Ah, the dark side of the moon. At the same time, inspiration for both Pink Floyd's existentialist wonderings and the conduct of advanced scientific research. It's also home to a lunar crater battered by time and pocked by smaller craterlets. Roughly circular, Parsons Crater is small and relatively plain -- a wholly unremarkable lunar feature that bears the name of one of the most remarkable men of the space age.
He was a towering figure, once called by Werner Von Braun "the true father of American rocketry."
He was also a drug addict, a satanist, an intimate of Aleister Crowley and L. Ron Hubbard, and leader of California Agape Lodge of the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO).
A review of this latter book offers an admirably succint overview of Parsons' bizarre life and death:
He became enraptured with the writings of the British occultist Aleister Crowley and joined the L.A.-based Agape Lodge of Crowley's Ordo Templi Orientis. Crowley's American lieutenants seized on the charismatic and successful scientist as a potential savior for their movement; he began donating almost all his salary to the upkeep of his lodge brethren...after the war his occult activism attracted the young L. Ron Hubbard into his life and home. The scalawag pulp writer, pre-Dianetics, took off for Florida with Jack's girl and most of his money...the official Scientology line —unsupported by any evidence—is that Hubbard was sent by Naval Intelligence to break up Parsons' evil occult sex ring. As the '40s wound down Parsons was stripped of his security clearance and almost prosecuted for treason for slipping classified documents from his then-employer, Hughes Aircraft, to the nascent Israeli government, with whom he was negotiating for a rocket guru gig...some people regard the 1952 explosion that killed him in his Pasadena backyard lab as mysterious.
As anomalous as the sex-magick, Babalon-working rogue scientist Parsons would seem in the buttoned-down, pocket-protected, slide-ruled world of space research, there are those that suggest Parsons is rather more the rule than the exception. In his book 'Dark Mission: The Secret History of NASA, Richard Hoagland -- himself formerly of NASA and the chief booster of the 'Face on Mars' theory -- charges that from its very beginnings the agency has had an occult underside carefully concealed from the general public. Among his less controversial claims, he suggests that all, or almost all of the original Mercury, Gemini and Apollo astronauts were practicing Freemasons; that every major space program event -- landings, takeoffs, etc. -- were carefully planned around astronomical alignments, and that the program itself was heavily freighted with mystical symbolism, a theme that is echoed in this quote:
Greco-Roman mythology was deliberately tapped in the naming of Projects Mercury, Gemini and Apollo. The projects' names were suggested by Abe Silverstein, Director of Space Flight Development, and approved at a conference in July, 1960. They generally seem apt enough. Mercury, the gods' messenger, was appropriate for the single man capsule and its quick missions. Gemini could not only refer to the two-man capsule, but also to the rendezvous experiments of two capsules that were so important a part of the program.
It is with Apollo, named after the god of music, poetry, archery and the Sun, that the mythological symbolism gets interesting. While there is no question that the ancient Egyptians saw Osiris in the asterism we call Orion, the Greek myth of Orion itself seems to be a somewhat different tale than that ancient story. Rather, it tells of Orion's murder at the hands of the goddess of the Moon, Diana, through the machinations of Apollo, the namesake of the lunar landing program!
Leaving aside for a moment some of Hoagland's more provocative charges, such as extraterrestrials and ruins on the moon, it's worth examining some of his prosaic claims by going to some primary sources. For example: were all the astronauts Freemasons? During the course of writing this article, I was not able to verify that every Mercury, Gemini and Apollo astronaut was a Mason, as some sources claim. But a statistically unlikely preponderance of Freemasons becomes almost immediately evident.
The boss mason of the bunch -- the Grandmaster of the Geosynchronous Crowd -- was clearly Buzz Aldrin. A 33rd degree mason of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Aldrin is a member of Texas' Clear Lake Lodge #1417and is also a Shriner and a Royal Arch Knight Templar. Some writers, led by Hoagland and fundamentalist / conspiracy theorist Texe Marrs claim that Aldrin and fellow Mason Neil Armstrong planted a Masonic flag on the moon and conducted an occult ritual in the name of Isis 33 minutes after the landing -- even as Isis stood at a precise, meticulously pre-planned, ceremonical 19.5 degrees above the Eastern 'Tranquility Base' lunar horizon". Additionally the landing date of July 20 is further claimed to coincide with the anniversary of the commencement of the Egyptian calendar. (It's important to note here that there are numerous theories as to what the actual starting date of that calendar is, depending on what method of calculation is used -- but July 20 is one of the options).

