(Washington, 19 de julio. Noticias24) – El papa Francisco, que el lunes llegará a Brasil, su primer viaje oficial al extranjero, para encabezar la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud, es el protagonista de la próxima portada de la revista “Time”, que le define como “The people’s pope” (“El papa del pueblo”).
Apenas cuatro meses después del inicio del papado del primer pontífice latinoamericano de la historia, el pasado 13 de marzo, “Time” le dedica al argentino Francisco un número en el que alaba sus primeras decisiones y se pregunta si será capaz de recuperar el peso de la Iglesia católica en Latinoamérica.
Sin embargo, dicen que la letra “M” que queda justo detrás de la cabeza de Fancisco le da un aire diabólico. No se sabe si fue cuestión de mala suerte para la revista o si fue realizada así con algún próposito.
A pesar, de que el encartado busca calificarlo como “el papa de los pobres” y señala que ya ha marcado diferencias al “renunciar a vivir en su palacio” y al elegir Brasil para su primer viaje oficial, su imagen de bondad se disipa en parte con esos cuernos rojos y el fondo oscuro que le dan a la fotografía, que tiene un aire tenebroso.

La fotografía elegida para la portada del número que saldrá a la venta el 29 de julio muestra al papa de perfil, con expresión afable, oscuro y con una ligera luz blanca que le ilumina parte del rostro.
“Los murmullos de asombro se producen en todas partes, no sólo en Brasil, antes de que su primer viaje oficial desde que fue elegido sea el regreso a su continente natal. Un papa para los olvidados, un papa para los abandonados de Dios”, escriben los periodistas de “Time” en esta edición dedicada a Francisco.
“Francisco está redefiniendo el papado con humanidad y honestidad. ¿Podrá restaurar la suerte de la iglesia en Latinoamérica?”, se pregunta la prestigiosa revista estadounidense.
La foto de Francisco será portada en tres de las cuatro ediciones internacionales de Time (Europa, Oriente Medio y África, Asia y Pacífico Sur), mientras que la de la edición de EE UU estará dedicada a la polémica desatada en torno al juicio por la muerte del joven afroamericano de Florida Trayvon Martin.
SI DIOS EXISTIERA… Es un SER INUTIL ¿Cuál es la función que cumple? Algunos aseguran que cuida de nosotros. Pero al ver tanta hambre, enfermedad y miseria nos damos cuenta que eso no puede ser cierto. Los creyentes dicen que Dios da libre albedrio. Falso, él no eligió ir a Brasil como su primer viaje oficial. La JMJ de Brasil estaba programada desde la JMJ de España (2011). Por otro lado, es muy fácil ser humilde cuando tienes todo pagado. Y por si no lo saben, muchos de los que irán a la JMJ de Brasil, usaron parte de las donaciones (con consentimientos de los donares de las iglesias claro) para pagar los pasajes + gastos de estadía; dime a cuantos niños se pudiesen haber alimentado con ese dinero, o cuantas sesiones de quimioterapia para niños con cáncer.
Insisto que no se le puede llamar a alguien el X de los pobres (entiéndase por X: Cristo, Papa, Presidente, etc), cuando esa persona tiene una vida con todos sus gastos pagos (Sin recordar que no tiene que mantener a una familia).
Antonio yo creo que la mayoria de nosotros, incluso no siendo adinerados ,cuando vemos la pobreza de alguien queremos ayudar y dar hasta lo que no tenemos, pero lamentablemente algunos nacemos y nos espera la abundancia y otros nacemos y nos espera la escases. El senor Francisco elijio ser sacerdote y se ha preparado para ser papa, el no tiene la culpa de contar con todos los beneficios que debe tener un papa.

Francisco seleccionó muy bien su nombre para marcar su papado al lado de los más necesitados. No me cabe la menor duda que va a darle un nuevo aire a la iglesia católica y a los cristianos en general en favor de la fe, los principios y valores cristianos. Incluso estoy seguro que hará dudar a más de un agnóstico o un ateo. En lo personal, no creo en Dios por lo que me enseñaron o por el medio a mi alrededor. YO AMO A DIOS por mi propia convicción. Speaker of the House John Boehner said during a news conference that Pope Francis would visit a joint session of Congress on Sept. 24, 2015. The pope is also expected to visit Philadelphia and New York in the fall. (AP)
Pope Francis will visit the U.S. Capitol and speak there on Sept. 24 as part of his trip to the United State, House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) announced Thursday.
Boehner noted that Francis will become the first pope to make the visit, which promises to be a historic and well-attended appearance.
The pope is also scheduled to visit Philadelphia for the World Conference on Families and New York to stop by the United Nations.

