Desde el principio del Tiempo, los seres humanos, desde más primitivo al más sofisticado culturalmente, han seguido y han grabado los ritmos naturales y ciclos de la Tierra.
El baile intrincado entre la Tierra y los otros cuerpos celestes ha sido siempre fuente de maravilla y asombro, dando lugar a innumerables historias y mitos por el mundo. Muchos de estos cuentos todavía son contados hoy.
Las personas antiguas de la Tierra se preocupaban por estos ritmos naturales y ciclos, porque sus vidas y su sustento dependían de ellos. En ciertos tiempos del año, la comida año era abundante en ciertas regiones y no lo era en otras. En ciertos momentos vendrían las lluvias, en otros, podrían esperar calor y sequedad. Ellos también observaron que la fertilidad estaba, de alguna manera, vinculada con los ciclos de la Luna.
De acuerdo con estos variados ciclos de la Naturaleza, las personas empezaron a reconocer un Cosmos de complejidad creciente - modelos repetitivos y ciclos envueltos dentro de ciclos aun más grandes de orden. Los movimientos cíclicos del Sol, la Luna, los Planetas y las Estrellas indicaron un Orden Natural a la Realidad, que les proporcionó a nuestros antepasados el significado y la certeza de la continuidad.
El cielo y la Naturaleza tocaron cada aspecto de sus vidas. No es sólo que sus observaciones astronómicas indicaban cuándo plantar sus cosechas y cuándo segar la mies, sino también dónde localizar sus templos, cómo diseñar sus casas e incluso cómo orientar sus ciudades. Estas personas ocuparon un Universo inteligente y viviente que gobernaba sus vidas. La supervivencia y el éxito, entonces, dependía de cuan bien uno podría leer las señales celestiales.
Como breve revisión de lo más básico de estos ciclos naturales, nosotros empezaremos con la rotación de la Tierra en su eje. Porque la Tierra rota una revolución completa cada 24 horas, nosotros observamos los períodos recurrentes del día y la noche.
Lamentablemente, hay números sorprendentemente grandes de personas hoy que todavía no entienden que este ciclo diario es causado por el movimiento de la Tierra, y no por algo el Sol está haciendo. Esto podría explicarse un poco por el hecho que nuestras costumbres lingüísticas están siglos detrás de nuestra comprensión científica, y continuamos hablando en términos de la salida del sol y sus ocasos.
Sea como sea, el próximo ciclo que veremos no está basado en el movimiento de la Tierra, sino de la Luna. La Luna rota alrededor de la Tierra cada 29.5 días, dándonos el concepto del mes, al aparecer en sus diferentes fases, desde la Luna Nueva a la Luna Llena, y una vez, de regreso a Luna Nueva.
Luego está el ciclo observable del año, cuando la Tierra baila alrededor del Sol en una órbita elíptica, tomándole 365.25 días para completar una revolución.
Cuando las personas continuaron observando los cuerpos celestes, comenzaron también a notar que algunas de las luces luminosas en el cielo se movían mientras otras se quedaban relativamente estacionarias. Estos cuerpos errantes que hemos venido a conocer como los planetas, y varias personas alrededor del mundo mostraron un interés especial en sus ciclos y movimientos particulares, tejiendo un gran número de historias, mitos y leyendas.
Esos astrónomos tempranos que guardaron archivos del movimiento del Sol, Luna y Planetas, uno de los más grandes misterios que ellos observaron fue el hecho de que todos los años, ellos esperarían que el Sol apareciera en el Equinoccio de la Primavera o en el Solsticio del Invierno en un lugar específico en el horizonte, señalizando el Nuevo Año.

Los astrónomos han logrado deducir ahora que la Tierra no es una esfera perfecta. Realmente es un poco chata en los polos, y tiene una protuberancia en el ecuador. Como resultado, los tirones gravitatorios de la Luna y el Sol ejercen una influencia desigual en la Tierra. Sus fuerzas gravitatorias intentan tirar la protuberancia ecuatorial hacia ellos.
Porque la Tierra está girando, estas fuerzas hacen que se tabalee el eje del de la Tierra, cambiando siempre muy despacio. Gradualmente el eje polar que una vez estuvo alineado con una estrella en particular, empieza a cambiar hasta alinearse con otra estrella.

