In this 30 minute Zoom class you will learn to relax the body and calm the mind using a simple guided meditation technique given by Paramahamsa Vishwananda. You will be taught by one of our experienced Yoga & Meditation teachers who will show you this simple technique to relax the body and create inner peace. The technique you learn can be easily integrated into your daily life; typically first thing in the morning and just before going to sleep at night.
