Jesus portrayed at the Last Judgment can often be found in the Tympanium above the entrance of churches and cathedrals. Notice, the lion (Leo) on the left, the bull on the right (Taurus), the angel on the left (Aquarius) and the eagle on the right ( Scorpio).

Winter Solstice Galactic Alignment of the Sun with the Galactic Equator

On Earth, the River Nile was the reflection of this great river in the sky, in accordance with the Hermetic principle "as above, so below." Herschel's earliest ingenious research has demonstrated that all of the pyramids along the river Nile represent constellations along the Milky Way, not just Orion! There are more than 50 pyramids in total, and their true meaning can only be deciphered when one considers the whole of Egypt.
During a Great Celestial Conjunction, the Sun crosses that great river in the sky, the Milky Way. Egyptologists explain that the solar God Ra (and Horus) required a boat because they sailed the Heavens from sunrise in the East to sunset in the West. At night, Ra travelled the Netherworld to be reborn in the morning at sunrise. Egyptologists reject the idea that the Egyptians understood the Precession of the Equinoxes and that the Sun also sojourns along the zodiac in a 26,000 year journey corresponding with the Precession Cycle.
In the Book of the Gates, the travel of the Sun at night along with the deceased pharaoh into the Netherworld is described. The Sun enters the Netherworld in the first hour just after sunset to be reborn in the morning at sunrise after a twelve hour nocturnal journey. There are many parallels, however, with the precessional journey of the Sun along the twelve signs of the zodiac to be discovered in the Book of the Gates. The 12 hours in the Book of Gates are structured into four groups of three hours, denoting a cross in the face of the clock. In the 12th hour Nun raises the solar barque with the scarab beetle of the Sun God from the primeval waters (Milky Way?), this is the hour of the rebirth of the Sun.

During Ra's travel through all of the twelve signs of the zodiac in the precession cycle, he will be requiring a boat to twice cross that great river in the sky, the Milky Way! It is probably the only reason why the Egyptian deities required a Sun barque in the first place. Boats are used to cross waters, not skies, so it was used not for their nightly ecliptic travel from East to West through the Netherworld, but for their travels along the zodiac in the precession cycle. It is during this journey that the Sun would be required to cross the waters of the Milky Way at least twice. The Book of the Gates may therefore have been misinterpreted by Egyptologists as the nocturnal journey of the Sun simply because they reject the idea that the Egyptians understood Precession! Keep in mind that only twice per year on the equinox the day and night will be exactly 12 hours in length. It is therefore far more logical that the 12 hours in the Book of the Gates are in fact the 12 zodiacal Ages of the Precession Cycle.
Pharaohs in ancient Egypt were buried with their arms crossed holding Ankhs in their hands. This posture of the deceased pharaoh can be found on sarcophagus and in statues throughout Egypt. The Ankh represents a cross symbol.

Since the Greek inherited much of their wisdom from the Egyptians, it's more than reasonable to suspect that the gate or portal mentioned in the Book of the Gates through which the pharaoh enters the Netherworld is, in fact, the Gate of God that the Greek writer Macrobius writes about. The Gate of God was also called the Golden Gate, while the Gate of Men was called the Silver Gate. The very same Egyptian cross symbolism used by the pharaohs associated with the Golden and Silver gates of the soul (and the Sun) can still be recognized in the coat of arms of the Vatican, consisting of two crossed keys; one Golden, one Silver.

The Golden Gate is the ecliptic Milky Way crossing at the Scorpio-Sagittarius nexus on the zodiac while the Silver Gate is the Milky Way ecliptic crossing at the Gemini-Taurus nexus. The Silver Gate was represented by the horns of Isis and the associated bull Taurus.
The Silver Gate is also clearly depicted in the Narmer Palette (3100 BC) named after the Egyptian pharaoh. The Narmer Palette shows the celestial goddess bull Bat (Taurus) with her horns bent over pointing exactly to the place of the rebirth of the Sun, the Silver Gate. The two cow's heads on top of the palette also represent Bat. In-between the two cow goddesses a hieroglyph is depicted representing the rising of the Sun in between two mountains on the horizon. It's a hieroglyph that is very similar to the Akhet hieroglyph with the same significance.

Bat was the goddess of the Milky Way considered to be a pool of Bat's cow milk. Bat was also the goddess of the human soul, the "Ba" that incarnated into human life form. Since the soul incarnated into human life passing through the Silver Gate (crossing of Milky Way and ecliptic), it's not surprising that Bat was both the goddess of the Milky Way and the human soul. Ba is a derivative of Bat, whereas "Ka" represents the human light-body. "Mer" represents the light of the Egyptian light-body-soul complex, the "Mer-Ka-Ba." Bat was also called the "Ba of Two Faces." Egyptologists are in the dark about her name and don't seem to understand that she was called this way, because there are actually two portals both to and from the Netherworld for the Ba to descend into the physical plane (Silver Gate) and ascend from the physical plane (Golden Gate). Both Hathor, Isis and Bat are all cow goddesses and Egyptologists have often pointed out the similarities between these goddesses depicted with cow-horns suspecting that they may have the same origins...they all represent the Silver Gate.
At the bottom of the Narmar palette in-between the horns of the bull, the very same hieroglyph is depicted as the one shown between two Bat bulls on top of the palette. This Akhet-like hieroglyph symbolises the rising Sun on the horizon.

On the other side of the Narmer palette two identical men, hence suggesting twins are depicted. They are both looking over their shoulders to a particular square over the left man’s shoulder. We surmise that the twins represent Gemini which would make sense since the actual ecliptic Milky Way crossing of the Silver Gate occurs in 5° Gemini (sidereal zodiac) and the square could therefore be suggesting the Silver Gate.

The author Audrey of the website "Ancient Egypt" writes while referring to the Narmar Palette: "They present an overview of the astronomical event which occurred on September 21st in 4468BCE, when the Autumn (Fall) Equinox of the Sun was in conjunction with the Milky Way."
At the Autumnal Equinox, the Sun was indeed at the Milky Way, however at the Golden Gate. At the Vernal Equinox of 4468 BC, the Sun resided at the Silver Gate. The author (Audrey) does not seem to realise that this moment represented a Great Celestial Conjunction when the equinox axis (Vernal and Fall) aligned with the Galactic Equator and the Sun resided at the Gates of the Gods.
Instead, while interpreting the hieroglyphs of the 10 decapitated figures near the Solar Barque, he writes quote, "The full meaning of the hieroglyph can therefore be interpreted as 'the Sun at a sacred gateway, opening or portal'..."
While Hathor, Isis and Bat are all cow goddesses, Egyptologists have often pointed out the similarities between these goddesses depicted with cow-horns suspecting that they may have the same origins. . . . We suggest that they all represent the Silver Gate.
There is an even older Egyptian goddess that later was associated with Isis and Hathor. Her name is Serket and she was the deification of the scorpion goddess who healed stings and bites. Eventually, Serket was associated with Isis and she was said to be just an aspect of Isis. Serket and Isis can therefore be regarded as the ‘Ba of Two Faces’. While Isis represents the Silver Gate at the Gemini-Taurus nexus, Serket is her counterpart and she represents the Golden Gate at the Scorpio-Sagittarius nexus. This is why she’s wearing the scorpion on her head while she joined Ra in his barque on his journey around the zodiac in a Great Year.