Este movimiento Precesional es, entonces, el mismo movimiento responsable para el cambio de ubicación de los Equinoccios y los Solsticios.
Los antiguos astrónomos descubrieron el movimiento Precesional de término largo del Sol a través del fondo de las constelaciones y se calcula la longitud de este Ciclo a alrededor de 25,600 a 26,000 años.
Esto significa que el Sol que marca el Equinoccio de Primavera, que ahora aparece adelante del fondo de estrellas en la constelación de Piscis, en aproximadamente 500 años subirá a la constelación de Acuario. Continuará cambiando al revés a través de las varias constelaciones de Capricornio, Sagitario, etc., hasta que en aproximadamente 26,000 años llegará de regreso al mismo punto exacto en Piscis.
La comprensión de esta Precesión del Equinoccio, entonces, dio lugar a muchos mitos y leyendas de las diferentes Edades Mundiales. Cuando el movimiento Precesional continuó cambiando el Equinoccio a una nueva constelación, las diferentes culturas percibieron esto como una Nueva Edad o Nuevo Mundo. Como el Sol de Equinoccio de Primavera aparecía surgir en la constelación de Tauro, las personas percibieron esto como la Edad del Toro; la Edad del Carnero cuando subió a la constelación de Aries; la Edad del Pez al subir en Piscis, y así sucesivamente.
En un tiempo, muchas civilizaciones en la Tierra eran conscientes de este ciclo natural de la Tierra y lo incorporaron en sus cosmologías y conceptos del Tiempo de varias maneras.
Cada uno reflejando una interpretación y significado ligeramente diferente, pero de diferentes maneras diferentes, todos sostuvieron el Ciclo Precesional como involucrando nada menos que el proceso Cósmico de la evolución de la Vida, influyendo sutilmente en todas las Formas de Vida de la Tierra a moverse a niveles más altos de organización y complejidad. Sin embargo, en este Reloj Cósmico la mano, o marcador, en el movimiento es la ubicación específica del Equinoccio o Salida del sol del Solsticio, mientras la cara del reloj es representada por las constelaciones relativamente estacionarias de las estrellas.
Con esto en perspectiva, entonces, nosotros volveremos nuestra atención ahora a cómo este Ciclo Precessional fue incorporado en la Cosmología maya y cómo se relaciona a su calendario de la cuenta larga, y específicamente al año 2012.
Quizás más que cualquier antigua cultura de la que estamos conscientes a estas alturas, los Mayas estaban obsesionados con la Astronomía. No sólo eran capaces de proyectar sus cálculos astronómicos miles de años adelante y atrás en el Tiempo, sino que desarrollaron un calendario reciclable de Venus que era exacto a un día en 500 años, y una mesa de eclipses que todavía funciona hoy.
Ellos también calcularon exactamente el año solar hasta con cuatro cifras decimales. Para lograr estos impresionantes cómputos, ellos crearon un sistema sofisticado de matemáticas que utiliza el valor del lugar y el concepto del cero. Y todos esto mientras Europa todavía estaba vagabundeando en las Edades Oscuras.
En una cultura compleja como la maya, y considerando el lapso de un período de casi mil años, es importante recordar que eso levantó diferentes sistemas de creencia en tiempos diferentes, algunos de los cuales coexistían en el mismo lugar. Justo como si tomáramos la demografía de, digamos, la moderna ciudad de Nueva York, nosotros encontraríamos a judíos viviendo allí, además de Musulmanes, protestantes y católicos – todos, muy entretenidos en diferentes sistemas de creencia.
Y así, es apropiado aquí limitar nuestras consideraciones de la cultura maya a sólo esas creencias que prestan significado e importancia a la auspiciosa fecha indicada en su calendario de cuenta larga - Dec. 21, 2012.
Al enfocarnos en esta fecha, encontramos que uno de los indicadores a su probable importancia es que específicamente designa el Solsticio de Invierno. Como este es nuestro punto de partida en nuestro análisis, echemos una mirada más cercana acerca de lo que esto podría significar.
En primer lugar, es bueno ser consciente que alrededor del mundo en varias culturas del pasado, cada uno designó un tiempo específico para marcar el principio de su Nuevo Año.

