Muy buenos dias:
 
Se me ocurrio proponer este polemico tema,porque al menos aqui en España hay muchos casos donde los derechos del menor se ven pisoteados en perjuicio del menor y del progenitor.En ocasiones a las madres,los jueces les dan todo el derecho y potestad ante una separacion y son los hijos ,y sus padres,las victimas de las decisiones de esos jueces.
