Seven hills of Istanbul

Istanbul is known as the City on the Seven Hills (Turkish: Yedi tepeli şehir). The city has inherited this denomination from Byzantine Constantinople which - consciously following the model of Rome - was built on seven hills too.

The seven hills, all located in the area within the walls, first appeared when the valleys of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus were opened up during the Secondary and Tertiary periods. In the Ottoman Age, as in the earlier Byzantine period, each hill was surmounted by monumental religious buildings (churches under the Byzantines, imperial mosques under the Ottomans).
The first hill on which the ancient city of Byzantium was founded, begins from Seraglio Point and extends over the whole area containing Hagia Sophia, the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Topkapı Palace.
On the second hill are to be found the Nuruosmaniye Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Column of Constantine. The second hill is divided from the first by a fairly deep valley running from Babiali on the east Eminönü.
The third hill is now occupied by the main buildings of Istanbul University, the Bayezid II Mosque to the south and the Süleymaniye Mosque to the north. The southern slopes of the hill descend to Kumkapi and Langa.
The fourth hill on which stood the Church of the Holy Apostles and, subsequently, the Fatih Mosque, slopes down rather steeply to the Golden Horn on the north and, rather more gently, to Aksaray on the south.
On the fifth hill we find the Mosque of Sultan Selim. The fifth and the sixth hills are separated by the valley running down on the west to Balat on the shore of the Golden Horn.
On the sixth hill are to be found the districts of Edirnekapı and Ayvansaray. Its gentle slopes run out beyond the line of the defense walls.

Antioquía

La ciudad de Antioquí (en turco Antakya) se encuentra en Turquía. Es la capital de la provincia de Hatay y cuenta con 216.960 habitantes.

Antigüedad clásica[editar]
Situada en el margen oriental del río Orontes, fue fundada a finales del siglo IV a. C. por Seleuco I Nicátor como capital de su imperio en Siria. Seleuco I había servido como general con Alejandro Magno y el nombre de su padre Antíoco, el cual otorgó a dieciséis ciudades por él fundadas, fue frecuente entre miembros de su familia. Su privilegiada posición geográfica, en el cruce entre las rutas comerciales del levante mediterráneo y del interior de Asia, pronto hicieron que la ciudad alcanzara relevancia comercial. Por su peculiar morfología, flanqueada por los márgenes del río Orontes y, al norte del mismo, su situación sobre el monte Silpio (a 330 m. de altura),[2] se convirtió en una importante plaza fuerte destacable por las dificultades que presentaba para ser sitiada. Todo ello contribuyó al rápido desarrollo de la urbe.
El trazado urbano inicial se realizó siguiendo el plan del arquitecto Xenario, esto es, una planta reticular típica de las ciudades helenísticas, posiblemente inspirado en el trazado de Alejandría. Dos grandes avenidas porticadas recorrían la ciudad en direcciones perpendiculares, cruzándose en el ágora o centro urbano. La gran afluencia de habitantes pronto hizo necesaria una expansión de la ciudad al este del barrio original, que constituyó el llamado barrio sirio que, en contraposición a la ciudad primigenia, poblada por colonos griegos, estaba habitado por gentes de orígenes sirio. Una tercera expansión de la ciudad fue llevada a cabo durante el reinado de Antíoco III sobre una gran isla situada en el curso del Orontes. La cuarta y última gran expansión fue promovida por Antíoco IV Epífanes (175-164 a.C.), razón por la cual Antioquía sería apodada a veces "Tetrápolis" (cuatro ciudades). Así, la urbe tendría unos 6 km de este a oeste, y otros tantos de norte a sur.
LAntioquía ocupa un importante lugar en la historia del cristianismo. Aquí fue donde Pablo predicó su primer sermón cristiano en una sinagoga y donde los seguidores de Jesús fueron llamados cristianos por primera vez (Hechos de los Apóstoles 11,26). Al expandirse el cristianismo, Antioquía fue una de las sedes de los cuatro patriarcados originales, Roma, Alejandría, Antioquía y Jerusalén.
Edad Moderna[editar]
En 1517 fue conquistada por los otomanos y pasó a formar parte del Imperio otomano hasta el fin de la Primera Guerra Mundial, cuando fue puesto bajo un mandato francés. Cuando el pueblo, a través de un plebiscito, y el parlamento de la República de Hatay decidieron unirse con la República de Turquía, en 1939, Antakya volvió a ser parte del Estado turco.