Entonces, en el contexto de esta tradición el Solsticio de Invierno el 21 de diciembre era celebrado como el cumpleaños del Sol.
Es la noche más larga del año y por consiguiente, el día más corto del año. Representó el último poder de las fuerzas oscuras de la Naturaleza: la larga noche invernal, cuando las cosas parecían estar muertas y quietas. Y fuera de las profundidades de esta noche más larga, nació el nuevo Sol. Desde este punto en, el poder de la luz crece despacio en fuerza y los días empiezan poco a poco a hacerse más largos.
El Solsticio de Invierno, entonces, inauguró el nacimiento de un nuevo año solar. El Sol parecía regresar de su viaje anual al Sur y empieza su lento retorno a las Latitudes del Norte. La salida del sol, el 21 de diciembre, se creía que era como la primera salida del sol, y el comienzo del Nuevo Año era, de hecho, una celebración del principio del Tiempo.
Con este contexto particular en la mente, estamos ahora preparados para examinar más estrechamente las razones por qué el Solsticio de Invierno en el año 2012 es tan importante. En el calendario maya de la cuenta larga, un ciclo de 5,200 años finaliza en esta fecha, y también apunta a una rara alineación astronómica.
De hecho, esta alineación sólo pasa una vez cada 26,000 años.
El auspicioso año de 2012 indicado en el calendario de la cuenta larga, ilumina el hecho que el movimiento Precesional del Sol del Solsticio de Invierno gradualmente llevará su posición a alinearse con el mismo centro de nuestra Galaxia.
Para los mayas, esto es como el último golpe de Medianoche en Nochevieja, sólo que en el 2012 el Nuevo Año es el Nuevo Año Galáctico de 26,000 años solares.
El Reloj Galáctico estará en el punto cero y comenzará un Nuevo Ciclo Precesional.
A estas alturas usted puede estar preguntándose que es lo que es tan importante sobre la vía láctea y por qué los maya incluso estaban tan interesados en ello.
Nuestra cultura científica ha venido finalmente a comprender que nuestro planeta, el Sol, y el sistema solar entero tuvieron sus orígenes en el centro de la Galaxia de la Vía Láctea. Nosotros también hemos encontrado recientemente que nuestra Galaxia es de 70,000 años de luz de diámetro, con la mayoría de sus 400 mil millones estrellas concentrados en la gran protuberancia central.
Equipado con instrumentos ultravioleta, radiografías y rayos gamma, mas telescopios infrarrojos, la mayoría de los astrónomos están ahora convencidos que en el centro de nuestra Galaxia hay un masivo agujero negro de un tamaño inimaginable de millones de veces más grande que nuestro sol. Esto es donde la Ciencia y la Mitología verdaderamente se encuentran. Para lo que el centro de nuestra Galaxia pueda representar en términos de energía y propiedades tiempo/espacio, nadie tiene una pista.
Pero para los antiguos mayas, la Galaxia de la Vía Láctea representó a la Gran Madre Cósmica de donde nació toda Vida. Ellos vieron a nuestra Madre Galáctica estirándose a través del cielo nocturno y de alguna manera reconocer el lugar desde donde todos nosotros habíamos venido. Y a la gran protuberancia central a Su centro, ellos la percibieron como el Útero Cósmico.
Dentro de la protuberancia central está lo que parece un corredor oscuro, conocido como la grieta oscura (dark rift). Los mayas se referían a esto con muchos nombres, pero el más pertinente aquí es su referencia a esta área como el “paso del nacimiento”.
¿Estaremos empezando a conseguir aquí un cuadro de esto?
Considerando entonces la importancia de la fecha 2012 en el calendario maya, se ha descubierto que ese año específicamente apunta a un periodo de tiempo cuando el Sol del Solsticio de diciembre se alinea con y surge fuera del telón de la grieta oscura, el "Canal Galáctico de Nacimiento” en la protuberancia central.
Es como si el Sol realmente estuviera naciendo nuevamente del Útero Galáctico.
La Cosmología maya no fue escrita en un libro, sino en las mismas estrellas sobre sus cabezas.
El significado de esta historia no fue revelado a través del estudio de oscuras interpretaciones, sino que a través de correspondencia de asociaciones asignada a las partes individuales en la historia.
Todos lo que necesitamos hacer es reconocer esas asociaciones originales y la historia se despliega sola. Así como en nuestra cultura, nosotros hemos construido asociaciones entre el Solsticio de Invierno, el Nuevo Año y el nacimiento de Jesús Cristo, “ el Hijo de Dios" quien entró en este mundo como "un salvador de la humanidad ".
Con los mayas hemos descubierto otra historia asociada con el Solsticio de Invierno, el Nuevo Año y el destino de las personas en la Tierra. La alineación astronómica del Ciclo Precesional del Solsticio de Invierno y el Centro Galáctico representa el "Punto Cero" en el Reloj Cósmico, marcando así el principio de la Nueva Era en nuestra jornada evolutiva en la conciencia. Nos dice que nace un Nuevo Sol, que un Nuevo Año ha amanecido, que un Nuevo Ciclo Galáctico ha empezado, y la transformación de nuestro Mundo está en camino.
El gran secreto en esta historia particular es que nosotros no necesitamos esperar el Solsticio de Invierno del año 2012 para reconocer que estamos entrando en este tiempo de profunda transición. Ya que según los más recientes cálculos astronómicos, el Solsticio Meridiano realmente es el que más precisamente coincide con el Ecuador Galáctico entre 1998 y 1999.
Así como el ecuador de la Tierra divide el planeta en dos hemisferios de Norte y Sur, el Ecuador Galáctico es el término astronómico para la línea divisoria de la Vía Láctea, separando la Galaxia en dos mitades. Similar al tiempo del Equinoccio, cuando el Sol parece cruzar el Ecuador de la Tierra y entra así en un nuevo hemisferio, así también en 1998 el Sol del Solsticio de Invierno comenzó a atravesar el Ecuador Galáctico.
Considerando que el Sol es tan grande (aproximadamente uno y medio grados de ancho) y el movimiento es tan lento, nuestro Sol no estará completamente por el Ecuador y totalmente en el nuevo Hemisferio Galáctico hasta el año 2018.
Así que nosotros necesitamos entender entonces que la fecha maya de 2012 simplemente es un indicador a este periodo del 20 años de transición – el proceso de nacimiento de la Nueva Era (o Edad), y el punto del principio del Nuevo Ciclo Precesional de 26,000 años.
Yo lo encuentro casi la altura de ironía que los descendientes de esos blancos europeos que vinieron al "Nuevo Mundo" para llevar iluminación y salvación a la población indígena, ahora encontrarían enterrado aquí, en alguna selva remota, un calendario/reloj de piedra marcándoles el Tiempo/hora que es.
Un calendario o reloj no muy extraño a su propio fondo cultural, pero uno que realmente incorpora y cumple su más expansiva visión del Tiempo cíclico, el Ciclo Precesional.
Este "Gran Año" era conocido hace mucho tiempo por los sumerios, babilónicos, egipcios y los antiguos griegos, pero carecía del punto en el que empezaba o acababa. De algún modo, a través de las Edades, el conocimiento había estado perdido.
Quizás el regalo más grande que la cultura maya ha dado a nuestro mundo es el Punto Cero al Ciclo Precessional de 26,000 años. A través de la fecha 2012 en su calendario, ellos indicaron la importancia del Ecuador Galáctico y su relevancia al Ciclo Precesional, dándonos así la habilidad de apuntar ahora con precisión el Tiempo exacto en nuestro Reloj Galáctico.
Sobre el lapso de los 20 años de periodo de transición cuando el Sol del Solsticio cruza el Ecuador Galáctico y se mueve hacia un nuevo hemisferio, nosotros daremos testimonio, de hecho, la caída de las viejas estructuras viejas y el nacimiento de nuevas. Para aquéllos que tienen ojos para ver, nosotros realmente estamos siendo testigos del nacimiento de una civilización planetaria.
Y las mismas logísticas involucradas en este proceso determinarán que los viejos valores de los Estados Nación, que estaban principalmente basadas en la competencia y la explotación, tendrán que dar paso, en el futuro, a un esfuerzo de colaboración, dónde la cooperación será el valor social dominante.
Esto surgirá, no de alguna teoría política, social o económica, sino del el mismo deseo de las especies humanas de continuar sobreviviendo y tener el éxito.

