La imagen del socialismo por el que estamos luchando
Contribución
del Partido Comunista de México a la Reunión Informal convocada en el
marco del XV Congreso del Partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa
Camaradas:
Agradecemos
al Partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa por organizar esta
Conferencia informal con los partidos comunistas y obreros asistentes a
su XV Congreso, y así poder expresar algunas ideas que suscribimos en el
Partido Comunista de México.
Con
la crisis del capitalismo que actualmente está en curso y que sacude la
economía de todos los países se evidencian los límites históricos del
modo de éste modo de producción y los antagonismos irreconciliables
entre el capital y el trabajo, entre la riqueza socialmente producida y
su apropiación privada. Es cada día más evidente que el capitalismo en
su fase imperialista es enemigo de los pueblos, que para interés de los
monopolios se declaran guerras para saquear los recursos naturales, como
en Iraq, Libia, Malí, que se depreda la naturaleza a un grado
superlativo, que se condena a los trabajadores al desempleo, a la
pauperización a extenuantes jornadas de trabajo, en tanto que
superganancias van para la burguesía.
Es
en estos periodos donde la clase obrera y las masas trabajadoras en el
Mundo se plantean si hay una alternativa a la decadencia y barbarie del
capitalismo.
La
fuerza de la ideología burguesa que parecía avasalladora con la
contrarrevolución que llevó al derrocamiento de la construcción
socialista en la URSS y otros países de Europa, Asía y África y que
intentó imponer el argumento de que el capitalismo era el único camino
posible fue descarrilada por la lucha de clases. Pero de ello no deviene
en automático el socialismo como alternativa, entre otras razones,
porque como escribía Engels, refutando a Düring, hay un estrepitoso
ruido de latón de falsas alternativas, por lo que es importante la
imagen, la concepción del socialismo y recordemos una vez más que Marx y
Engels dedican un capítulo del Manifiesto del Partido Comunista a
deslindar el socialismo científico de los falsos socialismos.
Lo
primero que el Partido Comunista de México suscribe es que la Gran
Revolución Socialista de Octubre inauguró la época de la transición del
capitalismo al socialismo-comunismo, y que ello no fue anulado por el
periodo contrarrevolucionario de los 90, demostrándose por el contrario
su validez y actualidad.
La
experiencia de la construcción socialista en la URSS demostró
objetivamente que otro mundo es posible, sin explotadores, con niveles
ascendentes de vida para el pueblo, para la clase obrera, de pasos
concretos para la emancipación de la mujer, para resolver la opresión a
las nacionalidades, para resolver el antagonismo entre el campo y la
ciudad, entre el trabajo manual e intelectual. El desarrollo impetuoso
del sector I y del sector II de la economía permitió a los ojos de los
trabajadores del mundo demostrar que el mundo nuevo era muy superior al
viejo de opresión y explotación. En la construcción socialista la
abnegación de la clase obrera, su papel dirigente y el ser una brigada
de choque permitió colocar a las fuerzas indómitas de la naturaleza al
servicio de los seres humanos; A la vanguardia del proletariado,
organizada en el Partido Comunista (Bolchevique) dirigida primero por
Lenin y después por Stalin le rendimos honores por ser pioneros en ese
camino hasta entonces desconocido por la clase obrera internacional.
Hoy
esa experiencia es denostada y en ocasiones los argumentos de los
centros ideológicos del capital corroen al movimiento comunista. En el
Partido Comunista de México sostenemos que la defensa de la construcción
socialista en el siglo XX es una cuestión clave y una frontera de los
revolucionarios frente al oportunismo.
Un
elemento esencial de la experiencia de la construcción socialista es la
incompatibilidad con las relaciones mercantiles. Cuando estas empezaron
a anidar se sentaron las bases de la contrarrevolución que llevaron al
derrocamiento y a que se reimplantaran temporalmente las relaciones de
explotación y las lacras del capitalismo.
El
Partido Comunista de México asumió en su IV Congreso la Resolución del
XVIII Congreso del Partido Comunista de Grecia-KKE sobre el socialismo.
Pensamos que ese documento, en el que los camaradas de Grecia resumen
casi dos décadas de estudio es una contribución significativa para el
movimiento obrero y comunista internacional.
Para
el Partido Comunista de México, hablar con la clase obrera sobre el
socialismo es hablar de derrocar el poder de los monopolios por vía
revolucionaria, hablar de la socialización de los medios de producción
concentrados, del poder obrero y popular basado en los centros de
trabajo, la planificación de la economía y del combate constante y
cotidiano a las relaciones mercantiles.
