  • El abrazar logra muchas cosas que talvez tu nunca has imaginado. Por ejemplo….
  • Se siente bien
  • Deshace la soledad
  • Derrota el miedo
  • Abre las puertas a las sensaciones
  • Ayuda al auto estima (wow, ella o el me quiere abrazar a mi!)
  • Alienta el altruismo (no puedo creerlo, pero quiero abrazar a esa persona!)
  • Retrasa el envejecimiento (aquellos que abrazan se mantienen jóvenes más tiempo)
  • Ayuda a reducir el apetito (comemos menos cuando nos nutren con abrazos y cuando nuestros brazos están envueltos en otros!)
