Ingredientes
Productos frescos
  • 1 Guacamole o aguacate
  • 1 Pimiento morron naranja
  • 1 Pimiento morron verde
Pan y alimentos horneados
  • 1 Tortillas de maiz o harina
Otros
  • 1 Cebolla blanca chica, fileteada
  • 2 Cucharadas aceite de oliva
  • 1 Cucharadas aceite de oliva o mantequilla clarificada (ghee)
  • 2 Cucharadas jugo de limón o de naranja natural
  • ½ cucharita comino molido
  • 1 Diente de ajo, picado finamente
  • Limones, para servir
  • 2 Pechugas de pollo, en rebanadas o fajitas medianas
  • Sal y pimienta negra, al gusto