Hechos 10
1. Había en Cesarea un hombre llamado Cornelio, centurión de la compañía llamada la Italiana,
2. piadoso y temeroso de Dios con toda su casa, y que hacía muchas limosnas al pueblo, y oraba a Dios siempre.
3. Este vio claramente en una visión, como a la hora novena del día, que un ángel de Dios entraba donde él estaba, y le decía: Cornelio.
4. El, mirándole fijamente, y atemorizado, dijo: ¿Qué es, Señor? Y le dijo: Tus oraciones y tus limosnas han subido para memoria delante de Dios.
5. Envía, pues, ahora hombres a Jope, y haz venir a Simón, el que tiene por sobrenombre Pedro.
6. Este posa en casa de cierto Simón curtidor, que tiene su casa junto al mar; él te dirá lo que es necesario que hagas.
7. Ido el ángel que hablaba con Cornelio, éste llamó a dos de sus criados, y a un devoto soldado de los que le asistían;
8. a los cuales envió a Jope, después de haberles contado todo.
9. Al día siguiente, mientras ellos iban por el camino y se acercaban a la ciudad, Pedro subió a la azotea para orar, cerca de la hora sexta.
10. Y tuvo gran hambre, y quiso comer; pero mientras le preparaban algo, le sobrevino un éxtasis;
11. y vio el cielo abierto, y que descendía algo semejante a un gran lienzo, que atado de las cuatro puntas era bajado a la tierra;
12. en el cual había de todos los cuadrúpedos terrestres y reptiles y aves del cielo.
13. Y le vino una voz: Levántate, Pedro, mata y come.
14. Entonces Pedro dijo: Señor, no; porque ninguna cosa común o inmunda he comido jamás.
15. Volvió la voz a él la segunda vez: Lo que Dios limpió, no lo llames tú común.
16. Esto se hizo tres veces; y aquel lienzo volvió a ser recogido en el cielo.
17. Y mientras Pedro estaba perplejo dentro de sí sobre lo que significaría la visión que había visto, he aquí los hombres que habían sido enviados por Cornelio, los cuales, preguntando por la casa de Simón, llegaron a la puerta.
18. Y llamando, preguntaron si moraba allí un Simón que tenía por sobrenombre Pedro.
19. Y mientras Pedro pensaba en la visión, le dijo el Espíritu: He aquí, tres hombres te buscan.
20. Levántate, pues, y desciende y no dudes de ir con ellos, porque yo los he enviado.
21. Entonces Pedro, descendiendo a donde estaban los hombres que fueron enviados por Cornelio, les dijo: He aquí, yo soy el que buscáis; ¿cuál es la causa por la que habéis venido?
22. Ellos dijeron: Cornelio el centurión, varón justo y temeroso de Dios, y que tiene buen testimonio en toda la nación de los judíos, ha recibido instrucciones de un santo ángel, de hacerte venir a su casa para oír tus palabras.
23. Entonces, haciéndoles entrar, los hospedó. Y al día siguiente, levantándose, se fue con ellos; y le acompañaron algunos de los hermanos de Jope.
24. Al otro día entraron en Cesarea. Y Cornelio los estaba esperando, habiendo convocado a sus parientes y amigos más íntimos.
25. Cuando Pedro entró, salió Cornelio a recibirle, y postrándose a sus pies, adoró.
26. Mas Pedro le levantó, diciendo: Levántate, pues yo mismo también soy hombre.
27. Y hablando con él, entró, y halló a muchos que se habían reunido.
28. Y les dijo: Vosotros sabéis cuán abominable es para un varón judío juntarse o acercarse a un extranjero; pero a mí me ha mostrado Dios que a ningún hombre llame común o inmundo;
29. por lo cual, al ser llamado, vine sin replicar. Así que pregunto: ¿Por qué causa me habéis hecho venir?
30. Entonces Cornelio dijo: hace cuatro días que a esta hora yo estaba en ayunas; y a la hora novena, mientras oraba en mi casa, vi que se puso delante de mí un varón con vestido resplandeciente,
31. y dijo: Cornelio, tu oración ha sido oída, y tus limosnas han sido recordadas delante de Dios.
32. Envía, pues, a Jope, y haz venir a Simón el que tiene por sobrenombre Pedro, el cual mora en casa de Simón, un curtidor, junto al mar; y cuando llegue, él te hablará.

Hechos 11
1. Oyeron los apóstoles y los hermanos que estaban en Judea, que también los gentiles habían recibido la palabra de Dios.
2. Y cuando Pedro subió a Jerusalén, disputaban con él los que eran de la circuncisión,
3. diciendo: ¿Por qué has entrado en casa de hombres incircuncisos, y has comido con ellos?
4. Entonces comenzó Pedro a contarles por orden lo sucedido, diciendo:
5. Estaba yo en la ciudad de Jope orando, y vi en éxtasis una visión; algo semejante a un gran lienzo que descendía, que por las cuatro puntas era bajado del cielo y venía hasta mí.
6. Cuando fijé en él los ojos, consideré y vi cuadrúpedos terrestres, y fieras, y reptiles, y aves del cielo.
7. Y oí una voz que me decía: Levántate, Pedro, mata y come.
8. Y dije: Señor, no; porque ninguna cosa común o inmunda entró jamás en mi boca.
9. Entonces la voz me respondió del cielo por segunda vez: Lo que Dios limpió, no lo llames tú común.
10. Y esto se hizo tres veces, y volvió todo a ser llevado arriba al cielo.
11. Y he aquí, luego llegaron tres hombres a la casa donde yo estaba, enviados a mí desde Cesarea.
12. Y el Espíritu me dijo que fuese con ellos sin dudar. Fueron también conmigo estos seis hermanos, y entramos en casa de un varón,
13. quien nos contó cómo había visto en su casa un ángel, que se puso en pie y le dijo: Envía hombres a Jope, y haz venir a Simón, el que tiene por sobrenombre Pedro;
14. él te hablará palabras por las cuales serás salvo tú, y toda tu casa.
15. Y cuando comencé a hablar, cayó el Espíritu Santo sobre ellos también, como sobre nosotros al principio.
16. Entonces me acordé de lo dicho por el Señor, cuando dijo: Juan ciertamente bautizó en agua, mas vosotros seréis bautizados con el Espíritu Santo.
17. Si Dios, pues, les concedió también el mismo don que a nosotros que hemos creído en el Señor Jesucristo, ¿quién era yo que pudiese estorbar a Dios?
18. Entonces, oídas estas cosas, callaron, y glorificaron a Dios, diciendo: ¡De manera que también a los gentiles ha dado Dios arrepentimiento para vida!
19. Ahora bien, los que habían sido esparcidos a causa de la persecución que hubo con motivo de Esteban, pasaron hasta Fenicia, Chipre y Antioquía, no hablando a nadie la palabra, sino sólo a los judíos.
20. Pero había entre ellos unos varones de Chipre y de Cirene, los cuales, cuando entraron en Antioquía, hablaron también a los griegos, anunciando el evangelio del Señor Jesús.
21. Y la mano del Señor estaba con ellos, y gran número creyó y se convirtió al Señor.
22. Llegó la noticia de estas cosas a oídos de la iglesia que estaba en Jerusalén; y enviaron a Bernabé que fuese hasta Antioquía.
23. Este, cuando llegó, y vio la gracia de Dios, se regocijó, y exhortó a todos a que con propósito de corazón permaneciesen fieles al Señor.
24. Porque era varón bueno, y lleno del Espíritu Santo y de fe. Y una gran multitud fue agregada al Señor.
25. Después fue Bernabé a Tarso para buscar a Saulo; y hallándole, le trajo a Antioquía.
26. Y se congregaron allí todo un año con la iglesia, y enseñaron a mucha gente; y a los discípulos se les llamó cristianos por primera vez en Antioquía.
27. En aquellos días unos profetas descendieron de Jerusalén a Antioquía.

