth as the refuge for Deucalion and his wife, the sole survivors of the great ‘flood of Deucalion’. It is within this myth that an older, perhaps hidden significance (and connection), can be found in the location of Dodona, for while Mt. Tomaros is the reputed resting place of the Greek ark, the Hebrews record the final resting place of their ark as being on Mount Ararat in Turkey (near Metsamor), which both sits on the same latitude as Dodona and happens to be equidistant from Thebes, so that the three locations form an almost perfect equilateral triangle.

 

While it is possible that such a geometric connection between sites may be a coincidence, the earlier mythological connection through the flood-myth is harder to explain. It is not possible to know if the significance of the site was already known to the Egyptian priests at Thebes (or Phoenicians) when the oracle at Dodona was established, but there is little doubt that the location had a special significance from before the arrival of the Egyptian oracles.