Camaradas:
La
experiencia histórica inviabiliza los “estrepitosos ruidos de latón”
sobre “socialismo democrático”, “socialismo de mercado”, “socialismo con
mercado”, “socialismo del siglo XXI” o de las transiciones
post-capitalistas que hablan de una fase intermedia, donde finalmente
abogan por la coexistencia de relaciones socialistas y capitalistas. En
ello no hay términos medios.
Estos
son algunos elementos que configuran la imagen que del socialismo
tenemos en el Partido Comunista de México y las compartimos con ustedes
en el país que construyó por siete décadas el Mundo nuevo, la
alternativa del género humano.

The image of socialism for which we are fighting
Contribution
of the Communist Party of Mexico for the Informal Conference conveyed
in the framework of the XV Congress of the Communist Party of the
Russian Federation
Comrades:
We
thank the Communist Party of the Russian Federation for organizing this
informal conference with the Communist and Worker’s Parties attending
the XV Congress, so we can express some ideas that we subscribe in the
Communist Party of Mexico.
With
the crisis of capitalism that is currently in progress and shatters the
economies of all countries the historical limits of this mode of
production and the irreconcilable antagonism between capital and labor,
between socially produced wealth and ownership private are evident. It
is increasingly evident that capitalism in its imperialist phase is the
enemy of the peoples, that in the name of the interests of the
monopolies wars are declared to plunder natural resources, such as in
Iraq, Libya, Mali, depredation of nature has risen to a superlative
degree, workers are condemned to unemployment, pauperization and to
strenuous working hours, while super profits go to the bourgeoisie.
It
is in these periods where the working class and the working masses of
the world ask if there is an alternative to the decadence and barbarism
of capitalism.
The
strength of bourgeois ideology that seemed overwhelming with the
counterrevolution that led to the overthrow of socialist construction in
the USSR and other countries of Europe, Asia and Africa and tried to
impose the argument that capitalism was the only way on was derailed by
class struggle. But this does not automatically turns socialism into an
alternative, among other reasons, because as Engels wrote, refuting
Düring, there is a loud brass noise of false alternatives, which is why
the image, the conception of socialism is important and to remember once
again that Marx and Engels devoted a chapter of the Communist Manifesto
to demarcate scientific socialism from false socialism.
The
first thing that the Communist Party of Mexico subscribes is that the
Great October Socialist Revolution opened the era of transition from
capitalism to socialism-communism, and that it was not canceled by the
counterrevolutionary period of the 90s, demonstrating on the contrary
its validity and timeliness is demonstrated.
The
experience of socialist construction in the USSR showed objectively
that another world is possible, without oppresors, with ascending levels
of life for the people, for the working class, concrete steps for the
emancipation of women, to address the oppression of nationalities, to
resolve the antagonism between city and country, between mental and
manual labor. The rapid development of the 1st and 2nd sector of the
economy allowed to show to the eyes of the workers of the world that the
new society was far superior to the old oppressive and exploitative
one. In socialist construction the abnegation of the working class, its
leading role and its acting as a shock brigade allowed placing untamed
forces of nature to the service of human beings. We honor the vanguard
of the proletariat organized as the Communist Party (Bolshevik) led
first by Lenin and then Stalin for being pioneers in that way hitherto
unknown to the international working class.
Today
that experience is reviled and sometimes the arguments of the
ideological centers of capital erode the communist movement. In the
Communist Party of Mexico we hold that the defense of socialist
construction in the twentieth century is a key issue and a border
between revolutionaries against opportunism.
An
essential element of the experience of socialist construction is its
incompatibility with market relations. When these began to nest the
foundations for the counterrevolution were formed, which led to the
overthrow of socialism and temporarily regeneration of the exploitative
relations and evils of capitalism.
The
Communist Party of Mexico assumed in its Fourth Congress the Resolution
on socialism from the XVIII Congress of the Communist Party of
Greece-KKE. We think that this document, which summarizes almost two
decades of study from the Greek comrades is a significant contribution
to the international communist and workers' movement.
For
the Communist Party of Mexico, speaking to the working class about
socialism is to talk of overthrowing the power of monopolies in a
revolutionary way, talking about the socialization of the concentrated
means of production, labor and popular power based on the workplace, the
planning of the economy and the constant and daily battle against
market relations.
Comrades:
Historical
experience invalidates the "brass rattling noise" about "democratic
socialism", "mixed socialism", "market socialism", "XXI century
socialism" or post-capitalist transitions that speak of an intermediate
stage ultimately advocating the coexistence of socialist and capitalist
relations. There is no middle ground in this.
These
are some of the elements that configure the image of socialism that the
Communist Party of Mexico has and that we share with you in the country
that built a new world for seven decades, the alternative for the human
race.
