Ellipses
Ellipse Park, Washington DC
I listened to the recent Red Ice interview with Christopher Knight and Alan Butler and discovered they have published a new book in Feb 2011 called Before the Pyramids. They have discovered amazing things about Washington DC in this book. I would have included this info in Secrets in Plain Sight but I finished my videos back in Oct 2010.
I’ve ordered their book and while I’m waiting for it to arrive I read a summary at the authors book site. After emailing the authors and reading this summary two nights ago I was led through a series of amazing coincidences yesterday relating to a number of ellipses (ovals), among other things. Here we go again.
Knight and Butler discovered that the width of Ellipse Park in front of the White House is 366 megalithic yards, a unit the authors have described at length in several of their previous books (written together and individually), all of which I highly recommend reading.
One megalithic yard = 82.966 cm
Washington DC
I’m going to call the distance of 366 megalithic yards an Ellipse for convenience.
Knight and Butler have discovered that many of the significant points in DC are located in units of whole Ellipses from the center of Ellipse Park and from the center of the Capitol Dome.
A stone block was found at the center of Ellipse Park marking Thomas Jefferson’s meridian drawn through the center of the District of Columbia.
The triangle drawn from the center of Ellipse Park to the center of the Capitol Dome to the center of the Pentagon and back to the center of Ellipse Park measures exactly 33 Ellipses. The Pentagon was placed where it is by FDR who was himself the 32nd president of the United States and a 32nd degree freemason.
More important to my research is the line Knight and Butler drew from the center of Ellipse Park to Ground Zero (the place where the Great Spherical Caryatid once stood between the Twin Towers, see my 110-111 post) in NYC. See also my New York City Part 1 video.
This distance is precisely 1080 Ellipses. My jaw is on the floor.
“The distance from the center of the Ellipse in Washington DC to the center of the Ground Zero site in New York is 366 Megalithic Yards X 1080. Maybe this doesn’t look too impressive but it is. The distance between the Ellipse center and Ground Zero is 3 Megalithic degrees of arc of the polar circumference of the Earth! This measurement has the same relationship as all the others we have pointed out in Washington DC, it is divisible by units of 366 Megalithic Yards. Nor is there anything vague or approximate about this. Anyone can try it for themselves and they will discover that it is exact!” -Source
I identified 1080 as the number of the Moon in my Stonehenge episode as the Moon’s radius is 1080 miles. But recently I’ve discovered another interesting parallel. The mean orbital distance of Venus from the Sun is 108,000,000 kilometers. And Venus ties in more closely with what I’ll be revealing later in this post.
World Trade Center, NYC
This video shows the memorial service that took place on 11 Sept 2002 at ground zero, one year after the tragic events of 9/11.
What do you see? The Eye of Horus is formed by the marching people arranged in an ellipse surrounding a ring representing ground zero.
Directly below ground zero is the Chambers Street / WTC subway station that was flooded in 9/11 but not destroyed. The 1998 installation entitled Oculus was created in this station by the artists Kristin Jones and Andrew Ginzel. It features a series of mosaics of single eyes on the walls (really creepy)…

The floor mosaic is hard to perceive in photos in the space. Two columns interrupt the mosaic. The artists’ website shows the complete design as an ellipse with an eye in the center.

The Eye of Horus is above and below ground zero, or more succinctly As Above, So Below.
Just a little side note: recall that the title of this installation is oculus which in English means “a round or eyelike opening or design” that reminds me of the oculus in the top of the Roman Pantheon which I discuss in my Rome Part 2 video.
The sound oc in the word oculus is shared by the word occult meaning hidden.
“The Cult of Oc: The ancient ciphers for the sun, a circle, and the moon, a crescent, when joined form the word oc. “To occult” means to eclipse, as when the moon obscures the sun during a total eclipse. Oc is also the root of the Latin word for eye – oculus. So the occult is the cult of the celestial sun-moon eye whose wink darkens the day.” -Source
In the time of the Cathars, before they were ruthlessly murdered in the Albigensian Crusade, the language spoken in southern France was called Oc. The region became known as Langue d’Oc or Language of Oc (today’s Languedoc). The word oc meant yes in this now dead tongue.
Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn
The floor mosaic depicts a series of concentric elliptical rings surrounding the eye at the center of a map of the greater New York metropolitan area. The eye is located at the center of Brooklyn.

Mark Gray was intrigued by a post I made of the above floor mosaic on Facebook and wanted to know where the eye was located within Brooklyn. He pointed out that it appears to be very close to Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn:

Grand Army Plaza consists of a series of concentric elliptical rings arranged as streets. The center contains the Bailey fountain which depicts Mer-people which I’ll write a future post on. It is the pupil within the eye.
Frederick Law Olmsted designed the plaza, the same man who designed Central Park in Manhattan which I revealed has occult dimensions in my New York Part 1 video.
Triumphal Arches
Just to the left of the pupil on the above image is the Soldiers and Sailor’s Memorial Arch:

