Timber I know I cannot do justice to a siggy like you can ... but I do try..  

Just another question for you wonderful artists... I still am wanting to do this type of glitter arround an object or text... I seem to just get the fill to animate and not the outside glitter like as in the tag I will insert of one that Karla put up in Timbers website...   I also need a tutorial to do the animation part as well ..

I have an animated border around text in my Amazon Southwest Text Tutorial if you want to check that out again.  I'm sure I have other tutorials to show that effect but they are on my external drive and I don't have access at this time .

Karla, would you mind going through this thread and noting the message numbers that are for helping Daphne with the glitter effect?  I would like to move them to a challenge, but I don't know which ones they are.  That would be great.

Good day to all ( never know if it is morning or night in your part of the world )  I have tried to stay off my pc for a day as I had some bad headaches and my hubby says it is too much computer work....but without my pc and fun friends in her the day would be boring...lol 

 

 

Thank you Timber I tried to apply the idea of your Amazon Southwest Text to my butterfly , because it was not text I somehow fiddled and ended up with just two frames to animate ... but getting the idea..  slowly...lol and your tut is great to follow and also shows the animation part... great  I will do a text one next to follow your tut properly. 

 

I hope I am not taking up too much of your time away from things like house cleaning  , but mine can wait ...lol 

 

Karla you and Timber have both done such great websites .. it must have taken many hours /weeks to put all that together ... my website started out just for my love of my Pomeranians and our Showing  and 20 years ago it was first all done by a lady who did websites but she retired so I then had to take over and learn it all slowly , so all my little Poms website ended up with a bit of everything ... Poms, Paintshop pro, family etc etc... but I do love making websets even if mine are now old school type look

OMG  I just amazed myself as I followed a tut that a very dear friend of mine who does psp tutorials and she did one for my little show Pom "Chipper " many years ago and I found my printed copy of it and applied that using DSB Flux bright noise...  this is similar to what I was looking for , but still like the Effect that Timber  tut does as well. .. 

Hi Karla,  I see your little alpha's  one of my sharing groups has them on all the time but I just delete them....lol  I must save a few next time and see if they are any you like... they come on about once a month.. oh and now you make me more envious that siggy looks great !!!

 

I am getting a few headaches myself of late  woke up theis morning at 5.30 with another one, I am thinking it may be because I am falling asleep sitting up in my lounge chair and hurting my neck which in turn is giving me the headaches...  this is when I am in my bedroom watching my Chinese drama.. does not seem to hapen sitting here in my study on my office chair as I don't fall asleep ..   the more glitter the better I say ...lol 

 

Timber  my daugter says to thank you and she just loves her siggy especially in her favourite colour  ....  because she no longer can come to my house she does not get to use her computer, although she does have a lend of her brothers laptop but that does not have any Painshop pro installed , I hope to be able to get her to use my copy of psp soon.. but she also works and has children so does not have as much spare time as me to do lots of psp ... even though she is very good at it .. but she still will get to use your lovely siggy in her emails ..

Hi Karla,  nice to know you can help your mother in law out and have her stay over and lovely that you both get on so well and can enjoy chatting... and yes depression can be a very real thing and it is good that you can make her feel so happy...  With my own health problems I do occasionally get a little depressed but try to pull myself out of it and think of happier things..

I woke up at 4am and again I could not get back to sleep so alwys nice to come in here and chat a bit .. lol 

Thankfully no more headaches ,  I do believe it has been when I have fallen asleep in my chair , so avoiding it for the moment when watching my chines ddrama.... 

That is strange about your SBP not working all of a sudden...have you checked out where you have your plugins installed on your pc , or check your file locations to see that you still have it there . 

 

I cannot get any incenetive or ideas for my website at present but I am sure if I fiddle long engough something will come...  I hope..

No, you're not taking up too much of my time.  I know I haven't posted much in the way of PSP, but I'm hoping to make something for Cinco de Mayo, something text-y LOL.  I'm getting my fonts sorted first.

Karla, I hope you'll take care of yourself and not get too sleep deprived.  I know I can tend to spend too much time on the computer working on this or that, but it catches up to me sooner or later.  I can only imagine how hard it would be to live with someone who needs to freeze while you want warmth.  Your new glitter tag is gorg!

I can't believe you found that alpha already as I just posted it a day or so ago LOL.  I love to collect interesting fonts.

P.S. I'm working on these pages that I make that open in my browser and display sets of smileys.  I've added instructions for how to use on web pages, and it's super convenient for adding images to messages.  Since you like using Motitags, I'm working on getting all my "copy pages" made and then I'll share them en masse with you so you can use them more conveniently than visiting A&S.

Daphne, I also get headaches when my neck is hurt, so be careful with your neck when you can to hopefully avoid the headaches.  They can hurt sooo much.  Tell Belinda she's very welcome for the siggy!

Your silver-edged siggy is beautiful!  I've copied your results over to the tutorial thread so everyone can see.

Hi Ladies!

 

Sorry I haven't been around much lately.  Real life gets in the way some times.  I have been busy playing with a few graphics that I purchased as a birthday gift.  I usually like tiny to small tags but have recently been playing with a few larger tags. 

 

I am an avid fan of pixels but, it seems they are not very popular at the moment.    So I have chosen to play with scrap kits and purchased tubes.  I never thought I would say that!  

 

I love the tuts by JustFi but, she has been MIA for quite some time.  I hope she is ok but, have any of you heard why she is so quiet?

 

Karla, I am still around, lol.  Simply lurking most of the time.  I love all of your sparkly creations!