The sacred Egyptian scarab beetle is a metaphor for the Sun in the precession cycle whereas the dung ball represents the Sun. The scarab beetle rolls its dung ball with his hind legs backwards, symbolizing the backward motion of the Sun through the zodiac in the precession cycle. Since the scarab beetle has many similarities with a scorpion, we surmise that Serket and the scarab beetle both represent the Golden Gate in Egyptian mythology.

Tranquilos, que nadie se asuste... no vamos a sufrir una invasión de demonios del averno (al menos eso espero ). Me he permitido la licencia de usar ese titular por un motivo concreto. Hoy, 21 de junio, es la fecha en el hemisferio norte (en el sur ocurre al contrario) del solsticio de verano. Arranca oficialmente la estación más calurosa del año y hoy el día tiene más horas de luz que ningún otro.
Como ya comentamos en el blog en su momento, los antiguos romanos contaban entre su nutrido panteón de dioses con la figura de Jano (Janus en latín), el dios de los solsticios. Era también el dios de las puertas, de todos los inicios y de los finales. Poseía una rica iconografía –de la que algún día hablaremos más a fondo–, en la que lo más destacado era su representación con dos rostros, cada uno de ellos mirando en direcciones opuestas. De ahí que se le denomine también como Jano bifronte.
En lo que respecta a la temática de este blog, lo que más nos interesa de él es que los collegia fabrorum (las cofradías de constructores romanos) le rindieron una devoción especial, siendo su patrón.
Como decía más arriba, se consideraba a Jano el dios de los solsticios, las «puertas solsticiales» o «puertas del cielo». Así, el solsticio de verano era llamado janua inferni, la "puerta del infierno" o de los hombres, y el solsticio de invierno, janua coeli, la "puerta de los dioses". Además de patrón de los constructores, Jano era para los romanos el dios de la iniciación a los misterios. Era la «puerta», no sólo solsticial, sino también iniciática.
Esta devoción se transmitió a los canteros medievales y pasó a la iconografía y la religión cristiana bajo el culto a los dos «san Juan»: el Bautista, que tiene su festividad el 24 de junio (solsticio de verano), y el Evangelista, que tiene su festividad el 27 de diciembre (solsticio de invierno). Hay casos muy significativos en este sentido, en los que esta pervivencia es evidente. Jean Hani, profesor emérito en la Universidad de Amiens, menciona un notable ejemplo en la basílica francesa de Saint-Remi, en Reims: «En una vidriera aparece un único san Juan, que engloba en una sola figura al Precursor y al Evangelista, fusión subrayada por la presencia, sobre la cabeza, de dos girasoles (los dos solsticios) dirigidos en sentido opuesto: una especie de Jano cristiano, en suma».
No es el único caso. Otro día hablaremos de la presencia de zodiacos en iglesias y catedrales medievales. Hoy es suficiente con comentar que junto a algunos de estos zodiacos, generalmente esculpidos en las fachadas de los templos, y a ambos lados de Cristo, aparecen en ocasiones los "dos Juanes". Están marcando, de este modo, las fechas de los solsticios. ¿Qué simboliza esto? Como bien explica de nuevo Hani:
Del mismo modo que ellos ‘abren’ los dos períodos de la historia marcados por las dos venidas del Salvador, igualmente, en el plano cósmico, ‘abren’ las dos fases del ciclo anual, símbolo reducido del ciclo universal del tiempo y la historia; y en esta función, han reemplazado, desdoblándolo por así decirlo, al Jano bifronte, del que los Collegia fabrorum, antepasados de los constructores de catedrales, celebraban la fiesta en los dos solsticios.
Además, la división en la janua inferni y la janua coeli aparece también en algunas representaciones medievales del Juicio Final, en las que se divide la escena en dos partes: por un lado, los condenados que van al infierno –descienden, igual que el Sol a partir del solsticio de verano, o janua inferni– y, por otro, aquellos que se salvan –ascienden, al igual que el Sol tras el solsticio de invierno, o janua coeli.
En los templos medievales las representaciones de Jano son bastante habituales –además de los casos mencionados–, sobre todo en los zodiacos. Os pongo las imágenes de varios ejemplos. La primera corresponde a una representación del dios existente en la catedral de Amiens, en una serie de los trabajos de los meses. La segunda y la tercera proceden de la catedral de Chartres, también en Francia. En ésta última imagen Jano –aunque no se aprecia en la fotografía– está rodeado de símbolos del zodiaco.
Por supuesto, y como algunos de vosotros ya habréis adivinado, este culto a Jano, y más tarde a los «dos san Juan» en las logias medievales, se conserva en la masonería actual, pues tanto las fiestas solsticiales como los dos «Juanes» tienen gran importancia.·.

EL SOLSTICIO DE VERANO, S. JUAN, JANUA, JANO
A todos los Hermanos, a cada uno según su grado y condición.:
Solsticio, derivado del latín solstitium, sol (el astro) y stitum (detención). La detención del sol que marca el tiempo en que este se halla más lejos del Ecuador y en que parece quedarse varado en los mares del universo unos días. El solsticio de verano se produce entre los días 21 y 22 de junio en el Hemisferio Norte cuando la distancia angular del Sol al Ecuador celeste es máxima. .Con el, el misterio de los cielos, la magnitud de los espacios cósmicos que nunca dejan de ser fuente de curiosidad para los hombres, toma cuerno en un día que no es como los demás. Un día donde la naturaleza, el hombre y las estrellas se disponen a celebrar una fiesta cargada de gran poder y magia. Es momento de fecundidad, de cosechas, de gracias por los dones recibidos y de acopios para pasar el otoño y el invierno.
También sabemos que en la tradición hindú, la fase ascendente se pone en relación con el deva-yna, y la fase descendente con el pitr- yna; por consiguiente, en el Zodíaco el signo de Cáncer, correspondiente al solsticio de verano, es la “puerta de los hombres”, que da acceso alpitr- yna, y el signo de Capricornio, correspondiente al solsticio de invierno, es la “puerta de los dioses “, que da acceso al deva-yána.
Los antecedentes en la celebración solsticial cabria hallarlos entre otros, en la celebración celta del Beltaine, o del bello fuego, o también fuego de Bel, ceremonia realizada en honor del Dios Belenos. Era el momento propicio en que los druidas purificaban el ganado y hacían plegarias por un año fructífero.
Los griegos dedicaban esta festividad al Dios Apolo y los romanos a la Diosa de la guerra Minerva y en todos los casos el fuego y las hogueras eran la herramienta central y simbólica.
Al otro lado del Mar Ártabro los festivales primordiales incaicos estaban en relación a los solsticios siendo majestuosa la celebración del Inti-Raymo o fiesta del Sol que el 24 de junio tenia lugar en la impresionante explanada de Sacsahuman en las cercanías del Cuzco imperial, recinto inaccesible y enigmático.