28. Y levantándose uno de ellos, llamado Agabo, daba a entender por el Espíritu, que vendría una gran hambre en toda la tierra habitada; la cual sucedió en tiempo de Claudio.
29. Entonces los discípulos, cada uno conforme a lo que tenía, determinaron enviar socorro a los hermanos que habitaban en Judea;
30. lo cual en efecto hicieron, enviándolo a los ancianos por mano de Bernabé y de Saulo.

Hechos 12
1. En aquel mismo tiempo el rey Herodes echó mano a algunos de la iglesia para maltratarles.
2. Y mató a espada a Jacobo, hermano de Juan.
3. Y viendo que esto había agradado a los judíos, procedió a prender también a Pedro. Eran entonces los días de los panes sin levadura.
4. Y habiéndole tomado preso, le puso en la cárcel, entregándole a cuatro grupos de cuatro soldados cada uno, para que le custodiasen; y se proponía sacarle al pueblo después de la pascua.
5. Así que Pedro estaba custodiado en la cárcel; pero la iglesia hacía sin cesar oración a Dios por él.
6. Y cuando Herodes le iba a sacar, aquella misma noche estaba Pedro durmiendo entre dos soldados, sujeto con dos cadenas, y los guardas delante de la puerta custodiaban la cárcel.
7. Y he aquí que se presentó un ángel del Señor, y una luz resplandeció en la cárcel; y tocando a Pedro en el costado, le despertó, diciendo: Levántate pronto. Y las cadenas se le cayeron de las manos.
8. Le dijo el ángel: Cíñete, y átate las sandalias. Y lo hizo así. Y le dijo: Envuélvete en tu manto, y sígueme.
9. Y saliendo, le seguía; pero no sabía que era verdad lo que hacía el ángel, sino que pensaba que veía una visión.
10. Habiendo pasado la primera y la segunda guardia, llegaron a la puerta de hierro que daba a la ciudad, la cual se les abrió por sí misma; y salidos, pasaron una calle, y luego el ángel se apartó de él. (LA CALLE EXTERIOR ES UNA REFERENCIA AL "AGUJERO DE GUSANO". )
11. Entonces Pedro, volviendo en sí, dijo: Ahora entiendo verdaderamente que el Señor ha enviado su ángel, y me ha librado de la mano de Herodes, y de todo lo que el pueblo de los judíos esperaba.
12. Y habiendo considerado esto, llegó a casa de María la madre de Juan, el que tenía por sobrenombre Marcos, donde muchos estaban reunidos orando.
13. Cuando llamó Pedro a la puerta del patio, salió a escuchar una muchacha llamada Rode,
14. la cual, cuando reconoció la voz de Pedro, de gozo no abrió la puerta, sino que corriendo adentro, dio la nueva de que Pedro estaba a la puerta.
15. Y ellos le dijeron: Estás loca. Pero ella aseguraba que así era. Entonces ellos decían: ¡Es su ángel!
16. Mas Pedro persistía en llamar; y cuando abrieron y le vieron, se quedaron atónitos.
17. Pero él, haciéndoles con la mano señal de que callasen, les contó cómo el Señor le había sacado de la cárcel. Y dijo: Haced saber esto a Jacobo y a los hermanos. Y salió, y se fue a otro lugar.
18. Luego que fue de día, hubo no poco alboroto entre los soldados sobre qué había sido de Pedro.
19. Mas Herodes, habiéndole buscado sin hallarle, después de interrogar a los guardas, ordenó llevarlos a la muerte. Después descendió de Judea a Cesarea y se quedó allí.
20. Y Herodes estaba enojado contra los de Tiro y de Sidón; pero ellos vinieron de acuerdo ante él, y sobornado Blasto, que era camarero mayor del rey, pedían paz, porque su territorio era abastecido por el del rey.
21. Y un día señalado, Herodes, vestido de ropas reales, se sentó en el tribunal y les arengó.
22. Y el pueblo aclamaba gritando: ¡Voz de Dios, y no de hombre!
23. Al momento un ángel del Señor le hirió, por cuanto no dio la gloria a Dios; y expiró comido de gusanos.
24. Pero la palabra del Señor crecía y se multiplicaba.
25. Y Bernabé y Saulo, cumplido su servicio, volvieron de Jerusalén, llevando también consigo a Juan, el que tenía por sobrenombre Marcos. Hechos 14
1. Aconteció en Iconio que entraron juntos en la sinagoga de los judíos, y hablaron de tal manera que creyó una gran multitud de judíos, y asimismo de griegos.
2. Mas los judíos que no creían excitaron y corrompieron los ánimos de los gentiles contra los hermanos.
3. Por tanto, se detuvieron allí mucho tiempo, hablando con denuedo, confiados en el Señor, el cual daba testimonio a la palabra de su gracia, concediendo que se hiciesen por las manos de ellos señales y prodigios.
4. Y la gente de la ciudad estaba dividida: unos estaban con los judíos, y otros con los apóstoles.
5. Pero cuando los judíos y los gentiles, juntamente con sus gobernantes, se lanzaron a afrentarlos y apedrearlos,
6. habiéndolo sabido, huyeron a Listra y Derbe, ciudades de Licaonia, y a toda la región circunvecina,
7. y allí predicaban el evangelio.
8. Y cierto hombre de Listra estaba sentado, imposibilitado de los pies, cojo de nacimiento, que jamás había andado.
9. Este oyó hablar a Pablo, el cual, fijando en él sus ojos, y viendo que tenía fe para ser sanado,
10. dijo a gran voz: Levántate derecho sobre tus pies. Y él saltó, y anduvo.
11. Entonces la gente, visto lo que Pablo había hecho, alzó la voz, diciendo en lengua licaónica: Dioses bajo la semejanza de hombres han descendido a nosotros. (HAY UN NEXO ESOTERICO CON REFERENCIA AL "DIOS ENCARNADO", EN EL MARCO A BERNABE Y PABLO.)