In Rome, there are a total of 8 Egyptian and 5 Roman obelisks. In the context of this article, we will focus on four obelisks that were re-erected by Pope Sixtus V. Around 1587, all of Rome’s obelisks were toppled down and it was Pope Sixtus V who started re-erecting four of the fallen obelisks in Rome. Pope Sixtus V also redesigned the Piazza in front of the Saint Peter Basilica that was itself under construction at the time. The current oval shaped piazza with the obelisk at the Vatican was designed and built at the orders of Pope Sixtus V. It was part of an overall urban redesign of the city of Rome in which four of the obelisks were given new locations. These four new locations were centered around the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square which became the focal point.
The first Egyptian obelisk was originally shipped by Emperor Augustus in 10 BC from Heliopolis, Egypt (dedicated to Seti I/ Ramesses II) to the Circus Maximus in Rome. Circus Maximus was a Roman hippodrome used for chariot racing. The obelisk was moved by Sixtus V from Circus Maximus to Piazza del Popolo where it still resides today.
The second Egyptian obelisk was originally shipped from Thebes (temple of Amun, Tuthmosis IV) to Circus Maximus in Rome by Constantine II the son of Constantine the Great. The initial plans to ship the obelisk to Circus Maximus (Latin for the greatest circus) in Rome however were made by Contantine the Great who didn’t have the facilities to actually ship the largest of the Egyptian obelisks (32.18 m tall) to Rome. Eventually, his son succeeded in carrying out his father plans. Both obelisks were placed on the Spina of Circus Maximus. The Spina (backbone) is a 217 meter long wall in the centre of the hippodrome. This obelisk was moved by Pope Sixtus V from Circus Maximus to Piazza di San Giovanni (Laterno) next to the Basilica of San Giovanni.
It’s important to realize that both obelisks of Circus Maximus aligned with the Winter Solstice Sun at sunrise, since the Spina on which they were placed also aligned with the Winter Solstice Sun at sunrise! (see Vatican Alignment calculations)
The third Egyptian obelisk was originally moved to Rome in 37 AD by Emperor Caligula and situated at the Vatican Circus. The origin of this obelisk is unclear. It’s the only obelisk without hieroglyphs. This obelisk was again relocated by Sixtus V to St. Peter’s Square where it is seen today.
The fourth and last obelisk is a Roman obelisk that originally stood in Mausoleum of Augustus and was moved by Sixtus V to the piazza in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore at the Piazza del Esquillino.
What is interesting in the context of this article are the before and after locations of these obelisks in the overall urban redesign plan of Pope Sixtus V.
Circus Maximus, for instance, was built in a bend on the bank of the River Tiber, and on a Winter Solstice day the Sun would be seen rising over the Tiber River in line with both obelisks at the Spina when viewed from the Vatican. Pope Sixtus V could have restored Circus Maximus and placed the obelisks at their original locations. It’s interesting to notice that viewed from the St. Peter’s Square these obelisks would be aligned with the Winter Solstice Sun! This is because St. Peter’s Square lies exactly in line with Circus Maximus and the Winter Solstice Sun. Instead, Sixtus had chosen to relocate one of the obelisks of Circus Maximus to the Piazza del Popolo.
The obelisk at the Piazza del Popolo, however, aligns with the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square and the summer solstice Sun at sunrise! (See Vatican Alignment calculations)
Like the Equinox Sun, the summer solstice Sun is seen rising over the River Tiber from St. Peter’s Square since the obelisk at the Piazza del Popolo is situated only two blocks away from the river.
The other obelisk of Circus Maximus was Rome’s tallest obelisk and was moved to the Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterno (in southeast direction from the Vatican) which resides at an azimuth of 114° 0’ which is 9 degrees off the Winter Solstice sunrise azimuth of 123° for Rome. While both obelisks in Circus Maximus originally aligned to the Winter Solstice, Pope Sixtus V deliberately altered these alignments and made sure that one of the obelisks now aligned with the Summer Solstice Sun. The other obelisk that previously aligned to the Winter Solstice Sun was now deliberately misaligned.
It’s obvious that the alignment of both the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square and the obelisk at Piazza del Popolo must have been intentional since both obelisks were put there by Sixtus V. While he could have chosen for a Winter Solstice alignment of St. Peter’s Square obelisk by erecting the other obelisk at Cricus Maximus itself, he chose otherwise.
It’s beyond any doubt that Sixtus V was well aware of these alignments since he designed St. Peter’s Square to be a giant sun dial. In 1817, circular stones were set marking the tip of the obelisk’s shadow at noon. Since the Sun moves in between the tropics during a solar year, it enters all of the signs of the zodiac in one solar year, and the marks set out in stone therefore make a gnomon of the obelisk at St. Peter’s Square. We surmise that Pope Sixtus V was also well aware of the significance of the Great Celestial Conjunction around 2012 and its association with the biblical End Times.
To enhance this argument, it’s interesting to realize that the coat of arms of Pope Sixtus V contained an eight-pointed cross above four stacked mountains (or hills). The coat of arms of Sixtus was sometimes also depicted with three instead of four hills.
As explained before, in ancient Egypt and freemasonry mountains, pillars and clouds all represent the Milky Way. The four mountains in Pope Sixtus coat of arms could therefore represent the four Great Celestial Conjunctions or the four Milky Way Equinox/Solstice alignments that occur in a Great Year!