El cristianismo en su esfuerzo por hacer suyas las numerosas fuerzas que tienen su manifestación en esta fecha solar mágica optó por dedicarla a San Juan. San Juan Bautista es el autentico príncipe del santoral cristiano. Es el único santo del que se celebra su nacimiento y no la muerte.
Así nos lo advierte S. Agustín, afirmando que fue santificado en el vientre de su madre y vino al mundo sin culpa. Hijo de ancianos acerdote, Zacarías, casado con una mujer tan santa como estéril al nacer curó a su padre de una mudez que se había abatido como castigo por su poca diligencia en acreditar el anuncio del Ángel Gabriel cuando le avisó del estado de gravidez de su esposa. Al menos así es como nos lo narra Lucas en su Evangelio.
Juan es nacido el portavoz de la Redención. Por ello su festividad el 24 de junio es y se la asimila a una fiesta solar. De luz y de fuego. San Juan necesariamente encarna sobre si la liturgia del solsticio de verano porque para los cristicos era que hacer imposible erradicar de la práctica tradicional los más antiguos ritos de la Humanidad escenificados en la mas grande de todas las fiestas, las ancestrales celebraciones solares.
Concurren en favor de Juan su perfil juvenil y el atractivo ambiguo del personaje. Un hermoso ejemplar andrógino bellamente representado por Leonardo da Vinci en el siglo XVI.. En el estamos ante un Sol menor que abre camino al Sol mayor, Cristo. También nuevamente ante la dualidad, en ambos personajes se contraponen la muerte y la resurrección.
Juan con rebelde gallardía juvenil se muestra firme en su misión ante el rey Herodes preparando el camino de su Señor. Es una voz que dama en el desierto y que no calla. No calla ante la opresión y no gira el rostro ante los abusos de poder aunque no le afectasen personalmente.
Con desobediencia lozana, casi con inconsciencia púber, tanto insiste que, como suele suceder con los díscolos legitimados por la razón, su cabeza terminará sobre una bandeja de plata, en este caso como ofrenda obscena a una sensual y libidinosa bailarina, Salomé. Al menos es lo que nos refiere Flavio Josefo. A partir de ahí, ya mártir, el nombre de Juan se utiliza por el mundo cristiano impuesto con la fuerza positiva del mismo sol, con la viveza del fuego y la fecundidad de una virtud invencible.
En la Edad Media el ya entonces San Juan de los cristianos fue adoptado como Santo Patrón de los Collegia Fabrorum de artesanos y luego de los constructores, masones operativos desde donde paso su patronazgo a la masonería especulativa desde su mismo surgimiento a principios del Siglo XVIII.
Hay una corriente de estudiosos de la Masonería que asocia la fiesta solsticial masónica con San Juan el Limosnero, Gran Maestro de los Caballeros de San Juan de Jerusalén, Orden creada en el siglo XIII.
Juan el Limosnero, el patrón mas amado y venerado de los Templarios era patriarca de Antioquía . Juan de Antioquia, no duda en tiempos de fervor y cruzadas, en abandonar su posición de privilegio para dirigirse en el 550 a Jerusalén. Allí, en las andas y arenosas tierras bíblicas, se prodigó en socorrer a los peregrinos, creo una fraternidad para curar a los cristianos enfermos y heridos, ayudó económicamente a los que viajaban a Tierra Santa y combatían a los moros, o a los visitaban el Santo Sepulcro. La Iglesia Católica lo canonizó bajo el nombre de Juan el Limosnero o Juan de Jerusalén. De alguna forma se le considera el precursor de la Cruz Roja Internacional. También se afirma que el puesto de Hermano Hospitalario, que es regular en los cuadros logiales de nuestra Orden tanto en sus símbolos como en sus funciones son reminiscencias de este personaje.
Para los griegos los solsticios eran sinónimo de puertas siendo el solsticio de verano la puerta de los hombres. Etimológicamente la palabra Juan se relaciona con el vocablo latino Janua cuya traducción es puerta y del que se deriva januarius, enero, o iniciación. Sin salir de este contexto cabe subrayar que el significado de puerta lo tiene también la letra griega Delta que tiene forma de triangulo y que la era la que utilizaban los antiguos en las puertas de acceso a los templos iniciáticos.. Los cristianos sustituyeron el Janua o Janus etrusco y su equivalente Saturno de los frigios y los griegos con San Juan, nombre que en una de sus acepciones se interpreta como la gracia o el don de Dios. Dentro de la amplia onomástica cristiana de juanes es el Bautista el que representa al solsticio de verano.
Jano como personaje mitológico asoma inicialmente en la mitología hindú primitiva. Como dios de la naturaleza era guía de las almas y como a Osiris se le llama Sol teniendo bajo su custodia las puertas de Oriente y Occidente. Janus para los romanos era el dios que presidía el ingreso del Sol en los hemisferios celestes. El Dios de la iniciación a los misterios y al mismo tiempo el dios de las corporaciones de artesanos. Carácter a la vez iniciático y operativo.
Desde siempre la Francmasonería ha asimilado a Janus dentro de su estructura simbólica y derivado de elloe stá la importancia que el pueblo masónico concede a las fiestas solsticiales. En el caso de la del verano, dedicada al Reconocimiento. Diversos autores masónicos hacen referencia a que la utilización del termino Logia de San Juan se remonta al tiempo de las cruzadas cuando los caballeros masones se unieron a sus similares de la Orden de San Juan de Jerusalén más conocidos como templarios y que e ngesto de solidaridad a los principios de estos aceptaron como propio a su patrón. Por sincronía todas las Logias de las corporaciones de constructores pasaron a llamarse Logias de San Juan.
Comúnmente se asume como patronos de la masonería universal conocida como simbólica o azul a Juan Bautista y a Juan Evangelista en los que se representa las dos fiestas solsticiales emanadas de la antigüedad, el primero de la del verano y de la del invierno, el segundo.
La tradición masónica las ha hecho celebraciones obligatorias y se auspicia como reconocimiento de su impronta ceremonial, el momento adecuado para llevar a cabo Asamblea General en Grandes Logias y Tenida Magna y Solemne en Logias regulares. Asimismo es preceptivo en el solsticio de verano la elección de Grandes Maestros, Venerables y Dignatarios.
Jano, dios bifronte, arcano, esotérico y enigmático. Fija una de sus caras en la tradición del pasado y la otro indica el rumbo hacia el devenir. Es una exhortación permanente a quien lo observa y lo comprende a asumir con dignidad y valor su tarea presente, aprovechando la experiencia de lo acaecido para anticiparse al destino. Es quizás esa cualidad visionaria encerrada en la alegoría de Jano el origen y resumen temporal y espacial de la Masonería desde una perspectiva iniciática.
De ella se nutre la Orden en lo profundo de su ser, en su esencia real y es a la vez el arma más poderosa conque se dota para garantizar su teleología inmanente.