Para otros usos de este término, véase Ararat. El monte Ararat (en armenio: Արարատ , en turco: Ağrı Dağı) es el pico más alto de Turquía, con 5165 msnm. Se trata de un volcán inactivo cuya cima se encuentra cubierta de nieves perpetuas. En turco los picos se llaman “Büyük Ağrı” (Ağrı el grande) y “Küçük Ağrı” (Ağrı el pequeño) respectivamente, según su altura. En armenio, en cambio, se denomina también Monte Masis al pico mayor y Sis al menor. Es el principal símbolo de identificación de Armenia. Según el etimólogo turco-armenio Sevan Nişanyan, su nombre turco, Ağrı Dağı, viene de una antigua aldea, Ağori, a 2300 m. sobre el monte que desapareció en un alud en el año 1840.[2] Otras teorías comunes hablan de Ağır Dağ (Montaña pesada) y Eğri Dağ (Montaña chueca o Montaña curva). La primera persona que lo ascendió fue el alemán Dr. Friedrich von Parrot el 27 de septiembre de 1829[3] y la primera persona en realizar una subida de invierno hasta la cima ha sido Dr. Bozkurt Ergör, el entonces presidente de la Federacion turca de alpinismo el 21 de febrero de 1970.[4]
Situación geográfica[editar]
Está localizado en el extremo este de Turquía, a 16 km al oeste de la frontera de Irán y a 32 km al sur de la frontera con Armenia. Esta montaña se considera una de las más singulares de la Tierra por su amplia base y la predominancia de su silueta en el paisaje.
Un cono más pequeño (3.896 msnm), el monte Sis, se eleva al sudeste del pico principal. Una meseta de lava se extiende entre los dos pináculos.

Actividad volcánica[editar]
Técnicamente, el Ararat es un estratovolcán, formado a partir de flujos de lava y eyecciones de materiales piroclásticos.
La última actividad volcánica registrada en la montaña fue un terremoto importante en julio de 1840 centrado alrededor del Desfiladero de Ahora, una larga sima de dirección noreste que cae unos 1.825 m desde la cumbre de la montaña.
Acontecimientos en el lugar[editar]
Arca de Noé[editar]

La tradición cristiana interpreta del Libro del Génesis que esta montaña es el lugar en el que se posó el Arca de Noé después del Diluvio Universal descrito en este libro sagrado.
En 1829 el Dr. Frederich Parrot, un profesor alemán de filosofía natural, visitó el monasterio de San Jacobo en el pueblo de Ahora situado en el mismo monte Ararat escribiendo en su libro que los monjes habían obtenido la madera necesaria para la construcción del monasterio de los restos del Arca de Noé. Once años después, en 1840, el monasterio y todos sus monjes desaparecieron tras la última erupción del Ararat.
En los últimos cincuenta años aparecieron unas polémicas fotografías en las que, según algunos investigadores, se apreciaban en las estribaciones de esta montaña restos de madera que ellos creen que podrían haber pertenecido al Arca. Sin embargo, las pruebas presentadas no se consideraron científicamente concluyentes. En 1950, el alpinista francés Fernand Navarra encontró unos restos de madera que posteriormente analizó mediante el método de Carbono-14, encontrando que dichos restos tenían una antigüedad de más de 7,000 años. Sin embargo, aparte de los trozos de madera, no había ninguna otra prueba científica que demostrara que se haya usado en la construcción de un Arca. Del mismo modo, en la parte más elevada del Monte Ararat, hacia la zona Este de Turquía, se postula que existen unas imágenes que atribuyen a una gran “anomalía” y que bien podría ser el Arca de Noé, según investigaciones que Porcher Taylor ha venido realizando con imágenes satelitales desde 1995. El tamaño de la formación según estas imágenes, 309 metros, equivaldría a los 300 por 50 codos que medía el Arca de Noé, como lo explica el libro del Génesis. Sin embargo, esto tampoco ha sido corroborado arqueológicamente, ni las imágenes han sido concluyentes. Así, realmente hasta el momento no existe ninguna prueba fehaciente que demuestre la existencia real del Arca, y que sea aceptada por la Arqueología.
Los Diez Mil Mártires del Monte Ararat[editar]
En esta montaña también tiene su origen la leyenda de «Los Diez Mil Mártires del Monte Ararat». Cuenta la leyenda que se trataba de soldados romanos que se convirtieron al cristianismo y, por ello, fueron crucificados en dicha montaña por orden del emperador.
Los mártires son conmemorados por la Iglesia Católica pero no por la Iglesia Ortodoxa Oriental o la Iglesia Apostólica Armenia, por lo que se piensa que la historia no tiene una base histórica firme.
El acontecimiento es el tema de la pintura, «Los Diez Mil Mártires del Monte Ararat» de Vittore Carpaccio.

El Ararat pertenece territorialmente a Turquía, sin embargo, es parte[cita requerida] de la Armenia Histórica y es el símbolo nacional de Armenia.[cita requerida] El monte aparece en el centro del Escudo de armas de Armenia. Stephen Hawking en su obra Historia del Tiempo, dice:
Se han encontrado nuevos y más razonables espacio-tiempos compatibles con la relatividad general y que permiten viajar al pasado. Uno de ellos es el interior de un agujero negro en rotación.
Otro es un espacio-tiempo que contiene dos cuerdas cósmicas en movimiento que se cruzan a alta velocidad. Como sugiere su nombre, las cuerdas cósmicas son objetos similares a cuerdas en el sentido de que su sección es mucho menor que su longitud. De hecho, son más bien como tiras de goma porque están sometidas a tensiones enormes, del orden de millones de millones de millones de millones de toneladas.