Pope Sixtus V used the eight-pointed cross in abundance in architectures and; in many cases he even placed the four-pointed Christian cross on top of an eight-pointed cross! The obelisk at Piazza di Giovanni, for instance, was adorned with both a four and eight-pointed cross by Pope Sixtus V. It was also a reference to this coat of arms!
The four Great Celestial Conjunctions in a Great Year are the four mergers of the two superimposed four-pointed crosses (Earth Cross and Galactic Cross) to form a single four-pointed cross!

Obelisk at Piazza di Giovanni, four-pointed cross on top of the eight-pointed cross! Although a symbol of the Great Celestial Conjunction, this obelisk no longer aligns with the Winter Solstice Sun as viewed from the Vatican.

We therefore suggest that the eight-pointed cross at St. Peter’s Square symbolically represents a Great Celestial Conjunction.
It’s the alignment of the Earth Cross with the Galactic Cross that is being symbolized at St. Peter’s Square. Notice that there is a small four-pointed cross in the center around the obelisk (the Sun) that is aligned with the outer eight-pointed cross. The eight-pointed cross is the superposition of the Galactic Cross and the Earth Cross. This is why Pope Sixtus V placed a four-pointed cross on top of the eight pointed cross! The crosses are recognized as follows:
- The axis on which the two fountains at St. Peter’s Square reside is the Galactic Equator of the Milky Way since the Milky Was is associated with water.
- The cardinal direction of this Galactic Equator axis corresponds with the Milky Way that straddles the East horizon from North to South.
- The Earth Cross aligns closely (but not perfectly) with the two solstice axis
The esoteric significance of the Summer Solstice alignment of St. Peter’s Square obelisk with the obelisk at the Piazza del Popolo is that it symbolizes a Summer Solstice Galactic Alignment. Since the sky chart over St. Peter’s Square with the Pleiades residing over the Seven Hills symbolizes the Silver Gate, we postulate that the Vatican alignments represent a Summer Solstice Galactic Alignment at the Silver Gate. This alignment occurs right now in era 2012!

Introduction
Just recently the University of Bradford released lectures in freemasonry and published it on their website. Dr Robert Lomas of the University of School of Management has dumped his archives on his research of Freemasonry and the information he’s got from the Masonic writer Walter Leslie Wilmshurst and published it on the internet.
The release of this information of Scottish Rite freemasons from the Hermetic vaults of masonry is astonishing to say the least since it reveals their knowledge and understanding of the Galactic Alignment that occurs this time around era-2012.
Galactic Alignment
Galactic Alignment is the conjunction of the summer and winter solstice Sun with the Galactic Equator that happens around 2012 (in the 2012 era from 1980-2016). It is the origin of the 26000 year precession cycle and the beginning of a New Age.
Galactic Alignment has been popularised by John Major Jenkins but was also discovered by professor Sergey Smelyakov 2 years prior to John Major Jenkinks’ first publication of his theory. For a detailed discussion of this subject see our paper ‘Crucifying the Earth on the Galactic Cross’.
This freemason revelation came to my attention through the publication of an article on Wayne Herschel’s website. Herschel has interpreted the freemason’s disclosure as a confirmation of his ‘mystery’ star theory but we’ll provide an alternative interpretation in this article.
Earlier we have re-interpreted Herschel’s Stonehenge-Pleiades connection and showed how the Pleiades are a pointer to the summer solstice Sun on the Milky Way (summer solstice Galactic Alignment) that is encoded at Stonehenge.
Freemason’s clues
We cannot expect that the Scottish Rite freemasons will give away their secret knowledge that they have preserved for centuries without further ado; the revelation of the information that they have given on the Bradford’s University’s website may be as close as we can ever get about learning their esoteric mysteries, yet they have left the door ajar enough for us to swing it open and reveal what’s inside.
We must keep in mind that the nature of the information that is provided by the Scottish Rite freemasons is of an exoteric nature. The hidden esoteric or occult meaning of their information is only revealed to the initiates of the Order. While a Masonic symbol may have a clear obvious exoteric appearance it may distract us from the multiple intended esoteric meanings. In other words an exoteric symbol may have one or more esoteric meanings.
All we have is the mysterious ‘Tracing Board’ and the clues that were given by the Scottish Rite freemasons on their website.
Here’s a summary of the important clues that were given:

“The blazing star, or glory in the centre, refers us to the Sun, which enlightens the earth, and by its benign influence dispenses blessings to mankind in general”.
“In all regular, well-formed, constituted Lodges, there is a point within a circle round which a Mason cannot err; this circle is bounded between North and South by two grand parallel lines, the one representing Moses, the other King Solomon; on the upper part of this circle rests the Volume of the Sacred Law, supporting Jacob's ladder, the top of which reaches to the heavens; and were we as conversant with that holy book, and as adherent to the doctrines therein contained, as both those parallels were, it would lead us to Him who will not deceive us, neither will He suffer deception.”
“The three great Pillars supporting Mason's Lodges are emblematical of the Divine attributes; they further represent Solomon, King of Israel, Hiram, King of Tyre, and Hiram Abif. Solomon, King of Israel for his Wisdom in building, completing, and dedicating the Temple at Jerusalem to God's service; Hiram, King of Tyre, for his Strength in supporting him with men and material and Hiram Abif, for his curious a masterly workmanship in beautifying and adorning the same. But as we have no noble orders in Architecture known by the names of Wisdom Strength, and Beauty, we refer them to the three most celebrated, the Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian.”
Moses caused a tent or Tabernacle to be erected in the wilderness, which by God's especial command was situated due East and West, for Moses did everything according to a pattern shown him by the Lord on Mount Sinai. This Tent or Tabernacle proved afterwards to be the ground-plan, in respect to situation, of that most magnificent Temple built at Jerusalem by that wise and mighty Prince, King Solomon, whose regal splendour and unparalleled lustre far transcend our ideas.

