Cada día, toma un momento para no pensar en nada. Aunque sean sólo 30 segundos. Es una gran manera de saber todo.El Arí , pasaba horas al día sin pensar en nada en lo absoluto. Con razón sabía tanto.Toma descansos de 30 segundos el día de hoy. Vacía tu mente. Enfócate en tu respiración. Inhala, exhala. Apaga el sistema por 30 segundos.
