I recently bought a desktop computer from acomp with pre-installed Windows and wanted to share my experience:

Pros of Windows:

• Compatibility: Most software and games are designed for Windows.
• Interface: User-friendly and intuitive.
• Support: Easy to find solutions to problems due to a large user community.

Cons of Windows:

• Security: Requires antivirus and frequent updates.
• Performance: The system slows down over time.
• Cost: Windows license is paid.

I also tried Linux on another PC: I like its security and customization, but there are compatibility issues with some software.

What is your experience with Windows and Linux? What would you recommend choosing in 2024?
