Wow, Judy, that does sound cold... brrrr ...  You'd probably laugh at what I think of as cold .  We don't have cold temps like that in my area, at least we haven't for many years.

I had to laugh when you said you have a hard time putting elements together.  That's the same trouble I have!   I didn't realize you struggle with that also; I always thought of you as sort of a pixel tag pro.  For me, I usually have to look at a tag made by someone else  to give me an idea of how to put pieces together .  I'm the same way with other kinds of tags, too.  I have a folder called "siggy inspiration" where I put tags made by other taggers that I would like to use as inspiration for making my own tags.

I got another task completed  from my to-do list, so I'm feeling better in terms of stress and now I think I'll sleep a little better at night, so I'm looking forward to that.  I'm working on some other projects at the moment and haven't played in PSP for a few days and don't expect that I will for another few more days, so I'll check back  and see what y'all are up to.  Stay as warm as ya can!

Now, let me say that the tags you both have been sharing are GORGEOUS! Lotsa great designs!! And Timber, I absolutely love the new pressie! (^_~) <3 Tysm! I have not played or anything in a long while now *sigh* Feel so lost not being able to be creative. 

Well, it is some minutes after 11 pm and I am beat. I still need to get stuff ready for tomorrow. We are celebrating an early Thanksgiving at my honeys moms house. I made a YUMMY treat to take along. *ahem* A treat you might enjoy, Timber lol I got the recipe from a YT video and have made it a few times already (honey LOVES it). And I am happy that even I can enjoy it!! It is dairy free!!!! Only ingredients: peanut butter and cake frosting (makes peanut butter fudge!). Super simple but omg, so darn yummy! 

Lol, I think I might have drooled there. I should get going now before it gets much late. Will have to get some rest since we will be picked up anytime after 10 am.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving, everyone!   I see that you stuffed yourself like a turkey, Judy! LOL  I stuffed myself also... for about three days! heehee  Celebrations dinners are always the best.

OMG, Judy, I was just thinking the same thing .  I spend way too much time collecting  when I should be creating!   Collecting can be so addictive .

My head isn't into tutorials at the moment, although I wish it was.  I think I need to take a deep breath and just jump in.  I look forward to seeing what new things you make .

Good evening all!  I have been having problems with my photobucket album for a couple of days!  Arrg!    First I couldn't log in.  I kept getting a "Login Failed" message.  Then yesterday I could long in but couldn't upload any images.  It is so frustrating. 

 

I finally got my latest tag uploaded a bit ago, so I thought I'd show you what I have been working on.

 

There is no tut for this but, I was inspired by a tag I saw online.  I used the font PC Chunky and a gradient I made called WinterBlue.  I also made a fill of tiny hand-drawn snowflakes and inserted that over the gradient.

 

I created the snow caps using the pen tool and vector shapes that I either drew or edited.  Then I added a bit of noise.  I was going to make a challenge out of this but couldn't decide what type of challenge that might be.  LOL 

 

Everyone is busy with their daily lives and I am sure getting ready for the holidays, so I decided just to post my results.

 

I hope you all are having a great week and hope to see you on the boards.    We are expecting a snow storm here this weekend!  I hope we don't lose power!  Brrr 

 

 

 

So how are your holiday preparations going?? We have been busy with shopping and also enjoying the season. Plus, I have been listening to KOST 103.5 FM online for their holiday music. It is a tradition my sis and I have. We always look forward to it every year.

I'm glad to hear you are enjoying the Holidays.  We don't have many holiday preps except cooking a meal for Christmas Day.  All of the grandkids are older now so we don't have much shopping to do....we just give cash!  LOL, that is so much easier all the way around.    Hubby and I don't exchange gifts with each other.  Usually, if we want something, we just get it for ourselves.

 

I do enjoy the Christmas music and decorations!   I hope all of you are enjoying the Holidays and look forward to hearing about how and what you are doing. 

 

 

 

 

Heya, Karla!  Heya, Judy!   It's good to see you both checking in   It's always nice to hear what new mischief you've been up to!

I completely understand how the "creative bug" will sometimes land on you and othertimes not .  It can be frustrating .  I haven't been feeling well of late.  I've been having a heck of a time trying to get uninterupted sleep, so I feel sort of like a zombie most days and find it hard to concentrate enough for anything creative.  I've tried to get away from the computer early, tried to relax earlier in the evening, tried to reduce stress, etc.  No matter what I try, I still wake up feeling icky.

Like you two I also love to listen to Christmas music this time of year and love holiday decorations although I won't be doing any decorating.  I hope to visit with family this year, but I will have to see how I'm feeling.  I hope I feel good enough to be pleasant company.

But good news is that I did create a new text tag .  This is something that I worked on last year but it never came to fruition, so I had another play with it and came up with something I'm pleased with.  Naturally I've made tags for you girls .  You both get a blue tag like mine and a colored tag.  They are in the Tag Drop Off album here.

Gosh timber, I wish you were feeling better!    It must be awful to not be able to get a good nights sleep.  I wish I knew an answer for you.
