Su, I read your earlier post about not being able to use the thumbnail handler. I have windows 10 and had to use the 64 bit version. It works for me and I uploaded it to files and documents here
Some of my older psp images did not open at first and I had to right click on them, open with psp 8 (or whatever version you use). Then save it as pspimage. It prompted me that it already existed and ased if I wanted to replace it. I clicked yes and now they all show in the thumbnails.
Hope this works for you.

Oh I hope I can get it to work for me. its been a real pain finding tubes without it.