El sol es por si solo un símbolo masónico de suma importancia. La Logia en esencia es una simbolización del Universo con un territorio enmarcado por piso terrenal y su techo celestial. El Venerable Maestro ilumina simbólicamente el Taller con su sabiduría cual el Sol que comienza su esplendor desde el Oriente. El Primer Vigilante simboliza al Sol en el ocaso al Occidente y el Segundo Vigilante simboliza el sol al Mediodía en la escala del tránsito. In order to establish a City of the God of Government it is mandatory that the urban plan incorporate the Cosmic Design, otherwise the city is governed by chaos and it is without judgment, or worse it becomes a lair for tyrants and pirates. The urban planners of all great civil enterprises have understood this fundamental essence. In a city dedicated to the Gods of Government special tasks must be performed because of the undeniable corruptive power of governing power. Planners of the Cities of God have to put cosmic order in their streets so that the King of Kings remains on the Throne of Truth. Consider the many tyrants who have tasted power without an appreciation for Cosmic Truth and you will see many nations at war. Was Giza, USA a Sacred Site, or was Giza, USA a commercial site, or was Giza, USA a pasture of good times? The way to find out is to unravel the lay of the Rose Line.
In Washington D.C. the earth bound Rose Line runs between the Jefferson Memorial and the Presidential Mansion along the Prime Meridian of the new country. The short north-south aspect was dictated by the need to incorporate the great civilizing influence of the Native American and Egyptian mentors who taught their people that the soul was composed of five parts, Water, Earth, Air, Fire, and Light.. The west triangle off the Rose Line dictates the width and breadth of the mall. Lincoln, being a fallen hero needs to be memorialized in the west. Freedom, being the goddess of the New World Order needs to be on a pedestal to motherhood in the east. The soul matures during the experience of life. If the individual does not make a mockery of the trial of life the soul of the individual will merge all the apexes of the pentahedron into the highest apex. This is the point where the four created parts of the soul merge into the Eternal Light that is the essence of the Universal Being. To be One with God is a lofty goal, for sure. But, to deny the potential of one's own soul is simply a path to perdition. That is why great cultures have always crated Stairways to Heaven. That is also why the crystal pentahedron on the Washington mall is hidden in plane sight rising high above the grassy knoll upon the memorial phallus of the First Father of the nation for which Washington is the Rose Line and Capitol. Most people see the great obelisk, but to see the crystal pentahedron an individual must learn how to utilize the All Seeing Eye. The Beatles made the pathway to the top of heaven popular in a song about Mother Mary speaking words of wisdom, let it be. That is how we become adepts at cosmic accomplishments. We let the accomplishment unfold within us as we witness the All Seeing Eye through us in such manner that our own example is the example of heavenly righteousness. It is this spirit of righteous freedom that ruled the urban planners when they set out to raise an Eternal city of God out swamp lands of Maryland and Virginia.
Like Giza the soul of America needs cosmic alignment. The south is the physical being, the baboon, the body soul, and it is asexual. Thus, the Jefferson Memorial is a feminine monumental design dedicated to a masculine personality. That was Jefferson. The west is the land of the Ka. It is the eternal material essence. Our genes carry the Ka of billions of years of the ascending soul from one generation to the next. When we die we return to the Ka. Thus, the president who most immortalizes death as a resurrected spirit belongs in the west. No president comes close to Lincoln in this regard because he took the holocaust of the Civil War and made it an example of the United States of America. That is the Ka of our land. The north is the land of the mind, Imsety. It is here that we must place the president's mansion. What the country needs most in this mansion is a mind for the ascending soul of America. This is the House of Seth and the House of Horus. These two gods of Liberalism and Conservatism must perpetually cycle through the mansion to maintain balance throughout all the land for all ages. The final point on the plan of creation is the east. It is the direction of future rising stars. It is also the direction of the gaze of the Sphinx and the place where Wise Men see the rising stars of kings to come. This is the direction of Kingdom Come. This is the future of the intent present at the Moment of the First Occasion when the city designers set about to accomplish the will of God. On the rotunda of the Capitol stands the dream of Kingdom Come, she is a Goddess called Freedom and she is the spirit of the Native Peoples of the Land of the Free. This spirit still reverberates in the land even though the overt traditions of the Native Peoples remain hidden from the view of impious fools.
The four compass points are visible in the codex of the urban grid of Washington. And they were not placed by accident or by ruminating cows. They are intentional. There is one other point of prime interest. It is the monument at the center. The obelisk is the phallus of the God Father. He was George Washington, whose name carries on under his monument. That monument points skyward to show the way we must all strive toward. Once we can see the pyramid of the soul on the mall in Washington, we can merge all the elements of creation, body, earth, mind, and spirit into a vision of the divine. To get there we have to rise on the wings of the eagle. That eagle has the Seal of Solomon on its obverse and the vision of God on its reverse. It is the Eye of Oneness. The magic of paying attention will overcome chaos, doubt, and denial. Eventually the Great Man with the crown of innocence will walk with the Heavenly Host.
The five primary stars chosen to tell the story of the birth of the New Age are Regulus, Spica, Arcturus, Zaniah, and Mintaka, but the whole of the heavens is implied by the destiny of all Great Men. The axiom "as above, so below" must be applied in the projection down to earth. That means we must project the stars down to the earth as they are seen from beyond the stars. The image of the Potter's Field shown above is the mirror image of the Potter's Field in the District of Columbia. It is what we see when we turn our back to Mother Earth and face the heavens. This is the major stumbling block of all cosmic research. We want to project what we see onto the ancestral monuments. But, having taken our hand from the play we fall on our back sides to the Redemptoris Mater.
The Redemptoris Mater Chapel of Pope John Paul II shows Christ at the center of a revolving field of stars. This is the location of Polaris at the north pole. It shows Christ with his back to the heavens as he opens his arms to the four apostles before him. This is a crystal pentahedron of the Cosmic Soul in which the Light of the World comes back down to earth. This is the meaning of salvation.
The view from the heavens through the star field toward the earth at Washington D.C. is shown by the following correspondences: Washington monument is Spica, Lincoln Memorial is Regulus, and the White House is Arcturus. The Jefferson memorial is a mirror image of the earthward projection. It says, "as above, so below" as a doubling unto the double of the Redemptoris Mater symbolized by the rotunda of the Jefferson Memorial. That projection represents the Birth of a Nation under Heaven on July 4, 1776.
More proof of the Birth of Kingdom Come? Why does the eastward line point through the Capitol at slightly less than one degree north of east? The only star that hits that alignment is Zaniah at the back of the head of Virgo. Zaniah was the Harlot of Babylon and it was the location of Uranus in the circular horoscope of Denderah. The metaphor at Denderah was the Dream of Kingdom Come. Did the Masonic urban designers want to restore the Harlot of Babylon? Would such a timeless moment memorialize the birth of a nation? In Egypt is was the Birth of the Age of Pisces. In America on July 4, 1776 it was Novus Ordo Seclorum meaning "thus is born a new order of the ages." These metaphors use the same stars and it is difficult not to see the same Eyes of the Gods. How could expatriates of England, France, and the rest of Europe see the ancient Egyptian message when Napoleon had yet to go to Egypt and inaugurate Egyptology? There must be a simple explanation. And it may be that the consequence of using stars to forecast the destiny of a new nation results in the founders of the new nation utilizing the Eyes of the Gods to establish a birthplace on earth as it is in the heavens.
