jejejeje tito chef , por cierto porque le quitas la cascara a las patatas ? la cascara tambien es rica en nutrientes .

Por supuesto que también se puede comer la cascara de la patata, pero en esa versión del mega perolo lo hice sin cascara.

Yo os recomiendo que lo hagáis en casa, y luego me contáis. Pero hacedlo exactamente como lo hago en el video.
