In aimoo you use the icon with the t and get the picture from your computer. In here yu have to have the url ready to post and if you have the message open and then try to get the url it disappears and you have to start over. Also everything is in English. Even tapatalk is easier to use. |

It`s true that if you are going to use the insert image icon, you need to use the URL. If I don`t have the URL handy, I go to my browser into the picture gallery and get the URL, but my message window doesn`t disappear and I don`t lose my message. My message editor opens in its own window. I don`t navigate from it.
I understand about the buttons not being in English, but for the most part, they are pictures and translate fine to me. I`ve gotten so used to how the buttons work that I don`t really pay attention to the Spanish, but I can understand what you mean. The buttons are pretty much the same as Aimoo, but the message editor window here has the option to select everything and then to apply formatting. At Aimoo you have to select all by ctrl+a, which is not a big deal, but it`s nice to have the button.
I`m still testing over there to discover the possibilities. I guess I haven`t done a complete evaluation like I thought. What I do know is that Gabitos is way more responsive than Aimoo. When I send (post) something here, it posts in a matter of seconds. It`s like a blink. Over at Aimoo, my "waiting" indicator just spins and spins and waits quite a long time for Aimoo to finally post my message. If I didn`t have so many things to do, I suppose the wait time wouldn`t be a big deal, but I`m super busy right now, and I really enjoy the speed of Gabitos. I`ve actually never experienced anything like it; it`s so fast. Last night I was trying to post at Aimoo and my posts were getting eaten and I received a 503 error. It was really sluggish last night. I don`t know if it was a fluke, or if it was my browser or what; I need more time over there to figure that out.
I suppose whichever forum you choose you will gain or lose something. Where I land eventually is still up in the air. I really don`t like Tapatalk though, but we`ll see. |

It will just take time for me to get use to thi ngs. Once I do this will be a great place. I just don't like chage and having to learn new things.

Me either, Sharon.
Because of my headaches I frequently struggle to learn new things. I`m kind of a fuddy-duddy in that I like things to stay the same. But life is always changing and I have go roll with it even if I don`t want to.
At first, I was so overwhelmed with Aimoo. There were too many images and moving things, but now that I`ve learned how to navigate around a bit, I`m feeling better about it, so that`s good. |

Thanks, Gran!
I wanted to add a sort of jukebox for music listening, but I`m still learning. This is there to remind me to get something going. Oh my, so many things to do... |

What a great idea to add music. Can't wait til you get a jukebox going. Hope it will have some songs from the 50' and 60's and some Country Western ones. Happy Sunday to all. Sharon |