The design of the mall of Washington was simply a birth chart for a nation. The most important celestial alignment is the one that reveals the Time of the Chart. That means that the east-west line is actually a "Time Line." It points to a specific time in the east and a specific time in the west. If it pointed due east-west that would provide a time of year for one of the equinoxes. Since the city is a government city we can exclude the vernal equinox in Pisces. The autumn equinox marked the astrological entrance into the Judgment Hall of Libra. This is not the celestial house of Libra on the zodiac it is the astrological house on the birth chart. By virtue of the precession we can unite the cosmic time with the horoscope time. Zaniah was just under 1 degree north of the autumn equinox on July 4, 1776. Thus, the offset is revealing where the vernal equinox was on the birth chart for July 4, 1776.
At 11:21 am on July 4, 1776 the Harlot of Babylon, Zaniah, aligned with the Statue of Freedom as viewed from the Washington Monument. With Saturn at her back, it was time for a Virgin birth. Neptune was at the top of her head as if he were lifting her out of the cosmic abyss. According to the historical records, Neptune had yet to become a twinkle in the eyes of man.
At 4:33 pm on July 4, 1776, Mintaka aligned with the Lincoln Memorial as would have been viewed from the Washington Monument. Above the head of Orion were Jupiter and Venus on the legs of the male Gemini and Mars was between the horns of the ancient Bull. Above the Eye of the Bull, Aldebaran, sat Uranus, the wandering star that carries the name of the Father of Time. As Uranus was setting in the west, his son, Saturn was just below the horizon preparing to rise in the east. Above Mintaka was the Son of Time, Jupiter, in conjunction with the Daughter of Love, Venus. These alignment would have been well known an well researched before picking the date of the birth of the first nation to carry the Greek promise of Freedom to a democratic society of man. The eyes of the gods said, "Annuit Coeptis."

And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, thees shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire... and the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Gate of the God
Is New York City -- plausibly the greatest city on earth -- the city called 'Babylon' personified by a 'great whore'? Does the scriptural passages concerning the fall of Babylon have some relevance to the 911 terrorist attacks that destroyed the World Trade Center twin towers? Indeed, since many had long compared NYC to the scriptural 'Babylon', the 'prophecies' in Revelation quoted above can quite naturally be considered applicable to the first major attack on the US homeland - one of the biggest, and most shocking, terrorist incidents in all history. Although some may object to the resultant implication that NYC is the city of sinners that had to be destroyed by 'God' himself, I'd point out that the sense of 'good vs. evil' in the Bible is quite a murky one that should not be taken too literally. (In fact, nothing in religious writings is to be taken literally - it's a trap that ape-brained men can't seem to get past... and this has caused so much trouble for the world throughout history. This is what happens when a powerful 'gift' is given to those who are not ready to handle it. History of mankind since c. 4000 BC -- when 'Pandora's box' was opened -- is the story of humans struggling to co-exist with the divine 'gift'.) A case in point: in Genesis, we read that at one time men were all united, spoke one language, and worked together in harmony toward reaching 'heaven':
And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. (Genesis 11:4)
In other words, mankind was thriving in peace and had high hopes. And what does 'God' do?
And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel... (Genesis 11:5-9)
If the biblical 'God' represents all that is 'good', then this episode does not make much sense, does it? If 'good' represents men not living in harmony and striving to become something better, then what good is being 'good'? Hence, the overlay of NYC and Babylon the 'whore' need not be viewed as an 'evil' city versus those representing the 'good'. And there is, of course, a direct parallel between the NYC-Babylon juxtaposition and the biblical tale concerning the building of the Tower of Babel just quoted above. According to tradition, the Tower of Babel was built in the ancient city of Babylon - in fact 'Babel' and 'Babylon' are practically interchangeable terms. How fitting is it that it was the twin towers -- by far the tallest in the city -- of the modern Babylon, i.e. NYC, that were destroyed in the recent terrorist attacks? NYC is the ultimate melting pot of all peoples of this planet where they interact in harmony (well-exemplified by NYC being the home of the United Nations) and produce something great -- just like the builders of the Tower of Babel. And even the designation of 'whore' is quite applicable as at the entrance to NYC is found the welcoming Statue of Liberty, a great woman symbolizing the great city.
There are further correlations to be yielded by the label 'whore'. A character in the scriptures that would best fit the description is Mary Magdalene - an enigmatic female companion, or quite likely the lover/wife, of Jesus Christ. Although Mary Magdalene is never described as a prostitute in the New Testament, it has been the prevalent view that she was. Chances are, though, the Magdalene is to be considered a 'whore' only in the symbolic sense that she was a version of the ancient Egyptian goddess par excellence, Isis, the wife-sister of Osiris, who was both a 'virgin' and a 'whore' as well as a goddess of wisdom and magic. (Isis' companion Osiris was killed and later resurrected to nicely parallel the Magdalene's companion, Jesus.) Isis, in turn, was represented in the sky by the great star Sirius -- a star of utmost importance to the ancient Egyptians as its 'rebirth' (i.e. 'heliacal rising') in mid-summer had the function of marking the New Year and signaling the beginning of the life-giving annual flooding of the Nile, roughly coinciding with the summer solstice. Curiously, the biblical tale about the Tower of Babel immediately follow those concerning Noah and the Great Flood as if to echo the correlation.
Esoterically, Sirius is represented by a five-pointed star, i.e. a pentagonal form -- thus ending up strongly resonating with the fact that the '911' terrorist attacks hit not just the WTC towers but also the Pentagon (whose construction, by the way, began on 9-11). Sirius, moreover, may be considered a 'stargate' par excellence for in ancient Egypt 'star' was interchangeable with 'doorway'. Sirius being the brightest star in the night sky, it can thusly be viewed as the ultimate 'gate of heaven', or 'gate of the god' - which just happens to be the very meaning of the name 'Babylon'. Similarly, the name given to the historical Tower of Babel, Etemenanki, meant 'the house of the foundation of heaven and earth', i.e. a gate to heaven. This link is then further enhanced by the fact that the name 'Magdalene' (as Magdala) can mean 'tower' as in the Tower of Babel and the WTC twin towers. Reinforcing the connection even more, amazingly, is the groundbreaking date of the WTC twin towers being August 5, that is, the very date of Sirius' heliacal rising/'rebirth' in our epoch! The Magdalene's name can also mean 'place of the dove' - which is still quite intriguing as it relates to the flood theme; it was a dove that signaled for Noah that the flood had ended (see Gen. 8:8-12).
The Fallen
In Genesis, the cause of the biblical Flood is -- rather mysteriously -- associated with 'fallen angels', or 'giants'/'sons of God', more properly called the 'Nephilim':
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. And God saw that the wickedness was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth...
