Pipo mejor que usted nadie me conoce en estos foros al igual que Rene y sabe los insultos y vejaciones de este Sr. Median, tambien usted sabe que jamas trate de hacerle daño alguno, ahora ya las cosas por su afan de protaginismo se fueron de mis manos y ko unico que puedo hacer a pesar de todas sus ofensa es brindarle la mano si el lo acepta u lo necesta.

A continuacion mi carta aclarando las alegaciones de un falso testigo creado por Medina para coactar mi lebertad de expresion.

This letter is send to you due to the allegations of Mr. Pedro Rodriguez Medina, during an interview conducted by an unidentified reporter of the La Verdad al Punto Digital Newspaper.

In that interview Mr. Rodriguez declared that you Ms. Perez made a statement to a police detective declaring that you hear Arturo Ron Messer threatening that he will kill Mr. Rodriguez.

It is our interest to know if those allegations, of Mr. Rodriguez, could be sustained by you in a court of law or they are only false statements made by Mr. Rodriguez using your name.

Let me inform you that the Police Department of Hialeah never filed a report about this incident. Therefore these declarations of Mr. Rodriguez about an investigation made by an unknown police detective are false.

Nevertheless, let me also, inform you that, neither my lawyer nor I have anything against your person and we are sending you this letter is only to know the true and inform you, in case Mr. Rodriguez is using your name attempting against the constitutional rights of freedom of speech of Mr. Ron.

En esa entrevista el Sr. Rodríguez declaró que usted Pérez, hizo una declaración a un detective del  Departamento de Policía, alegando que usted escucho a Arturo Ron Messer hacer amenazas que el iba a matar al Sr. Rodríguez. 

Es nuestro interés conocer si esas declaraciones del Sr. Rodrigues, podrían ser sustentadas por usted en una Corte de Justicia, o si solo estas declaraciones del Sr. Rodríguez son hechas por el usando su nombre de usted.

Permítame informarle que el Departamento de Policía de la ciudad de Hialeah nunca efectuó un reporte acerca de este incidente. Por consiguiente esas declaraciones del Sr. Rodríguez, acerca de una investigación efectuada por un desconocido investigador son falsas.

Permítame asegurarle que ni mi abogado ni yo, tenemos nada en contra de usted y si estamos enviándole esta carta es solamente para conocer la verdad, e informarle a usted, en caso de que el Sr. Rodríguez este usando su nombre para coactar el derecho constitucional del Sr. Ron de libertad de expresión.