Let’s carefully analyse these clues.
Solstice and equinox Sun
The first thing that attracts our attention are the cardinal directions that are noted in the tessellated border of the board. According to the Scottish Rite freemasons, the mosaic on the border represents the planets of our Solar System.
There’s no doubt that the blazing star at the centre of the ‘Tracing Board’ is our Sun. The point within the circle depicted on the table at the foot of the ladder is the ancient representation of the Sun as well as the Egyptian hieroglyph for Ra, the Egyptian Sun god.
The Blazing Star corresponds with the equinox Sun that rises in the East and sets in the West. The top of the board is the East and the bottom is the West. The equinox Sun lies on the line connecting the cardinal directions East and West.
The Scottish Rite freemasons gave us the clue that ‘The grand parallel lines that bound the Sun between the North and the South’ are in fact the tropic of Cancer (North) and tropic of Capricorn (South). The tropics determine the extremes of Sun’s path at the summer and winter solstices.
The grand paralell lines
Given these clues, there is therefore little doubt that the Suns on the left and right represent the solstice Suns!
The Sun on the left is the summer solstice Sun that rises in the North East and sets in the North West during the summer solstice. This Sun appears in the North East region of the ‘Tracing Board’.
The Sun on the right is the winter solstice Sun that rises in the South East and sets in the South West during the winter solstice. This Sun appears in the South East region of the ‘Tracing Board’.
The central Sun the blazing star has yet another very important significance; it represents the Sun on the Galactic Equator as we will demonstrate later.
The three Suns depicted in the ‘Tracing Board’ from right to left seem to suggest the movement of the Sun through the Galactic Equator at the equinox. This is the basic concept of the precession of the equinoxes.
The name ‘Tracing Board’ therefore may suggest the tracing of the Sun along the precession cycle since it presents the idea of the conjunction of the Sun with the Galactic Equator on solstices and equinoxes.
The latter is the concept of Galactic Alignment or Great Celestial Conjunctions as we have called them in our paper ‘Crucifying the Earth on the Galactic Cross’ (Smelyakov, Wicherink 2006). There are four of these conjunctions of the Sun with the Galactic Equator in a Platonic Year (one full precession cycle) that make up the four World Ages of the ancients.
The ecliptic crosses the Milky Way at two places; one place is near the Dark Rift in between the constellations Scorpio and Sagittarius while the other is in between Taurus and Gemini near the Pleiades.
In our present time the Sun aligns with the Dark Rift near the Galactic Centre at the winter solstice. Also during the summer solstice the Sun aligns with the crossing of the ecliptic and the Milky Way in between Taurus and Gemini. The sun now resides near the Pleiades and the Galactic Anti-Centre.
If we take a careful look at the ‘Tracing Board’ we notice that the Sun on the left is depicted in a black dark region. This dark region represents the Dark Rift of the Milky Way. If we look at the Sun on the right we notice that there are seven stars depicted near the Sun. The seven stars denote the stars of the Pleiades
There is one thing however that doesn’t quit seem to fit. The summer solstice Sun ( Sun on the left) is near in the Dark Rift, while the winter solstice Sun is near the Pleiades.
This is the reverse situation of the current Galactic Alignment that is occurring during era 2012!
Although the ‘Tracing Board’ conveys the idea of Galactic Alignment it is actually referring to the Galactic Alignment that occurred half a precession cycle ago (around 13.000 years ago). This is the time that many researchers have associated with the time of Egyptian Zep Tepi (first time), the Deluge and the destruction of Atlantis.
Bible and Astrology
In order to further understand the secrets of the ‘Tracing Board’ we must understand that the Bible contains texts that are an allegory of the esoteric astrological meaning that it conceals. We can only fully decode the ‘Tracing Board’ if we accept the possibility that the biblical references given by the Scottish Rite freemasons are in fact astronomical hints. It is beyond the scope of this article to prove the assertion that the Bible encodes astrological information.
We refer the reader to Jordan Maxwel and Michael Tsarion who have done a lot of research into the field of astrotheology.

So let’s look at all of the clues the freemason’s left on their website and in the ‘Tracing Board’ and review them in their astrological context.

Jacob’s Ladder
Jacob’s ladder appears in the ‘Tracing Board’ and is reaching into the Heavens. Jacob was the grandson of Abraham and Sarah, the son of Isaac and Rebecca. Jacob's 12 sons were the ancestors of the 12 tribes of Israel. The 12 tribes of Israel is a reference to the twelve houses of the Zodiac, just like the 12 apostles of Jesus are. That’s why Leonardo Da Vinci portrayed the apostles in 4 groups of three in his painting of the Last Supper separating the zodiac into four seasons.