This is a typical English translation of Genesis 6:4-7 that contains some errors, including the last phrase, ‘men of renown’. It may be more accurately rendered as ‘the people of the shem’. What, then, is the ‘shem’? Zecharia Sitchin writes:
The persistence of biblical translators to employ "name" wherever they encounter shem has ignored a farsighted study published more than a century ago by G. M. Redslob… in which he correctly pointed out that the term shem and the term shamaim ("heaven") stem from the root word shamah, meaning "that which is highward." (The 12th Planet, pp.147-8)
The shem was also closely linked with fire and a stone; the shem thus was a ‘highward fire-stone’. It is, in other words, apparently a reference to a meteorite. This is strongly corroborated by the fact that:
Shems were particularly associated with something called an-na, which meant ‘heavenly stone’, a term that was also used to define a shining metal. The use of the word shem in respect of its ‘shining’ aspect is apparent in the alternative name for Prince Utu, brother of Inanna… His epithet was Shem-esh: the Shining One. (Laurence Gardner, Genesis of the Grail Kings, p.120)
So, what we have here is this: the shem was a ‘heavenly shining fire-stone’ while the Nephilim, i.e. the ‘fallen angles’ (also called the ‘Shining Ones’), were the ‘people of the shem’.
The shem also figures in the tale of the Tower of Babel:
…let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a shem, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
Again, the shem is directly associated with heaven, and here it is additionally linked with the top of a tower – which makes the shem very much comparable to the Egyptian Benben Stone which too is thought to have been a meteorite and was placed at the very top of a pyramid or obelisk. It may also be noticed that the Babel story conceptually parallels the saga of the 'fallen angels' who were punished by ‘God’ for overreaching just as was the case with the builders of the Tower.
The Benben Stone connection then brings us back to Osiris, the husband-brother of Isis, as ancient Egyptian theology equated the heavenly stone with the soul of Osiris as well as the phoenix. Since the phoenix signifies the concept of resurrection, it may be inferred that the Benben/shem is symbolic of Osirian resurrection which mythologically takes place with the help of Isis. And similarly, Jesus -- in theory, the biblical Osiris -- is identified in the New Testament with the cornerstone of the Temple that the ‘builders rejected’:
…Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone… (Ephesians 2:20)
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. (Acts 4:10-1)
This notion of a rejected cornerstone can easily be compared to the ‘rejected’ capstone/benben of the greatest Egyptian ‘Temple’, the Great Pyramid. Combined with a cornerstone’s significance as the transition from the underground realm to the upper realm, the rejected cornerstone even echoes the Benben Stone being symbolic of Osirian resurrection (thus further reinforcing the Osiris-Jesus identification).
Antediluvian Pillars
Osiris was considered the ruler of the Golden Age known to the ancient Egyptians as the Zep Tepi, or 'First Time'. This mythical realm in turn has been often associated with the supposed great antediluvian civilization that Plato called 'Atlantis'. In Plato's accounts of this lost world, the only clear reference to its geographical position is that it was situated beyond the 'pillars of Hercules' (an ancient name for the Straits of Gibraltar at the western end of the Mediterranean Sea). Osiris, correspondingly, was often depicted in the shape of a pillar by the ancient Egyptians. Could the two 'pillars of Hercules' that represented a gateway to the paradisiacal realm be now considered analogous to the Tower of Babel/'gate of the god' or more specifically the twin towers/pillars of NYC destroyed in the 9-11 terrorist attacks?
The imagery of two pillars is also clearly evocative of the two pillars of Jachin and Boaz (symbolizing individual power and life) that stood at the entrance to Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem, the home of the Ark of the Covenant. They were made of brass (1 Kings 7:15) - which has a most fitting implication as brass/bronze is considered to signify 'the indissoluble compact between Earth and Heaven and the pledge of the everlasting stability of this covenant' (Chevalier & Gheerbrant, Dictionary of Symbols, "column"). Representations of these pillars are still found in lodges of Freemasonry, a large semi-secret and esoteric organization which carries within its mysterious tradition that of the medieval warrior-monks, the Knights Templar.
After its sudden dissolution initiated by the French king Philip the Fair in 1307, the Templar survivors apparently made their way into Scotland where they and their tradition found a sanctuary and were maintained by certain interlocking families including the Sinclairs, the patron of Scottish Freemasonry, who had a close connection with the Templar knights. Among the Templar legacies were almost certainly things they had obtained at the site of Solomon's Temple which they had been allowed to use as their headquarters. It is known that the knights excavated the site and probably found something of great importance which may have contributed to the rapid rise to the top of the power structure in Christendom. So it was quite obviously through the incorporation of Templarism that Freemasonry came to adopt the Solomonic twin-pillar symbolism.
That these pillars are relevant to our discussion is effectively confirmed by the imagery on one of the tarot cards called the 'High Priestess' or 'Papess' which shows a high priestess/female pope along with the pillars of Jachin and Boaz marked 'J' and 'B'.
The Papess almost certainly represents none other than Mary Magdalene (= Isis, Babylon, tower, etc.) who actually had a power struggle with Peter the first pope according to Gnostic Gospels. Also, tellingly, the term ‘prostitute’ (a description often applied to the Magdalene), as hierodulae, would refer to the ‘sacred women’-- or 'priestesses' -- of the temple of the Goddess who performed a ritual practice resembling the anointing of Jesus by Mary of Bethany (often equated with Mary Magdalene). In ancient times, anointing of the king was a ritual – called the ‘Sacred Marriage’ in Greek – performed by a royal bride; the implication being that Mary Magdalene married Jesus, just as Isis was the wife of Osiris, resulting in the 'Holy Grail' which is the 'Blood Royal'.
The pillars of Jachin and Boaz also nicely relate back to the themes of the Flood and Atlantis as originally these Masonic pillars represented the 'Antediluvian Pillars' erected by Enoch, Noah's great-grandfather, who is considered one of Freemasonry's founders. According to legend, Enoch had the foreknowledge of the coming Deluge and constructed nine hidden vaults in which he concealed certain knowledge. He then placed two columns at the site upon which were inscribed the 'seven sciences' of mankind and such. The vaults were later found by Solomon while building his Temple. Enoch, therefore, can be viewed as a prototype of Noah and the vaults/pillars are another form of the Ark containing antediluvian, or Atlantean, 'knowledge'.
It is interesting to point out here that it is the 'Book of Enoch' that contains the most detailed account of the affairs of the 'fallen angels'/'Watchers' briefly mentioned in Genesis. Also, that the number of Enoch's vaults was nine, combined with the twin pillars visually forming the number '11', raises the possibility that the date of the terrorist attacks on the NYC twin towers (9-11) was in reference, at least in part, to the Antediluvian Pillars and its connection to the WTC 'pillars'. Seemingly supportive of this, numerically, also is the fact that there are exactly 111 days left in the year after 9-11. As it happens, the Sumerian version of Noah's Ark "was a cube - a modest one, measuring 60x60x60 fathoms, which represents the unit in the sexagesimal system where 60 is written as 1" (Hamlet's Mill, p.219). In other words, the original Ark could be considered to have measured 1x1x1 or '111'.
Lost and Found
On the Etemenanki website, I have long pointed out the persistent symbolic connection that apparently exists between high-impact world events -- especially airplane crashes -- and the theme of the Ark-Grail (see 1999: The Ark of Sirius for example). The '911' event involving airplane crashes, needless to say, fits the pattern very well.