Las cuerdas cósmicas pueden parecer pura ciencia ficción, pero hay razones para creer que se podrían haber formado en los primeros instantes del universo como resultado de una rotura de simetría similar a las discutidas en el capitulo 5. Debido a que estaría bajo tensiones enormes y podían empezar en una configuración cualquiera, serían capaces de acelerarse hasta velocidades altísimas al enderezarse.
La solución de Gödel y el espacio-tiempo de las cuerdas cósmicas comienzan tan distorsionados que el viaje al pasado es siempre posible. Dios [lo está diciendo Hawkig]podría haber creado un universo así de curvado, pero no poseemos razones para pensar que lo hiciera. Las observaciones del fondo de microondas y de la gran cantidad de elementos ligeros indican que el universo primitivo no poseía el tipo de curvatura necesario para permitir los viajes en el tiempo. A la misma conclusión se llega teóricamente a partir de la propuesta de no existencia de fronteras.
Así, la pregunta es: si el universo empieza sin la clase de curvatura requerida para viajar en el tiempo, ¿podemos posteriormente curvar regiones concretas del espacio-tiempo lo suficiente como para permitirlo?

Este agnosticismo de Hawking, y del mismo Carl Sagan quien escribió el prólogo de este libro, ¿contradice o ratifica lo que dice la Biblia acerca del universo y de las profecías? Claramente no. Si por lo menos existe la base teórica para ver el pasado, también el futuro completo está en la visión de Dios.

Los seguidores de la ciencia ficción suelen atribuir a H. G. Wells el concepto d elos viajes en el tiempo, por su famosa obra "La Maquina del Tiempo". Sin embargo es en la Biblia donde están los primeros viajes en el tiempo.

