To the present I have not received an answer from your office. I was informed of this alleged fraud by Doreen Orea, administrator of the building located at 150 East of First Avenue Hialeah Fl 33010 Apartment 1116. When I asked this administrator why she had not reported this fraud to the State Attorney Office, she did not give me an answer/ I informed Mrs. Elvira Secas, the only person who received me at The Hialeah Housing Office Building, and she informed me that the only person who can take action on this matter is your person. Let me inform you that Pedro Rodriguez Medina, and his company BII security have had a contract with Hialeah Housing for more than ten years for security services in the Hialeah Housing Complexes "La Esperanza and Patterson" and four projects, and at the same time he occupied the apartment 1116 of the above address, administered by Section 8 Housing, which his had sub rented for eight hundred dollars monthly, from November 2005 to March 2007. I have made a police report at the Hialeah Police Department, making a direct accusation against Pedro Rodriguez Medina for this fraud. He also keeps the collected money from Florida Sales Taxes and never reported them to the Florida Department of Revenue. Mr. Rodriguez has committed fraud against the Hialeah Housing Department, being protected, as in his own words, by an "influential elected official of the City of Hialeah", who remains unknown to me. Mr. Rodriguez occupied an apartment administered by Hialeah Housing Department, under a federal program for low income persons for more that three years which apartment he sub rented for eight hundred dollars a month from November 2005 to March 2007. At the same time he had a contract with the same agency for security services performed at various complex administered by that agency receiving a payment of more than two thousand dollars monthly. Ho also travels to Cuba almost every month, as he declares in different communists web pages. He says that he travels to Cuba to bring information to the Cuban government. In truth he has a News agency that he uses to give fake ID to different persons to travel to Cuba as journalists. The information about the SS funds is known by me because the declarations of employees of his companies. The information about the fraud to the Hialeah Housing was obtained because I was informed of the fraud by the administrator of that building. I have an original of one of those ID that he asked me to deliver to a person only know as Fernando, and I kept it.