This Roman style triumphal arch reminds me of the Arch of Septimus Severus in Rome, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in Paris.
Mark Gray posted the following image on my Facebook wall showing that Grand Army Plaza is an ellipse with 12 radiating spokes:
That correlates with the Arc de Triomphe which is another stargate I show in my Paris Part 2 video having 12 radiating streets representing the signs of the zodiac.
In that same video I revealed how Napoleon’s Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel is the center point of 12 radiating hedges terminated by an elliptical border which implies the following ellipse:
By the way the square hedges mark the foci of the ellipse and the ellipse itself is tangent to La Pyramide Inversée.
Brooklyn Public Library – Central Building
The building in the southeast corner of Grand Army Plaza is the Brooklyn Public Library’s Central Building.
Here is the building’s facade:
The inscription on the right side of the building says, “Here are enshrined the longing of great hearts and noble things that tower above the tide, the magic word that winged wonder starts, the garnered wisdom that never dies.” -Source
I find the reference to word magic fascinating. What a spell we are under.
The floor area of the Brooklyn Public Library’s Central Building is 33,000 square meters. -Source
Clever to hide that number in square meters when the Imperial system of feet is used in the US. Here is a detail of the front entry:
The gate figures depict “beloved characters from American literature“. The tops of the columns have a Sun on the left and a Moon on the right. See my post on Repeating Ones for numerous examples of this type of symbolism.
The columns represent science on the north and art on the south. This north and south division mirrors the Twin Towers of the WTC, the columns of Boaz and Jachin in Solomon’s temple depicted in every Masonic Lodge in the world, and the most occulted symbol: the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
As Above So Below
The Eye of Horus actually comes from structures at the center of the human brain. The ancient Egyptians encoded the secrets of consciousness in plain sight.

The Pythagorean monochord
“Kepler’s First Law states that the planets move in “ellipses” and that the Sun is not at the exact centre of their orbits. Each planet moves between a ‘perihelion’ point nearest the Sun and an ‘aphelion’ point furthest away. Kepler found that the angular velocities of all the planets closely correspond to musical intervals. When he compared the extremes for combined pairs of planets the results were even more marvellous, yielding the intervals of a complete scale in music.” -Mark Gray

Sacred geometry is universal.
An elite group has hijacked this universal fractal symbol of the Eye of God and twisted it into an agenda of global control.
Rockefellers
The World Trade Center project was spearheaded by David Rockefeller, chairman of the Downtown-Lower Manhattan Development Association (DLMA) and his brother Nelson Rockefeller who was then governor of New York. Both brothers pushed hard for the project.

In 1958, the DLMA commissioned Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (one of the world’s largest architecture firms) to draw up plans for revitalizing Lower Manhattan. The plans, made public in 1960, called for a World Trade Center to be built on a 13-acre site along the East River. -Source
Notice that the Oculus floor mosaic under the WTC also depicts the Earth’s 7 continents around the periphery of the elliptical border. To me, all the continents arrayed around the All Seeing Eye seem to suggest a One World Order.
As I mentioned in my Geomantic Triangles post, David Rockefeller wrote the following in his Memoirs:
“Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”
Consider Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan. At the center is a statue of Prometheus who is ringed by the ellipse of the zodiac.
Prometheus was a champion of mankind, known for his wily intelligence, who stole fire from Zeus and gave it to mortals. Zeus then punished him for his crime by having him bound to a rock while a great eagle ate his liver every day only to have it grow back to be eaten again the next day. -Source

Prometheus has long been linked with Lucifer:
Lucifer and Prometheus is the title of a classic work of psychological literary criticism written by R.J. Zwi Werblowsky and published in 1952. In it, Werblowsky argues that the Satan of John Milton’s Paradise Lost became a disproportionately appealing character because of attributes he shares with the Greek Titan Prometheus. -Source
According to the 19th century founder of the Theosophical Society, Helena Blavatsky wrote:
The allegory of the fire of Prometheus is another version of the rebellion of the proud Lucifer [the light bringer], who was hurled down to the bottomless pit, or simply unto our Earth, to live as man.” -Blavatsky in The Secret Doctrine
The Lucifer – Venus connection:
In Latin from which the English word is derived, Lucifer means “light-bearer” (from the words lucem ferre). It was the name given to the dawn appearance of the planet Venus which heralds daylight. For this meaning, English generally uses the names “Morning Star” or “Day Star”, and rarely “Lucifer”.
The flags of many nations above the sculpture of Prometheus in Rockfeller Plaza reminds me of the flags of many nations outside the United Nations headquarters which I analyzed in my New York City Part 2 video.

John D. Rockefeller Jr. purchased 17 acres in midtown Manhattan and in 1946, through his son Nelson, donated it to the City of New York.
It is hard to imagine owning 17 acres in one of the most expensive places on earth let alone donating it. The United Nations must have been very important to the Rockefeller family.
Rockefeller Center is another 22 acres in Manhattan. Rockefeller Plaza is edged by Sixth and Fifth Avenues. This of course reminds me of 6/5 and everything in my Snowflake and the Flower post.
The ice rink in Rockefeller Plaza is very popular for some wintery family fun. The ice really threw me off until I remembered Dante’s Inferno.

You probably think of hell as hot but Dante embedded a certain someone in a lake of ice in the deepest 9th circle of hell.