But, then, a strange ritual of an entirely different sort, of a dark and ominous character, took place at Tranquillity Base on the moon. Astronaut Neal Armstrong carefully took out his Masonic apron and held it up for the cameras over his space suit as if to cover his genitals area-the power center, or dynamo, of Luciferian energy in Masonic ritual. Today, a photograph of Armstrong holding his occultic apron hangs on a wall at the House of the Temple, the sanctuary of the Scottish Rite, in Washington, D.C.
Next, brother Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin, at the time a 32° Masonic initiate, planted on the moon's surface the real flag intended for honor, the flag the Apollo 11 had carried in its storage compartment, the flag with the Scottish Rite's emblem of deep and mysterious spirituality, the doubleheaded eagle.
During his historic moonwalk, Aldrin did more than recite incantations and show the Masonic flag. He also acted to create the first interplanetary masonic lodge, Tranquility Lodge 2000, chartered by the Grand Lodge of Texas, A.F. & A. M.
On July 20, 1969, two American Astronauts landed on the moon of the planet Earth, in an area known as Mare Tranquilitatis , or "Sea of Tranquility". One of those brave men was Brother Edwin Eugene (Buzz) Aldrin, Jr., a member of Clear Lake Lodge No. 1417, AF&AM, Seabrook, Texas. Brother Aldrin carried with him SPECIAL DEPUTATION of then Grand Master J. Nor was Freemasonry, or membership in other secret societies limited to the astronaut corps. The Program Manager for the Apollo 11 Mission, Kenneth Kleinknecht was also a senior Mason:
Meanwhile, back on earth, overseeing all, was Mr. Kenneth S. Kleinknecht, Manager for the Apollo Space Program. Mr. Kleinknecht, now retired, is a 33rd degree Mason and, not coincidentally, is the brother of C. Fred Kleinknecht, the current Sovereign Grand Commander and titular head of all Scottish Rite Masons throughout the world.
T. Keith Glennan, NASA's first administrator was a graduate of Yale -- top recruiting ground for the CIA and home to the notorious secret society Skull and Bones, as well as being a member of that favorite punching bag of conspiracy theorists, the Council on Foreign Relations. Glennan's successor at NASA, was a Freemason. Sean O'Keefe, administrator from 2001 to 2005 has been named as a Bohemian Grove attendee.
The circumstantial evidence spreads to engulf even NASA subcontractors. As just one example, Jack McDonnell, head of McDonnell Aircraft, the prime contractor for development of the Mercury spacecraft, was a noted devotee of the occult, an allegation used by some to explain the names of many of the company's aircraft: Phantom, Demon, Banshee, Goblin, and Voodoo.
The long reach of this Masonic/Occultist conspiracy atop the planet's foremost purveyor of Big Science has even stretched into the heart of the Entertainment pillar of the military-industrial-entertainment complex. She claims Kubrick and other Hollywood producers were recruited to help the U.S. win the high stakes race to the moon. In order to finance the space program through public funds, the U.S. government needed huge popular support, and that meant they couldn't afford any expensive public relations failures. Fearing that no live pictures could be transmitted from the first moon landing, President Nixon enlisted the creative efforts of Kubrick, whose 2001: a Space Odyssey (1968) had provided much inspiration, to ensure promotional opportunities wouldn't be missed. In return, Kubrick got a special NASA lens to help him shoot Barry Lyndon (1975).
Even America's beloved Opie -- Ron Howard, director of the NASA-worshipping paean 'Apollo 13' has been identified as a Hollywood Freemason. On the AlienZoo website, film-maker Paul Davids offers this first-hand anecdote:

If all this is true -- if a secret cabal of Osiris-worshipping, magick-wielding Freemasons and secret society initiates have been running one of America's most technophilic institutions for decades, and if their influence has reached into centres of gravity for opinion shaping such as Hollywood, what are the implications for our society?