THE GOLDEN AND SILVER GATES
A Study of their Cosmic and Prophetic Significance

‘And to the Angel of the church in Philadelphia write: He who is Holy, who is True, who has the Key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this: 'I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an Open Door [Gate] which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name.’ – Revelation 3:7-8
The purpose of this study is to consider the concepts of the Golden and Silver Gates of the Cosmos. In light of the many assertions pertaining to the opening of ‘Gates’ or doors by CERN lately one has to appreciate the conceptualization of what the Golden Gate and Silver Gate alludes to. The Ancients knew that Gates or portals existed into other dimensions. One such knowledge is the concept of what the Golden Gate and Silver Gate are apparently in relation to the known Universe from Earth’s perspective. This conceptualization of such portals or Gates goes back to the pre-Flood annals of history. It is well documented that the ancient civilizations were keener to celestial observations. Such were more in tune with their significance and meaning of the Cosmos.
In the known Cosmos from Earth’s perspective there are only 2 nodes or points of time, matter and space references that are known as ‘meeting places’. Such points in time and space are where a convergence occurs. This pertains to when and where the Sun and the Cosmic Meridians of the Universe converge on the Solstices. It was said that such were the time and place where and when one could pass through such a ‘Gate’ into other realms. In this aspect of matter, space and time, what is needed to enter such portals or Gates is to know how to acquire the energy required and how to operate its keys; this is what CERN is really all about. Such realize that it takes levels of energy never before harnessed by Humanity to even attempt this feat. This is one of the main purposes why the Hadron Collider is fused with meta-physics and sorcery.
If the Cosmos is configured as a sphere, it would correspond to the north and south poles for a more familiar conceptualization. The Earth’s ecliptic with respect to the Galactic Plane has a 120˚ tilt. The Ecliptic is the plane on which the Sun appears to traverse the constellations from Earth’s vantage point. The planets also approximately travel near this Ecliptic as they oscillate above and below this line in various degrees of light, speed and frequency. There are a total of 12 recognized constellations along this ‘ring’ with each having subsets. What is unique about the constellations that configure the Cosmos is that the Golden and Silver Gates correspond to the possible portals or ‘Gates’ that are said to lead into other dimensions such as Heaven itself. These Gates have Sentinels guarding the way where the Creator resides perhaps.
The Guardians of the Galaxy
The 2 Gates of the Cosmos are depicted in the Zodiac or Mazzaroth as a ‘man’. These celestial anthropomorphic constellations are Orion and Ophiuchus on the opposite sides of the Cosmos. These can be seen as the Sentinels or Guardians of the Gates. This is Biblical as the Book of Revelation describes the Pit as having a ‘Gate’ or portal with a Sentinel, Abaddon and a corresponding Star and key. There are also 2 corresponding Stars that act as the keepers and are associated with the respective Gates. Antares, the super-giant red Sun is the keeper of the Golden Gate. The other giant Sun Aldebaran in Taurus is the keeper of the Silver Gate. What this amounts to is like a ‘front’ and ‘back’ door to Heaven or a beginning and an end. What is astonishing to ancient beliefs is that such Stars or Suns also function as entry and exit points. According to the theories of quantum physics, it requires inordinate amount of energy to travel though such Gates into different dimensions and time. Such hypotheses were proven in theory by Einstein.
As noted, the Silver Gate has Orion as the ‘Sentinel Guardian’. What is unique about Orion is that on the Winter Solstice, usually on December 22, the Sun exactly intersects this Gate. Only twice per year on the Solstices will have the shortest and largest span of light for the day. Orion is south of the Silver Gate and has one of his arms extended up to this intersection. It makes for an amazing depiction of a light-bearer. Orion’s depiction thus has a ‘torch’ on his hand corresponding to when the Sun literally intersects this Silver Gate of Man. In Biblical interpretations, Orion is a depiction of Jesus Christ at His 2nd Coming. This will be the time where the Overcomer comes in the bright radiance of His light that will destroy His enemies at His appearing.
Esoterically, many attribute this imagery as a depiction of Lucifer on one hand that sought and seeks to ‘illuminate’ and grant Humanity the forbidden secrets of Heaven’s fire, eternal life of immortality and sacred knowledge. At the Golden Gate of God, there is Ophiuchus. What is unique about Ophiuchus is that on the Summer Solstice, usually on June 20, the Sun exactly intersects this Gate. He is the Man wrestling with the Serpent attempting to usurp the Crown of Heaven. Ophiuchus is not considered part of the Zodiac conventionally, but considered by many to be the 13th sign of the constellations. The discrepancy comes into play as the 13 Zodiac signs are connected to the lunar cycles. Why is this the case? The Moon goes around the Earth 13 times during the time it takes the Earth to revolve around the Sun once; a 1 to 13 ratio. This is why in most ancient calendars there were 13 months in a solar year.
This constellation is above the Silver Gate and alludes to the 1st coming of Jesus as the 2nd Adam to wrestle and overcome the Serpent of the Garden by taking the sting of Scorpio in His heel. This amounted to being subjected to the ‘sting of death’ that the Apostle Paul speaks about that now because of Jesus, this ‘sting of death’ will never visit a Believer in Jesus Christ. On one level the Bible attributes Jesus to being the Creator and knows the end from the Beginning. Orion is ascribed to being the End as much as Ophiuchus is the ‘Beginning’. In a Biblical interpretation, Jesus was able to declare Himself, the Alpha and the Omega. This is the duality of the risen Jesus Christ, the true light of the World. Jesus came to overcome the false light-bearer, Lucifer along with sin and its consequences of eternal death and separation from the Creator YHVH.
As Above So Below
When one studies the esoterical knowledge of the Ancients in tandem to the Bible, one quickly realizes that there is present the concept of a duality of being and law of opposites clearly operating in the laws of the Universe. Conversely, the Sun reaches the halfway mark at the Equinoxes or its ‘balance’. As ancient civilizations know of such knowledge, they attributed such an understanding to Beings, i.e., Fallen Angels that in some cases divulged such information to Humanity. Many monuments throughout the world have been built to correspond to these 2 Gates and their corresponding colors. For example the most prominent landmarks of a ‘Golden Gate’ would be in San Francisco with the bridge that acts as a ‘Gate’ to the city and nation for that matter. Its corresponding Silver Gate is thus situated in New York with the Brooklyn Bride that is silver in color and completes the symmetry and nodes of the nation.
This pattern is also seen in Europe with a similar pattern of Lisbon have a ‘Golden Gate’ color bridge and Istanbul having a silver colored bridge spanning the Bosporus as the Silver Gate. This esoteric principle is in keeping with the ‘As Above, So Below’ mantra of the ancient knowledge the rulers of this fallen world seek to tap into. These nodes are portals, gates that go beyond the physical but the supernatural that involves the spiritual dimensions that are disclosed in the Bible for example. This principle of a door or ‘Gate’ of entry and an exit on Earth are seen in the Dimensions of Paradise study where the Silver Gate corresponds to the Pillars of Hercules in Spain with the Rock of Gibraltar and Ceuta on one side of the Strait. The ‘backdoor’ would be the Strait of Hormuz that would thus then correspond to the Golden Gate. This order is the reverse to that of North America bridge-gates as well as on Europe itself; a beginning and an end.
This pattern is also seen in Jerusalem where there is the Golden Gate on the Temple Mount. It was this Gate that Jesus entered on a donkey. Corresponding to the opposite side is the Silver Gate by the Tower of David which is now called the Joppa Gate. Of interest, on September 25, 2015 for the first time in modern history, a white bridal dress was stationed on this tower. It signaled the desire of Israel for the Messiah, the Groom to come take His City, His Bride. On another level of meaning and interpretation of these celestial ‘Gates’ is that they have been attributed to not only a geographical location in time and space in the Cosmos but they have been elevated to have a corresponding divine significance. The Bible teaches that Heaven itself has Gates or portals.
Ancient civilizations also understood that these celestial points of references not only had divine beings such as Angels traverse back and forth from Heaven to Earth but such heavenly beings took the souls and spirits of the dead on Earth. One such civilization that highlighted this concept was the Egyptians. They attributed the Great Pyramid with such coordinates to Orion in one case where the soul of the Pharaoh would ascend through the Silver Gate that corresponds to the Gate of Man near Orion that to many is a Gate to Heaven. This is where humans would enter the realm of mortality on Earth and at the point of death, that is the separation of the body from the soul and spirit would enter Heaven by way of the Golden Gate. Later on this religious notion was incorporated in the very emblems of the Roman Catholic Papal seals.
The Coming Opening of Portals
These 2 Gates are currently symbolized by the Golden and Silver Keys of the shield of the Vatican. Biblically speaking the Gospels do depict Jesus Christ as a ‘door’ or Gate. In fact Jesus Himself attributed that part of His mission was to be that ‘Gate’ or door by which Humanity could enter into and be saved only. He came to rescue and lead the sheep to Heaven metaphorically but perhaps also metaphysically. This concept alone would negate that there are not ‘many ways to get to heaven’ as even celestially there is one Gate to enter Heaven. The Luciferians believe that they can pierce these Gates or portals from Earth. This is what CERN is really all about. Lucifer will attempt to scale the Gate of Heaven one last time before he is thrust down to the Earth. His minions on Earth seek to release the Titans that are bound before their time to aid Lucifer in his army against his final assault into Heaven and at the 2nd Coming of Jesus.
They seek to release or make a jail break for Apollyon to come up before his time. Such refuse to accept that it will actually be the LORD that will send the Angel with the key to open their ‘gate’. YHVH is sovereign and has reserved these Fallen Ones to be part of the agents to incur the wrath upon the Earth as they are let loose from their imprisoned dimension. In part, this will be the coming deception that will be part of the ‘lie that will be believed’. This ‘lie’ may indeed involve the Alien equation of the discloser that now even the Roman Catholic Church is at the forefront of not only anticipating their arrival but welcoming their presence as part of a coming revised plan to alter the Gospel. The Bible teaches that on the contrary, these unholy or Fallen Angels that were led by Lucifer in an attempt to overthrow YHVH were cast down to the 2nd Heaven.
This realm is the atmosphere around the Earth, the clouds. According to the Book of Enoch, there were other Fallen Angels that made a pact to defile themselves and Humanity by mingling their seed in an attempt to deface the Image of YHVH in Humanity out of spite. These are the so called Titans that waged war against the Olympians where the Titans were cast into prisons below the Earth and await to be release in the End of Days before finally being cast into the Lake of Fire. This notion is echoed in the mythology of Tartarus. Amazingly the Bible teaches that in Heaven there is not matter, space nor time. Thus when one dies, the acceleration of time is competed and one is able to delineate the beginning from the end instantaneously.
Some studies have even suggested that the body is constituted by a spiritual tetrahedron type of constitution that can transcend time, matter and space…if one only knows how to harness energies and the key to travel through such ‘Gates’ or portals at certain places and times. How many who purport to do this is that the energy required to operate this endeavor is provided by the Fallen Angels, demons, etc. In fact some schools of magic purport to understand just that. Such espouse bodily astro-travel and contact with the spiritual realm. In part this can be done through drugs for one and sorcery is another way. On the other hand this transcendence can be done, will be done for example at the point and time of the Rapture. The Bible is nonetheless replete in instances where such a transportation and transformation occurs with the energy provided by the LORD Creator Himself. The difference and signature is seen in the purpose for such an endeavor. The LORD’ purposes will always be holy.
The Vessels
As far as the celestial Gates are concerned, the Luciferians have also incorporated masculine and feminine attributes to the Gates and the constellation attributed to them. For example regarding the Silver Gate of Man, it is Orion the masculine that is paired with Taurus the feminine. In one mundane aspect, it is the celestial ‘bull fight’ in progress that depicts the celestial battle between good and evil, wickedness and righteousness. More than that, the ruling planet of the Silver Gate is Venus found in Taurus. In ancient Egypt, this is why Isis, another version of Venus is often depicted with the horns of a bull, i.e., Taurus and the Sun in-between them. Nonetheless, at least celestially, the 2 Gates are a perfect mirror of each other. They represent the cosmic end nodes of the Sun reaching its ‘balance’ during the 2 Equinoxes of a given year.