After some contemplation, I have now finally found a reasonably sound explanation as to why such a symbolic link exists. An 'airplane' is a perfect vehicle to carry the notion of the 'air-plane' as in the 'dimension of air' that is sandwiched between the planes of earth and heaven. Its relative position therefore is implicative of the familiar theme of the unification or 'gate' of earth and heaven. In support of this interpretation, we find that in ancient Egypt it was conceptualized that the air god Shu was sort of a pillar that held the vault of heaven above. This imagery is strikingly evocative of Atlas of Greek mythology who was condemned to bearing the heaven on his shoulders for eternity after the great war with the Olympians. Atlas, in turn, is said to have been the first king of Atlantis and in effect the embodiment of this legendary civilization!
Airplane crashes would therefore be analogous to the destruction of the antediluvian world, i.e. none other the the Great Flood, which may be conceptually thought of as the collapse of great pillars/towers/gate -- and that is exactly what took place at the World Trade Center in NYC!
The planes crashing into the WTC towers and the Pentagon was of course like no other plane crashes. The magnitude of devastation and symbolic coherence was off the scale. Does this imply something? Why so strong an echo of the 'Atlantean' destruction in 2001?
Could it be that like Osiris and the phoenix, Atlantis is getting ready to rise again from its ashes now? Is the Ark about to be opened? Is the discovery of the fabled Atlantean 'Hall of Records' imminent?
In 2000, an underwater city with pyramidal structures was detected off the coast of Cuba. Researchers have been quietly examining this most enigmatic archaeological find behind the scenes. We are at this time simply awaiting the news of this paradigm-shattering revelation to break. Could this be relevant? It seems so.
Indeed, long before the '911' attacks I had already detected a curious pattern. In the 'View from Here' section of the Etemenanki website, for example, I have made the following remarks:
- June 20: "Looks like this is going to be a summer of Atlantis."
- July 06: "...the undercurrent esoteric theme of this summer was to be the 'rising' of Atlantis... I'd say 'the timetable', the template of history, is dictating that 2001 be the beginning of the 'resurrection of Osiris' (which has many levels of meaning)."
Along with these I had also noted how this theme appeared to be entangled with Mars at which NASA's latest probe, Mars Odyssey, just arrived on Oct. 23, '01. All summer long, Mars was very close to Earth -- in fact, closest in over a decade -- and was a dominant object in the night sky. And since 1998, Mars Global Surveyor had been giving us new photographs of the controversial Cydonia "monuments" on Mars in an attempt to confirm or refute the claim of the Cydonian structures being artificial - a question that still has not been settled but is getting more and more intriguing. Perhaps Odyssey will help solving the enigma soon.
It cannot be ignored that NYC, where the 'Atlantean pillars' stood, is situated at ~40.8°N latitude which happens to be the very latitude of the Martian 'monuments' in Cydonia. And one of the most intriguing Cydonia structures happens to be a pentagonal pyramid called the 'D&M Pyramid' which is very much evocative of the Pentagon hit by a plane on 9-11. The Martian Pentagon is even partially collapsed to reflect the US Pentagon, or vice versa.
What are we to make of all these and other connections? Atlantis... Mars... Was Atlantis on (gasp) Mars? Did mankind first started on the Red Planet before the "Flood"? One telling clue is the fact that the humans ‘free-running circadian rhythm’ (i.e. the natural sleep-awake cycle without any external time cues such as sunrise, sunset, clock, daily routine, etc.) is not 24 hours as expected, but about 24.7 hours long instead – that is, almost precisely the length of a Martian day.
Did man 'fall' to Earth in an "Exodus" from the Red Planet like a life-seeding meteorite and knowledge-providing 'fallen angles'? The shem was a 'fire-stone' - isn't this a potent allusion to Mars, the planet/'stone' of fire?
What was placed in the Ark of Moses, according to some scholars, were actually meteorites. Could the tale of Moses and his Ark, then, be another version of Noah and his Ark? Was the 'Exodus' of the Israelites led by Moses, then, actually a parabolic story about an interplanetary migration of man in the forgotten past?
The 911 event being a symbolic reenactment of the Flood (i.e. destruction of 'Atlantis'), wouldn't the pattern dictate that the next event be a mass 'Exodus'? Could it be just a coincidence that I conceptually equated President Bush with Moses in The Two Suns of Election MM last year?
But where would be the destination of this 'Exodus'? Where is our 'Promised Land'?
You guessed it: Mars.
The world events today appear to be symbolically anticipating mankind's imminent migration to the Red Planet on which will likely be found enough water to sustain a full-blown civilization soon (this is probably where Mars Odyssey comes in).
We are going back to our Genesis, the First Time, the Golden Age, the Age of Osiris.
America is no longer the 'New World'. Mars is. And this is actually part of what I had in mind when I stated in early 2000:
Now, I'm not sure if I want to say this... but here is something that the data I have is suggesting to me. It's that the year 2000/2001 is to bring to the United States one of the biggest events the country has ever experienced. This is not something I 'believe' or based on 'millennial' mentality; it's just what the data I have (not presented on this website) is suggesting to me. The key concepts attached to this are termination and 'New World'.
Mars is Osiris. And Osiris is being resurrected like a rising Morning Star. It is time for a Total Recall.

Now, getting back to Schwarzenegger's trip, let's address the question of 'why Israel?' First, we can see that for a 'messianic' figure it would be quite natural to go there... to get 'baptized' (or whatever). Note that the Oak King is 'born' on the winter solstice/Yule, historically associated with Christmas, thus also with the birth of Jesus. In other words, the Oak King is an alter ego of the 'Messiah'. And the acting Oak King, Arnie, just went 'back' to the Holy Land...
But more interestingly, the name 'Israel' comes from a biblical figure who was originally called Jacob. He is associated with something akin to the Tower of Babel (Babylon/'gate of god') or 'stargate', as we read in Genesis:
And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not. And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven. (28:16-17)
The line 'How dreadful is this place!' is thought to be connected to Rennes-le-Chateau in south France where, at its church's entrance, the visitor would encounter a strange Latin inscription that reads 'TERRIBILIS EST LOCUS ISTE' ('This place is terrible'). Thanks to the great success of The Da Vinci Code, now many people recognize that Rennes-le-Chateau is inseparable from the underground tradition of Mary Magdalene (= 'tower'). Not surprisingly, the subsequent Genesis passages mentions 'pillar':
And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it. And he called the name of that place Beth-el... And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house... (28:18-19, 22)
This 'pillar' is easily interchangeable with the Tower of Babel in Babylon, the 'gate of god'. This is a 'stargate' theme. Isn't it intriguing, then, that Schwarzenegger's most popular movie character, the Terminator, is a cyborg that comes from the future through a 'stargate' machine?
This 'stargate' is also traditionally called 'Jacob's ladder', which has been identified with the Milky Way. Those who have read The Lucifer Time Code will recall that the significance accorded to the month of May this year has much to do with celestial configurations directly involving the Milky Way [and its 'stargate' points]!