The Muslim year is 11 days shorter than the Western calendar system. It is a LUNAR system, where every year consists of exactly 12 moon cycles. The Muslim calendar is known as "hijra", referring to the flight of the Prophet Muhammad and his followers from Mecca to Yathrib (later Medina). The Hijra LUNAR calendar starts counting its days on JULY 16, 622 CE, which is considered the foundation date for Islam. The Quran uses the word Hijra as a transition or initiation, from a "bad state of affairs" into a good one.

Let's look at the numbers associated with the September 11th Manhattan & Pentagon attack.
Flight 11 crashed into the Twin Towers on "Twos-day" the 11th ... that makes sense, the Towers looked like the number 11, and in fact the local channel 11 used the Twin Towers in their logo. Just one of those odd coincidences.
Flight 77, another "twin number", crashed into the Pentagon. So? The Pentagon is on the 77th meridian. Big deal? The foundation stone for the Pentagon was laid in a masonic ceremony on September 11th, 1941.
There is a dualism at work in the events that Twos-day. I was watching the live coverage of 9-11 on television when some reporter said "breaking news, a loud explosion heard in Kabul" ... at that point not many people knew where Kabul was, and it certainly didn't seem connected to the New York events. However, after the terrorist planes crossed the 72nd MERIDIAN WEST to crash into the Twin Towers, the retaliation for that event occurred when the US forces crossed the 72nd MERIDIAN EAST to attack Afghanistan via Pakistan.
What's with the number 72? It is one of the hallmarks of a Pentagon. The internal triangles of the Star Pentagram have TWO 72 degree angles.
If you join the vertices of the pentagon internally you arrive at the "star-pentagram" (above). The pentagram is claimed to have been the symbol of the Pythagorean Order and was given by them the name "HEALTH" [The wedjuat , the Egyptian name for the magical Eye of Horus, means ‘health’. The construction of the regular pentagon is given in The Elements in Book IV Proposition 11. It makes use of the previous Proposition (10) to construct the "isosceles triangle whose base angles are twice the other", that is the 72-72-36 triangle.
Well, what of the counterpart to the Pentagon attack on the 77 meridian west? Interestingly enough, New Delhi, India is on the 77th east.

En cuanto a la economía, el país está en vías de desarrollo, aunque desde 1973, y debido a problemas políticos que le han hecho destinar parte de su presupuesto a gastos militares, la inflación ha frenado ese progreso.
Su agricultura, favorecida desde 1978 por la construcción de la presa de Tabka, que permite regar amplias superficies, se dedica prioritariamente al cultivo de cereales, algodón, olivos y hortalizas. Cuenta con ganadería ovina, caprina y bovina. De su subsuelo se extrae asfalto, sal gema, petróleo, fosfatos y gas natural. La industria, también en desarrollo, es principalmente textil, alimentaria, cementera, de construcción y de refinado de petróleo. En los últimos tiempos algunos países, como Rumania o la República Federal de Alemania, han hecho inversiones en sus industrias azucareras, de cemento y de fosfatos y gas natural; las extracciones de petróleo, sin embargo, no han dado los resultados esperados.
Siria posee 14 gobernaciones o provincias, muhafazat (en singular: muhafazah), divididas en 60 distritos, manatiq (sing. mintaqah), que a su vez se subdividen en subdistritos o nawahi (sing. nahia). Los nawahi se componen de villas o ciudades, que son las unidades administrativas más pequeñas.

El simbolismo de la luna es muy complejo y amplio. En general representa el poder femenino, la Diosa Madre, la reina del cielo y la protección. No obstante también tiene otros significados como por ejemplo el lado oscuro y el aspecto invisible de la naturaleza; el aspecto espiritual de la luz en la oscuridad; el conocimiento interior; lo irracional, intuitivo y subjetivo. Es el ojo de la noche, el que ve todo lo que sucede en una etapa del día considerada prohibida. Tiene un papel regulador de las mareas, lluvias, aguas, inundaciones y estaciones por lo que se convierte en la mediadora entre el cielo y la tierra. La luna se relaciona también con el huevo del mundo, la matriz y el arca. Su metal correspondiente es la plata por su color y pureza. La luna se asocia con la fantasía y a la imaginación por su misterio y representación dentro de la noche, de la cual es representante.
Los símbolos más habituales que representan gráficamente a la luna son la media luna como unos cuernos de vaca (considerada “nave de luz en el mar de la noche”); las diosas lunares controlan y tejen el destino, y por esta razón a veces se la simboliza como la araña en el centro de su tela; un hombre viejo y decrépito puede simbolizar la luna menguante.

