Vinagreta de fresa

Ingredientes:

  • 125 g de fresa
  • 1 cda de azúcar
  • 1 cdita de vinagre de jerez
  • 1 cdita de vinagre balsámico
  • 3 cdas de aceite de oliva
  • Sal y pimienta negra recién molida, al gusto
  1. Licúa la fresa con el azúcar, los vinagres y el aceite.
  2. Vierte en un recipiente y salpimienta al gusto.
