Oozing Beauty
Here's another old school tutorial for you to try. I enjoyed this tutorial because it demonstrates a rarely used filter (for me), Soft Focus. In addition to that you'll be using a Mask, the Freehand Selection Tool, Borders, and the Pen Tool, etc. The drippy liquid is animated with DSB Flux Noise, but you can substitute PSP Noise.
Note: You may notice when you create the new images for the horizontal pink bar (and the vertical black bar), and then paste them onto the canvas, that they do not line up like they do in the screenshots for those steps. You'll have to make some adjustments so the pink bar is wide enough and the black bar is tall enough. This note won't make sense until you're at that step in the tutorial LOL.
For my words, I used the pink color then changed the blend mode to hard light.