Notice by the way that there is no chalice on the table!
Jacob dreamt of the Milky Way as a ladder with angels ascending and descending it. The ascending angles of course are the up and down moving stars in the sky.
And he dreamed that there was a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and behold, the angels of God were ascending and descending on it!
(Gen 28:12)
Milky Way erect during summer
During summertime the Milky Way stands erect on the horizon and forms a ‘Stairway to Heaven’ or Jacob’s ladder. The idea of representing the Milky Way as a stairway or ladder leading to Heaven was a very common theme in ancient times. This idea was expressed as a rope, a tree (World Tree) or a ladder leading into the skies. The Maya called the Milky Way the Wakah Chan during summer sunrise ‘the raised up sky’ and it was represented as the World Tree.
On the website the Scottish Rite freemasons speak about the ‘The Volume of the Sacred Law’ appearing on the table with the circle and dot (Sun) supporting Jacob’s ladder. The Volume of the Sacred Law is a reference to the religious book, the Holy Bible containing the Masonic square and compasses.
This statement I believe states that the Sun (circle and dot) is supporting the Milky Way (Jacob’s ladder) and that this knowledge is contained in ‘The Volume of the Sacred Law’, the Bible which rests between the Sun (circle and dot) and the Milky Way (Jacob’s ladder). In other words they are speaking of the importance of the Sun on the Milky Way (Galactic Alignment), information that is contained in the bible...
Moses
The Scottish Rite freemasons write ‘there is a point within a circle round which a Mason cannot err; this circle is bounded between North and South by two grand parallel lines, the one representing Moses, the other King Solomon’. As we have explained above this is a reference to the solstice sun. So according to the freemasons, Moses must be equalled to the solstice sun!
This reveals yet another clue.
In the book Exodus a “pillar of cloud” is mentioned that guided Moses out of the desert during the daytime and a “pillar of fire” that accompanied him by night.
21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night;
22 the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night did not depart from before the people.
(Ex. 13:21-22)
This pillar of cloud and pillar of fire is nothing less than the Milky Way:

Notice that the three pillars in the ‘Tracing Board’’ are surrounded by clouds! The horizontal architraves disappear into the clouds. Notice that there are three pillars and three clouds, but they are not normal clouds since they are all vertical clouds, pillars of clouds which is very unusual! The fact that the three pillars are also veiled by the three vertical clouds stresses the fact that the pillars and the clouds are linked. These are significant clues that the pillars represent the daytime ‘pillar of cloud’ representation of the Milky Way.
The pillars themselves appear in three styles ‘Doric’, ‘Ionic’ and ‘Corinthian’ representing Wisdom Strength and Beauty that are the attributes of the pillars that support a Scottish Rite freemason’s Lodge. According to the website they also represent Solomon King of Israel, Hiram, King of Tyre and Hiram Abif.
The astronomical significance of Moses (representing the Sun) is revealed while he ascends mount Sinai on his way to receive the Ten Commandments from God. The cloud in the following Bible texts refers to the Milky Way. Now follow this:
The cloud is coming.
9 And the LORD said to Moses. “Lo, I am coming to you in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and may also believe you for ever.”
(Ex. 19:9)
The cloud is on the mountain (at the junction) waiting for Moses the sun to arrive.
16 On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled.
(Ex. 19:16)
Moses the sun is ascending.
15 Then Moses went up on the mountain, and the cloud covered the mountain.
(Ex. 24:15)
When Moses enters the tent (covering or covenant), the sun is crossing the Milky Way.
9 When Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the door of the tent, and the LORD would speak with Moses.
(Ex. 33:9)
Notice that the pillar of cloud stands at the door of the tent an indication of the erected Milky Way as it appears in the summer night sky.
One might argue that the association of the pillar of cloud with the Milky Way are wild speculations, but me must remember there is another clue given by the Scottish Rite freemasons mentioning the fact that Moses his tent or Tabernacle was erected due East and West according to a pattern shown by the Lord on Mount Sinai. This pattern corresponds with the ground plan of Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem! We are surely dealing with an astronomical event here, since all temples in ancient times where aligned to the rising and setting equinox Sun due East and West.
Another interesting fact is that Moses was on the Mount and in the clouds for 40 days and 40 nights.
And Moses entering into the midst of the cloud, went up into the mountain: And he was there forty days and forty nights.
Exo 24:18
And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
Exo 34:28-29
Professor Sergey Smelyakov has calculated that the era of the Great Celestial Conjunction lasts exactly 39 years! This is the time that the Sun resides on the Milky Way during a Great Celestial Conjunction at solstices or equinoxes.
So the biblical account for the duration (whereas years are represented as days) of the Galactic Alignment era comes very close to the calculations made by professor Sergey Smelyakov. John Major Jenkins mentions era-2012 (1980-2016) as a period of 36 years. This period was calculated by the astronomer Jean Meeus, however Smelyakov has proven that his calculations are more accurate than the calculations made by Jean Meeus.
Finally in Revelation, the book that deals with the End of Time prophecies, we find another reference to the crossing of the Sun with the ‘pillars of fire’. The rainbow in the text symbolizes the ecliptic (arc of the sun).

