Ohhh... thanks so much for posting this tutorial, Annie! I have seen this tag around for years, and I remember when the tut was posted at Cares, but I never got around to doing it but I've always wanted to.
For my text, I used the Broadway font that was included in the supplies. For my text outline, I used a textured gold tile instead of the gold color, and I increased the stroke to 2. I merged the top layers of flowers together with the black text and added Eye Candy 4000 Glass. And then it was hard for me to save it as a JPEG lol. I felt like I needed some movement, so I added DSB Flux Bright Noise to the outline.
I see that Jossie has beat me to the post
but that we had the same idea to glass the text!
Isn't it hard not to do that? LOL.
And I also tried adding noise to that same layer of the black text and flowers like you did, but in the end I opted to adding noise to just the outline. I love the butterflies that you've added! Those make the flowers seem even more realistic. What a great touch!
Annie, I love the tiny little dolls that you've added to yours! They remind me of little elves or nymphs or something like that. And I can see a teeny little bunny in there too; how cute!
I see that one of your flower bunches is on top of your text instead of below. I like how that gives the text an added layer of dimension!
