The patient Pedro Rodriguez Medina was admitted thru Emergencies and showed on a first ocular inspection a bottle inserted into his anus through its neck, requiring inmediate removal via urgent surgery. Pedro was at a loss of words to explain the presence of the bottle there, which was really not necessary but it was too, in as far as he intended to sue the Coca cola company 'for a defect in his bottles that creating a situation which was embarrasing to him' and wanted to involve the hospital in the description of such bottle defects.
The lawyer a Jackson Memorial Hospital advised him to not further ridicule himself, as bottles are not meant to be inserted into the anyone's anus to cause sexual pleasure, existing appropiate plastic pennises known as 'dildoes' that not create a vacuum trap when they are extracted.
The patient was in quite a bad temper and threatened to sue JMH as well ,if the story got written in his file at the the Hospital Patient Records, since in his own words 'the story could be used by political Cuban exiles which are his enemies to discredit him' . Our lawyer testifies that the incident was factual and reminded Pedro Rodriguez Medina of previous precedents of similar pressures to hide cases of vacuum bottle that had to be surgicaly removed, such that of CBS channel 7 TV anchor Sally Fitz in1988, and repeated that a medical incident is confidential but compulsory to be duly recorded in the Hospital Files, and the Hospital will not yield to threats under any circumstances.
