Awful customer service. They are attempting to send you items that you haven't ordered and then when you try to contact them is close to impossible. No option to cancel order on their phone line, and then, when you send an email no option to add the item number as reference https://the-bradford-exchange.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . Item number being the only reference you are given in the email notifying you of the purchase. Only reference options are order ref nr / order id and invoice number, none of which you get on the email they send you.
