Try the Windows key+G for the Xbox game bar. It lets you record a window, complete with audio. I'm sure you can get apps that let you do it too, but you can give this one a try for free since it's built into Windows. It's specifically made for recording windows.

Simply click the two mouse buttons to activate the snipping tool app or set up other familiar shortcuts. Great software for Windows users.