In terms of the cosmic coordinates, the Silver Gate of Man corresponds with the crossing of the Milky Way plane or the Galactic plane which it is also called. As noted, what is amazing to ascertain is that in order for entities to travel through these Gates, it requires a vessel and extreme amounts of energy. In recent observations from the SOHO telescopes, there have been unusual anomalies that appear to be objects coming into and out of Sun perhaps for such purposes. Some have gone as far as to attribute these anomalies to ‘massive space ships’. There are those that believe that the UFO space crafts are what the ‘Aliens’ use to traverse such portals. The ancient Egyptians typified this assertion of traversing the Cosmos by a barge of boat.
Many in the esoteric crowd call these vessels the Merkavahs or the ‘chariots of the gods’ in another sense. Pertaining to the human beings, the body can be likened to it being a Merkavah to travel to and from in this mortal dimension. There is a concept of a beginning and an end that requires space, matter and time at least on this side of the Gates. Recognize then that the essence and requirement to be able to live or be sustained in such a dimension on either side of these Gates thus requires a body. It is the physical body in the case of human beings that is required to live in the mortal state constituted by matter, space and time.
Those within the Heavenly realms have a spiritual body, but body nonetheless. In terms of the incarnation of the SON of GOD, it is said of Jesus the Messiah that ‘a body was prepared’ for Him when He traversed Heaven to come to Earth in His hypostatic union and essence. As it is there are now various levels of altercations done by the Fallen Angels since the 1st humans were created have sought to interfere with the ‘prime directive’ of YHVH concerning Humanity mainly that they were to be left alone genetically. The Fallen Angels mixed with humans according to Genesis 6 to produce the Nephilim.
As in the Days of Noah
One of the purposes of the Flood of Noah was to destroy these interdimensional beings. Their spirits however became the Remphan or demons that wonder around and seek a body. Other genetic manipulation of humans by these Fallen Angels has produced various types of ‘Greys’ that abduct humans for further DNA experimentations. These Grays are the ones that use vessels or UFO ‘disks’ for travel as they are interdimensional beings. To reiterate, according to the Bible, beyond the ‘Cosmic Gates’ lies the 3rd Heaven where the Creator YHVH resides with all the Holy Angels and the souls of the departed Righteous. The Bible from the onset reveals that Lucifer has sought, currently seeks and will seek to overtake this place beyond the Gates. All the while he has done the same in defacing the Creation and Humanity in the Cosmos and here on Earth away from the true intent and purpose of Humanity’s calling.
Their plans and the concepts of the Golden and Silver Gates are etched in stone in various monuments, buildings and writings. Orchestrated events are timed to the convergence of celestial time-keeping as the Sun, Moon and the Starts were designed to convey. Why this information is important is that it is Biblical to study the enemy’s schemes. The Bibles states in 2 Corinthians 2:11, ‘Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.’ Sadly the Church of Jesus Christ in these last days has neglected to teach such schemes of how the enemy works in such realms. Does the Bible speak of such ‘Gates’ for portals? The Bible does speak of piercing the dimension of Heaven. The prophets Daniel and Ezekiel for example were transcended to see the King of Glory, etc., as the veil or portal was drawn back.
There is Jacob’s ladder and the prophetic promise of an Open Door for the Church of Philadelphia for all those that will be kept from the time of the world’s testing. There is also the notion of how the Apostle John in the Book of Revelation was ushered in to the Throne Room of YHVH. It was a portal or Gate to a time and place when he was called up or ‘raptured’. It is as a typology to be shown the breaking of the Seals of judgment that would constitute such a time of testing for the world, Israel and Lucifer. Based on the activities of what is transpiring at CERN it would appear that ‘Gates’ or portals are perhaps being opened in anticipation for the Bottomless Pit to be opened. Until such a time, the door that will perhaps open first is that of the Rapture door. The door to the Ark was opened for all those decades and none but Noah and his family entered in.
Similarly it is now only through Jesus, the only Door to Heaven that is now open. More than the importance of such an opening to YHVH’s door is the closure of such a door. The Church Age of grace and mercy is about to close. Once the Ark door closed, it meant doom and gloom for the inhabitance of the world. In a typology, likewise, once the Rapture door is shut, it will mean that the Wrath of the Lamb commences. The Church Age has been a time of testing for the Bride through much suffering and tribulation. The end of such a dispensational Gate will be an agent of judgment upon the world thereafter. In essence the Rapture, yet to be determined, will be a door closing of the Ark. When the Rapture does happen, it will be a sign to the Jews, the AntiChrist and Lucifer that their time is sort and as it will be the beginning of their judgment and their testing.