The "great army" is precisely the name of one of the 12 streets that extend from the famous circular road that surrounds the Arc de Triomphe ("Place Charles de Gaulle"), which is called in French, "Grande Armee". 'Grand Armee' is not only one of the 12 streets but it's the direct extension of the main street, 'Champs Elysees' (Elysian Fields). The "mountains" is likely an allusion to the Arc de Triomphe which stands in between 'Champs Elysees' and 'Grande Armee' Here are pictures showing the relevant region of Paris and the relationship of the Grande Armee avenue, Arc de Triomphe, and the Elysian Fields.

The "Arc" is obviously a reference to the' Arc de Triomphe'. And the notion is strengthened by the word right after "Arc", "turning" - which implies circular movement/shape and nicely corresponds to the famous circular road going around the Arc de Triomphe (see the picture at right). The phrase "Saturn in the Arc" corroborates the Saturn-ark connection we've made.
The latter half, "turning/corner of the fish Mars" can be interpreted in a quite different and symbolic way, and it is necessary to use a map of the relevant region of Paris again:
As you can see, the Elysian Fields, the Arc de Triomphe etc. are placed right beside the Seine River. Interestingly, on the other side of the river, there is a garden called the "Field of Mars" ('Champ de Mars') in which stands Paris' landmark, the Eiffel Tower. This is reinforcing the relevance of Mars. Now, the word 'Seine' (name the river) means "fishing net". That metaphorically makes (the Field of) Mars the "fish" trapped in the net. This would also make the same region where the river is turning 90 degrees the "corner of the 'fish-Mars'" to fit Line 2.
The "fish" also correlates with Sirius because the Dogon tradition tells us that the "Nommos" that supposedly came from the Sirius system were fish-like (and yes, we're now getting into the issue of extraterrestrial intelligence). So the phrase 'fish Mars' again associates Sirius with Mars.
The very first word, "poison", creates an interesting connection with Line 2 because the French word for "fish" is "poisson" which is nearly identical, both in spelling and pronunciation, to the word 'poison' which is also a French word for poison. Thus, combined with the last word of the line "salmon", the notion of 'fish' seems to be emphasized. Interestingly, the original French word used for 'poison' was actually 'Venins' which resembles Venus. It seems relevant, therefore, that Venus goes retrograde (i.e. reversing its apparent movement in the sky) during the key period of August 1999, corresponding to "salmon" (which is known to swim against the current) of the same line and also to the previous line's expression, "turning of the fish". This last line of the quatrain strongly reinforces the concepts put forward by the interpretation of the previous lines. The last word of the line "polemars" is not a real word, most likely it's a made-up word / anagram. Decoding is not that difficult - first we'll divide it into two words, 'pole' and 'Mars'. Continued from previous interpretations, it is not hard to see that the "pole" would refer to the 'Eiffel Tower' that stands in the' Field of Mars'.
To decipher the whole line, we need to take a closer look at the map of the region of the 'Field of Mars':
Notice that the park, the Field of Mars ("Champ de Mars"), seemingly crossesover the river. The Seine River can be viewed as dividing the park and there is a bridge connecting the two parts. Since the park area can be viewed metaphorically as "fish" based on previous interpretations, notice how the park left of the river can be viewed as the "head" of the fish barely 'hanging on' to the body, the Field of Mars, by the bridge or the "thread" from "polemars" / the Field of Mars. Thus it would fit Line 4.
Also, since the French word "fil", which I translated here as "thread", could also mean 'stream', the line could also interpreted like this: "Their head hung by the stream of the Field of Mars". This would still be metaphorically describing how the Seine River is dividing the Field of Mars and its "head".
And that's basically how Quatrain II-48 relates to Paris (and through which to the 'Sirius/ark complex')... but there is one last thing to add to all this. And this is my favorite part :) Well, we've looked at every line of the quatrain, so what's left? Ah, yes we left out the number of the quatrain 2 and 48. Why, of course, those numbers are the coordinates of Paris (Paris: 2.3 deg. E & 48.8 deg. N)!
Now let's shift our focus back to II-41 and do more in-depth study:

