Rex Angel's Heaven

Karla, I found this doll site through the Internet Archive Wayback Machine and it has those kind of dolls that you were interested in.  I think they're called Cartoon Dolls, but I'm not sure.

I checked a few of the doll categories and I could see many of the dolls but some of them were replaced with that black photobucket image.

There's lots of other sites listed there, so that should give you a start in finding more of these dolls.