In a separate written statement, Boehner said: "It is my great privilege to announce that His Holiness Pope Francis will visit the United States Capitol on Thursday, September 24, 2015. On that day, he will become the first leader of the Holy See to address a joint meeting of Congress. It will be a historic visit, and we are truly grateful that Pope Francis has accepted our invitation.
“In a time of global upheaval, the Holy Father’s message of compassion and human dignity has moved people of all faiths and backgrounds. His teachings, prayers, and very example bring us back to the blessings of simple things and our obligations to one another. We look forward to warmly welcoming Pope Francis to our Capitol and hearing his address on behalf of the American people.”
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) -- who, like Boehner, is Catholic -- said in a statement that she is "honored and overjoyed" that Francis is visiting the Capitol.
"Pope Francis has renewed the faith of Catholics worldwide and inspired a new generation of people, regardless of their religious affiliation, to be instruments of peace," she added. The Golden Ratio & Squaring the Circle in the Great Pyramid
A straight line is said to have been cut in extreme and mean ratio when, as the whole line is to the greater segment, so is the greater to the less.[Euclid]
The extreme and mean ratio is also known as the golden ratio.
If the smaller part = 1, and larger part = G, the golden ratio requires that G is equal approximately1.6180
Does the Great Pyramid contain the Golden Ratio?
Assuming that the height of the GP = 146.515 m, and base = 230.363 m, and using simple math we find that half of the base is 115.182 m and the "slant height" is 186.369 m
Dividing the "slant height" (186.369m) by "half base" (115.182m) gives =1.6180,which is practicallyequal to the golden ration!
The earth/moon relationship is the only one in our solar system that contains this unique golden section ratio that "squares the circle". Along with this is the phenomenon that the moon and the sun appear to be the same size, most clearly noticed during an eclipse. This too is true only from earth's vantage point…No other planet/moon relationship in our solar system can make this claim.
Although the problem of squaring the circle was proven mathematically impossible in the 19th century (aspi, being irrational, cannot be exactly measured), the Earth, the moon, and the Great Pyramid, are all coming about as close as you can get to the solution! If the base of the Great Pyramid is equated with the diameter of the earth, then the radius of the moon can be generated by subtracting the radius of the earth from the height of the pyramid (see the picture below).
Also the square (in orange), with the side equal to the radius of the Earth, and the circle (in blue), with radius equal to the radius of the Earth plus the radius of the moon, are very nearly equal in perimeters:

In the diagram above, the big triangle is the same proportion and angle of the Great Pyramid, with its base angles at 51 degrees 51 minutes. If you bisect this triangle and assign a value of 1 to each base, then the hypotenuse (the side opposite the right angle) equals phi (1.618..) and the perpendicular side equals the square root of phi. And that’s not all. A circle is drawn with it’s centre and diameter the same as the base of the large triangle. This represents the circumference of the earth. A square is then drawn to touch the outside of the earth circle. A second circle is then drawn around the first one, with its circumference equal to the perimeter of the square. (The squaring of the circle.) This new circle will actually pass exactly through the apex of the pyramid. And now the “wow”: A circle drawn with its centre at the apex of the pyramid and its radius just long enough to touch the earth circle, will have the circumference of the moon! Neat, huh! And the small triangle formed by the moon and the earth square will be a perfect 345 triangle (which doesn’t seem to mean much.)
Was the golden ratio intentionally built into the Great Pyramid of Cheops? Why would anyone intentionally build the golden ratio into a pyramid, or other structure? What was the significance of to the Egyptians? And did the ancient Egyptians intentionally design the Great Pyramid to square the circle?
The answer to these questions is uncertain since designing the Great Pyramid according to the simple rules explained by the graphic below would give the pyramid automatically (by coincidence? ) all its "magic" qualities.