King Solomon
King Solomon is very important to the Scottish Rite freemasons. The knowledge they gained and the secrets they keep originate from Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem.
King Solomon completed the temple in Jerusalem that became the abode of the Ark of the Covenant. The Ark of the Covenant contained the Ten Commandments that Moses took down from mount Sinai.
If Moses meeting with God at mount Sinai represents a Galactic Alignment (the sun’s conjunction with the Milky Way), then the Ark of the Covenant must be the container that stores this sacred knowledge.
When the Knights Templars on their crusades to Jerusalem found the remains of the destroyed temple of Jerusalem (Solomon’s temple), they discovered the ‘Holy Grail’. The ‘Holy Grail’ is most likely not an artefact, the chalice of the Last Supper but very likely ‘a secret’ that reveals the true origins of Christianity and its foundation on pagan traditions astrology and its ancient Egyptian-Sumerian-Babylonian roots. Leonardo Da Vinci as a freemason understood this and that’s why he’s left the chalice out of his painting of the Last Supper.
If you look at the ‘Tracing Board’ you see a hand emerging from underneath the blazing Sun on the Milky Way. The hand is reaching out to the chalice, it’s the Masonic symbol of the ‘Holy Grail’. Since the ‘Tracing Board’ reveals information on Galactic Alignment it’s my assumption that this information was part of the knowledge that the Templars acquired on their travels to the Holy Land. This knowledge has become part of the Holy Grail that was passed on to the Scottish Rite freemasons.
Beneath the chalice (Holy Grail symbol) we find an anchor, a key and a cross. The key symbolizes the ‘key’ to the secret knowledge, the Holy Grail that the Church has been trying to hide. The links of the Catholic Church’s to its pagan roots were destroyed during the first council in Nicea in 325 AD and Christians were taught that astrology is evil and devil worshipping. We now understand why.
The cross represents the celestial cross that is formed by the crossing of the ecliptic and the Milky Way. This is the origin of the cross symbol that is far more ancient than Christianity itself who adopted this symbol to represent the resurrection of Christ as we have explained in our article ‘Crucifying the Earth on the Galactic Cross’. The cross represents a Great Celestial Conjunction or Galactic Alignment when the Earth Cross aligns with the Galactic Cross.

The symbol worn by the Knights Templars is a red cross.
The anchor in the ‘Tracing Board’ symbolizes the anchor point and origin of the precession cycle, the current Great Celestial Conjunction (Galactic Alignment 2012).
The mysteries of the Templars and why they amassed so much wealth after their return from the Holy Land may be nothing less than the extortion of the Church since they now had compelling evidence of the ancient pagan roots of Christianity that could be traced back to ancient Egypt, Sumer and Babylon.
Research has revealed that Christ was NOT THE FIRST Saviour to have been born from a virgin mother and die on the cross. For example the Egyptian Sun god Horus was born from the virgin mother Isis-Meri (Mary) on December 25th, 4 days after the Sun of God (Horus) had died on the winter solstice day on the zodiac cross. He was resurrected and reborn four days later when the Sun of God started to rise again in the winter skies. The similarities between the Sun of God and the life of the Son of God Jesus Christ are remarkable. The list of prophets who were born of a virgin mother counts at least 13 members and they all lived before the time of Christ
The Templars probable extortion of the Church and King Philip IV’s personal dept to the Templars became the turning point when the king persuaded Pope Clement V to intervene and take action to stop the Templars. On Friday the 13 October 1307 king Philip IV had members of the Order arrested, tortured and burned at the stake.
Since many of the Templars were informed on forehand of the betrayal by the French king, they fled to the port of La Rochelle from where their ships set sail to Scotland. On board were most likely their treasures and the Ark of the Covenant. The Templars got protection from Robert the Bruce after the battle of Bannockburn, which took place on St. John the Baptist's day. The Templars worshiped and accepted John the Baptist as their Saviour and not Christ since they had turned their back on the Church.
Their treasures including the Ark of the Covenant were most likely buried in Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland near Edinburgh. Rosslyn Chapel was built according to the floor plan of Solomon’s temple and the Tabernacle of Moses and is believed to be a replica of Solomon’s temple itself. |

The rebuilding of Solomon’s temple in Jerusalem is linked to the prophecies of the ‘New Jerusalem, city of Revelation’, the biblical End Times, the second coming of Christ, the end of the Maya fourth Sun, the end of the Hopi fourth world, the Apocalypse (meaning Revelation), the End of the Great Cycle (Platonic Year) and the current Great Celestial Conjunction or Galactic Alignment 2012.
These I believe all these eschatological prophecies are ALL THE SAME EVENTS.

It is important to define what the Galactic Alignment is in precise astronomical terms. (See the Glossary below for terms.)
The Galactic Alignment is the alignment of the December solstice sun with the Galactic equator. This alignment occurs as a result of the precession of the equinoxes.
Precession is caused by the earth wobbling very slowly on its axis and shifts the position of the equinoxes and solstices one degree every 71.5 years. Because the sun is one-half of a degree wide, it will take the December solstice sun 36 years to precess through the Galactic equator (see diagram below).
The precise alignment of the solstice point (the precise center-point of the body of the sun as viewed from earth) with the Galactic equator was calculated to occur in 1998 (Jean Meeus, Mathematical Astronomy Morsels, 1997).
Thus, the Galactic Alignment "zone" is 1998 +/- 18 years = 1980 - 2016. This is "era-2012."
This Galactic Alignment occurs only once every 26,000 years, and was what the ancient Maya were pointing to with the 2012 end-date of their Long Count calendar.
These are the astronomical facts of the matter. From a larger perspective, we can visualize the 2012 Galactic Alignment in the following way:
Position A is where the December solstice sun was in relation to the Milky Way some 3,000 years ago. Position B is 1,500 years ago. And position C is "era-2012", when the December solstice sun has converged, as a result of the precession of the equinoxes, with the exact center-line of the Milky Way (the Galactic equator). Notice that the place of alignment is where the 'nuclear bulge' of the Galactic Center is located.

Descriptions of the process are also there, but it should be noted that Nick describes what I refer to as "the solstice-galaxy alignment" with a preference for the equinox as the measuring reference. Thus, he speaks of the "Holy Cross" of the equinox axis and the Milky Way. The point is that "solstice-galaxy alignment" and "equinox-galaxy cross" refer to the same event.
It is my hope that the these definitions will help to standardize the terminology so we can clearly discuss the rare precessional alignment that culminates in era-2012.
