The 7-7 Geometric Code
The London Underground symbol is theta - the 8th letter of the Greek alphabet (another Live 8 connection) - and also signifies death. In the world of mathematics, however, it usually stands for the 'azimuthal angle' of a sphere. Turned 90 degrees, it signifies diameter but also the polar angle (or 'colatitude') which is the angle measured from the north pole of a sphere.
The spherical coordinate system is a major part of the 'code'. The message here pertains to... Washington DC - a city sitting on longitude '77' degrees West, and also New Orleans. The date July 7, in other words, was an allusion to '77 degrees'; and the New Orleans 'Great Flood' was part of and/or hinted by this code.
The basic elements used above have been in existence obviously for hundreds of years. The '7/7' event was 'designed' in part to help us notice the geo-spatial design already set in stone connecting the two great 'Babylon capitals', London and Washington DC; and through that, we were also given a subtle clue or warning about a 'Great Flood' about to be unleashed on New Orleans sitting right on longitude 90°W.

The Battle of New York
The Second Battle for New York
September 15, 1776
General Washington's troops had miraculously escaped New York in the middle of the night and were now camped in New York City. On September 11, 1776, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and Edward Rutledge met with General Howe and his brother, Admiral Howe, but the meeting did not bring any peace.
The Continental retreat from Long Island gave the British control of all Manhattan Island and the Patriots knew it was just a matter of time before the British would attack New York City.
On September 15, 1776, just four days after he met with representatives from the Continental Congress, General Howe and his men crossed the East River in special boats designed for assault and took the city of New York from the Continentals.
There really wasn't any battle. The Patriots fled to the northern part of Manhattan called Harlem Heights. General Howe, Clinton and Cornwallis moved into the Murray house where General Washington had been staying.
Again it would be just a matter of time before the British chased the Patriots from Harlem Heights.

The Landing at Kip's Bay was a British amphibious landing during the New York Campaign in the American Revolutionary War on September 15, 1776, occurring on the eastern shore of present-day Manhattan.
Heavy advance fire from British naval forces in the East River caused the inexperienced militia guarding the landing area to flee, making it possible for the British to land unopposed at Kip's Bay. Skirmishes in the aftermath of the landing resulted in the British capture of some of those militia. British maneuvers following the landing very nearly cut off the escape route of some Continental Army forces stationed further southeast on the island. The flight of American troops was so rapid that George Washington, who was attempting to rally them, was left exposed dangerously close to British lines.
The operation was a decisive British success, and resulted in the withdrawal of the Continental Army to Harlem Heights, ceding control of New York City on the lower half of the island. The following day, however, the British and American troops fought the Battle of Harlem Heights, which resulted in an American victory.

In the days following the escape of American forces from Long Island (August 29-30), 1776, George Washington met with his staff and decided to deploy his forces in three locations:
- Israel Putnam would head 5,000 soldiers in New York City
- William Heath would take a large force north to Harlem Heights
- Nathanael Greene would lead forces in eastern Manhattan along Turtle and Kip’s bays, areas that faced the British across the East River on Long Island.
British General William Howe’s reluctance to initiate immediate pursuit of the American army on Manhattan was rooted in his hope that the Staten Island Peace Conference (September 11) might bear fruit. It did not.
 Early in the morning of September 15, British warships took positions on Kip’s Bay to provide protection for a flotilla of flat-bottomed boats that ferried 4,000 British soliers to Manhattan. American forces under Colonel William Douglas put up meager resistance before breaking and running. Washington observed the disarray from a hilltop vantage point, then rushed on horseback into the fray in an attempt to reform the Patriot lines. His cries of encouragement failed to have the desired effect and, increasingly angry, he swatted fleeing soldiers with the flat side of his sword. It was later noted that both privates and colonels were running from the battle and Washington treated both with “democratic indiscrimination.” The commander’s aides finally grabbed the reins of his horse and pulled him from the field in an effort to avoid his capture.
General Putnam gathered the American forces and marched them along the west side of the island toward Harlem Heights. The recently arrived British soldiers paralleled the American movement, but on the eastern side of Manhattan.
The Battle of Kip’s Bay placed New York City firmly in British hands, where it would remain for the course of the war. The city’s already large Loyalist population grew; other like-minded Americans fled there for protection.
American losses numbered 60 killed and wounded, and more than 300 captured. This dark picture was worsened by the fact that abandoned artillery and supplies fell into their opponents’ hands. By contrast, the British suffered only 12 casualties.