Like earlier pointed out, 'great star', 'burn', and 'seven' relate to Sirius. Now we can associate the "great star" with the Place Charles de Gaulle (Arc de Triomphe + the surrounding circular "square") since it was originally called the Place d'Etoile or 'Square of theStar', further linking the two quatrains II-41 and II-48.
From a slightly different angle, the fragments of Comet SL-9 'burned' Jupiter for about '7 days' in July 1994 and caught the attention of the world. The dates of this 'light show' were July 16~22 which roughly coincides with one of the key 'Sirius dates', July 20, mentioned earlier. Moreover, the dates July 16~22 very closely matches the dates of the historic Apollo 11 mission - first ever manned landing on the Moon - which were July 16~24 (and the landing occurred on the key date, July 20). This is meaningful especially when you consider the fact that Apollo the sun god could be identified with Horus the sun god (the son of Isis, and earlier associated with Sirius and Mars). Recall also that July 20 was associated with the 'flood' (of the Nile) in conjunction with Sirius. In Greco-Roman mythology, the god who causes the Flood to punish mankind is Jupiter - the very planet Comet SL-9 crashed into. And Jupiter was mythologically associated with the 'eagle' - the very name of the spacecraft that landed on the moon on that exact flood/Sirius date, July 20 (1969)!

In ancient times, circa 3300 BC, this "heliacal re-emergence" took place on the summer Solstice (June 21st, Gregorian). Around this same time, the melting snows of the mountains in Central Africa would flood the Nile and provide much needed irrigation for the crops of this otherwise arid land. This conjunction of events led to the marking of the new year coincident with this "magical rebirth" of Sirius, the Nile and Isis. De los peregrinos, de los contagiados por epidemias (especialmente la peste y el cólera), de los enfermeros, de los perros, de los falsamente acusados, inválidos, cirujanos...
No existe acuerdo entre los historiadores a la hora de señalar el año de nacimiento de San Roque. Según la tradición[cita requerida] nació en Montpellier (Francia) hacia el año 1295, mientras que otras versiones lo trasladan al siglo XIV, entre los años 1348 y 1350.
Fue un peregrino que se desplazó a Roma. Recorrió Italia y se dedicó a curar a todos los infectados de la peste.
Su devoción se extendió muy rápidamente a partir del siglo XV. Desde Venecia se extendió el culto hacia el mundo germánico y a los Países Bajos. En 1477, con ocasión de una epidemia de peste, se fundó en Venecia una cofradía que bajo su nombre, se dedicó al hospedaje de enfermos de peste y que fue conocida como Confraternità o Scuole di San Rocco. Dicha agrupación fomentó la devoción al santo construyendo capillas y más centros de acogida por toda Italia.
Una de las iglesias más conocidas que están dedicadas a este santo está en París, muy cerca del Museo del Louvre; la hizo edificar Luis XIV en 1653. Toda Europa e incluso América Latina están sembradas de templos que le fueron dedicados.

Santo protector ante la peste y toda clase de epidemias, su intervención era solicitada por los habitantes de muchos pueblos y, ante la desaparición de las mismas reconocían la intervención del santo, por lo que se le nombraba santo patrón de la localidad. Es además protector de peregrinos, enfermeros, cirujanos o cánidos, entre otros.
Aparece representado en las artes plásticas vestido de peregrino con bordón, sombrero y capa, herido en una pierna, siendo la más habitual la izquierda, y acompañado de un perro llamado Melampo o un ángel, aunque a veces son representados ambos.
Existen numerosas reliquias de este santo. En enero de 2007 la Vicaría de Roma concedió una de primera clase y que puede encuadrarse dentro de la tipología de las ex osibus a la Hermandad de Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno de Alhaurín el GrandeMálaga, la cual es procesionada cada Viernes Santo junto a otra de Santo Domingo de Guzmán en un relicario doble situado en el frontal del trono de María Santísima del Mayor Dolor.