Turquía es un "estado mafioso" que busca desatar una guerra entre Rusia y la OTAN mientras debilita a Europa por medio de la crisis de los refugiados, a fin de promover la islamización del continente, afirmó el politólogo francés Alexandre del Valle a RIA Novosti.
Como miembro de la OTAN, el país otomano quisiera involucrar a la Alianza en una guerra con Rusia. Por eso derribó el bombardero ruso, según del Valle.

"Bajo el pretexto de la 'solidaridad atlántica', —Turquía— trató de empujar a la OTAN a un conflicto contra Rusia", sostuvo el politólogo.
Además, el país otomano emplea su estatus como miembro de la Alianza para "sabotear muchos de los proyectos de cooperación entre Grecia y Chipre", según del Valle.
"Bombardeando a su propia población —los kurdos— y albergando campos de entrenamiento de los combatientes islamistas", mientras emplea el chantaje contra Europa en la crisis de los refugiados, Turquía se comporta como un "estado mafioso".
Los objetivos a largo plazo de las autoridades turcas son "la islamización de Europa, y luego de todo el mundo", aseveró el analista francés.
"Turquía es un agujero negro de la geopolítica que alimenta la amenaza del terrorismo islamista", concluyó.
Alexandre del Valle es un politólogo y periodista francés especializado en el islam, el terrorismo radical y la geopolítica del mundo musulmán. También es autor de varios libros que exploran el uso del islamismo con fines políticos, en particular la utilización de los muyahidines de Afganistán por parte de EEUU en la lucha contra la URSS. Además, ha estudiado profundamente el conflicto sirio.

TENSIÓN E INESTABILIDAD GEOPOLÍTICA EN TURQUÍA
 Turquía, tras el fallido golpe de estado, ha entrado en una fase crítica de preocupante inestabilidad geopolítica, entre otros motivos, por la escalada verbal de Presidente Recep Tayyip Erdogan contra los socios principales de la OTAN. Las expresiones han llevado a un nivel de máxima tensión a una relación con un alto contenido político. Aunque no es la primera vez que la OTAN enfrenta divergencias con Turquía como fue la invasión turca a Chipre en 1974, las circunstancias actuales son más complejas y hasta podrían afectar o degradar compromisos estratégicos. También podría arriesgar la postergada negociación de la candidatura turca a la Unión Europea. La situación es tan delicada que siembra dudas sobre si se estaría cambiando el rumbo pro occidental de Turquía, miembro de la OTAN desde 1952, que ha sido la piedra angular de la política exterior turca. La preocupación gira en torno a la nueva aproximación de Ankara con Teherán y Moscú. Ambos acercamientos plantean una variedad de interrogantes. La primera en términos de eventuales intenciones turcas de mayor islamismo como, en lo que hace al conflicto sirio, de un respaldo turco al dominio iraní sobre Siria. El segundo, tras el encuentro de Erdogan con el Presidente de Rusia, en materia del compromiso turco al vínculo transatlántico.
La falta de consistencia de la política exterior del Presidente Erdogan no genera confianza. Algunas iniciativas no pueden ser más contradictorias. Hasta hace poco tiempo intentaba promover una triada con Arabia Saudita e Israel contra Damasco. Ahora da la impresión de querer reemplazarla con un nuevo triangulo conformado por Rusia e Irán. Las cartas que se encuentra jugando el Presidente Erdogan son peligrosas y hasta permite presumir la intención de aspirar a crear un nuevo cuadro hipotético de influencias en el teatro sirio post conflicto.
Por el momento la OTAN aparenta condescendencia e ignorar ciertos comportamientos. La coyuntura es delicada. La península de Anatolia cuenta con dos bases de las Alianza Atlántica y una batería de misiles Patriot. También representa para Europa un mercado de casi 80 millones de consumidores. Alemania tiene más de dos millones y medio de residentes turcos. Otro factor central es salvar el pacto sobre los refugiados que constituye un instrumento clave para detener la oleada de refugiados sirios.
Qué Turquía pueda encontrarse a la deriva en compromisos estratégicos no es una buena noticia para la seguridad internacional. Tampoco que Ankara amenace con anular el acuerdo sobre refugiados en el caso que la UE no conceda libertad de entrada a los ciudadanos turcos. También es preocupante la magnitud de la purga contra los opositores, los niveles de censura, la eventual instalación de la pena de muerte como las señales de un regreso al culto a la personalidad. En la narrativa popular actual el Presidente Erdogan parece haber alcanzado, salvando las distancias, el nivel de Kemal Ataturk.
Es de esperar que Turquía no profundice esos síntomas y re cupere a la brevedad el sentido de equilibrio y responsabilidad que la ha caracterizado en las últimas décadas, fortalezca la democracia y los derechos humanos y mantenga latente los valores y objetivos de tolerancia expresados en la Alianza de Civilizaciones que oportunamente impulso, entre otros, con Argentina.