Jacob's 'stargate' pillar-stone is also associated with the 'Stone of Destiny' which is related to Grail/Arthurian tradition. This reminds us of the fact that Arnold has a shadowy Enron connection (the corrupt energy company that imploded in 2001-2) and 'Enron' spelt backwards is 'Norne', the name of the three goddesses of fate (or destiny) in Norse mythology as discussed before.
Here is one of Nostradamus' quatrains often associated with the 'Antichrist' (I-76) that specifically mentions 'destiny' and alludes to Norne:
The man will be called by a barbaric name that three sisters will receive from destiny. He will speak then to a great people in words and deeds, more than any other man will have fame and renown.
Schwarzenegger indeed has the 'barbaric' epithet, 'Terminator', but before he was the Terminator he was literally Conan the Barbarian!
So, all combined, the symbolism of Arnold's 'presidential' trip to Israel (= Jacob) over the Beltane/May-Day weekend is quite telling and meaningful.
Peak Oil is arriving. Chaos will ensue. And Arnold Schwarzenegger will be right there to assume leadership and forcefully maintain order even as the Titanic sinks into the abyss. A scenario that is becoming less and less improbable...
Okay, one more thing. This week saw a very unusual development of all the major US cable news networks (CNN, MSNBC, FOX) carrying a remarkable story involving UFOs - how they were witnessed and acknowledged by the Mexican military - in a quite serious manner. I see this as a precursor to the coming announcement of the 'discovery' of life on Mars - i.e. my Projection 'A' for May (and beyond).
The way I see it, those 'UFOs' are probably 'ours', as in non-extraterrestrial (something out of very deep military-industrial black projects). I can actually detect a parallel between the Nick Berg video and this UFO news (both came out just about at the same time). The 'shock & awe' video, on a practical level, had the very convenient function of softening the impact of the Iraq prisoner abuse photos. (Who benefited the most from the public display of extreme savagery?) Rumsfeld is certainly feeling less pressure at this time, and Cheney is happy that Rumsfeld still has his job since without him at the top of the Pentagon the neoconservative network that Cheney uses to run his 'shadow government' would quickly collapse.
By showing the extreme, people's threshold of tolerance is easily changed. So, by implying in the mainstream news, at least temporarily, that there may really be ETs visiting this planet in flying saucers, the general public's 'tolerance level' gets adjusted and thereby becoming ready mentally for the 'life on Mars' announcement that may be in the works now.
The fact that the ESA guys (Europe) are apparently getting ready to make such an announcement in July or September this year tells me that NASA/US may now have a motive to make its own 'life on Mars' announcement' before them. Chances are NASA already has more than enough evidence. So why let the Europeans steal the limelight? The limelight outweighs secrecy at this point, I would think.
It will be interesting to see how/if these scenarios will unfold in the coming weeks.

Tranquilos, que nadie se asuste... no vamos a sufrir una invasión de demonios del averno (al menos eso espero ). Me he permitido la licencia de usar ese titular por un motivo concreto. Hoy, 21 de junio, es la fecha en el hemisferio norte (en el sur ocurre al contrario) del solsticio de verano. Arranca oficialmente la estación más calurosa del año y hoy el día tiene más horas de luz que ningún otro.
Como ya comentamos en el blog en su momento, los antiguos romanos contaban entre su nutrido panteón de dioses con la figura de Jano (Janus en latín), el dios de los solsticios. Era también el dios de las puertas, de todos los inicios y de los finales. Poseía una rica iconografía –de la que algún día hablaremos más a fondo–, en la que lo más destacado era su representación con dos rostros, cada uno de ellos mirando en direcciones opuestas. De ahí que se le denomine también como Jano bifronte.
En lo que respecta a la temática de este blog, lo que más nos interesa de él es que los collegia fabrorum (las cofradías de constructores romanos) le rindieron una devoción especial, siendo su patrón.
Como decía más arriba, se consideraba a Jano el dios de los solsticios, las «puertas solsticiales» o «puertas del cielo». Así, el solsticio de verano era llamado janua inferni, la "puerta del infierno" o de los hombres, y el solsticio de invierno, janua coeli, la "puerta de los dioses". Además de patrón de los constructores, Jano era para los romanos el dios de la iniciación a los misterios. Era la «puerta», no sólo solsticial, sino también iniciática.
Esta devoción se transmitió a los canteros medievales y pasó a la iconografía y la religión cristiana bajo el culto a los dos «san Juan»: el Bautista, que tiene su festividad el 24 de junio (solsticio de verano), y el Evangelista, que tiene su festividad el 27 de diciembre (solsticio de invierno). Hay casos muy significativos en este sentido, en los que esta pervivencia es evidente. Jean Hani, profesor emérito en la Universidad de Amiens, menciona un notable ejemplo en la basílica francesa de Saint-Remi, en Reims: «En una vidriera aparece un único san Juan, que engloba en una sola figura al Precursor y al Evangelista, fusión subrayada por la presencia, sobre la cabeza, de dos girasoles (los dos solsticios) dirigidos en sentido opuesto: una especie de Jano cristiano, en suma».
No es el único caso. Otro día hablaremos de la presencia de zodiacos en iglesias y catedrales medievales. Hoy es suficiente con comentar que junto a algunos de estos zodiacos, generalmente esculpidos en las fachadas de los templos, y a ambos lados de Cristo, aparecen en ocasiones los "dos Juanes". Están marcando, de este modo, las fechas de los solsticios. ¿Qué simboliza esto? Como bien explica de nuevo Hani:
Del mismo modo que ellos ‘abren’ los dos períodos de la historia marcados por las dos venidas del Salvador, igualmente, en el plano cósmico, ‘abren’ las dos fases del ciclo anual, símbolo reducido del ciclo universal del tiempo y la historia; y en esta función, han reemplazado, desdoblándolo por así decirlo, al Jano bifronte, del que los Collegia fabrorum, antepasados de los constructores de catedrales, celebraban la fiesta en los dos solsticios.
Además, la división en la janua inferni y la janua coeli aparece también en algunas representaciones medievales del Juicio Final, en las que se divide la escena en dos partes: por un lado, los condenados que van al infierno –descienden, igual que el Sol a partir del solsticio de verano, o janua inferni– y, por otro, aquellos que se salvan –ascienden, al igual que el Sol tras el solsticio de invierno, o janua coeli.
En los templos medievales las representaciones de Jano son bastante habituales –además de los casos mencionados–, sobre todo en los zodiacos. Os pongo las imágenes de varios ejemplos. La primera corresponde a una representación del dios existente en la catedral de Amiens, en una serie de los trabajos de los meses. La segunda y la tercera proceden de la catedral de Chartres, también en Francia. En ésta última imagen Jano –aunque no se aprecia en la fotografía– está rodeado de símbolos del zodiaco.
Por supuesto, y como algunos de vosotros ya habréis adivinado, este culto a Jano, y más tarde a los «dos san Juan» en las logias medievales, se conserva en la masonería actual, pues tanto las fiestas solsticiales como los dos «Juanes» tienen gran importancia.·.
