This is great, Judy! I would love to try this out but I have gotten some plugins to work and others, a big fail. :-p That is why there are some tutorials I have not tried out. Hope I will soon though! ;)
P.S. I love your little fills :) I have similar noise fills only without the little white pixels. All of my "noise" fills are done without using outside plugins - just regular PSP Noise effect. I change the settings for each layer. One will have for example 30, next 35 and final 40 / Monochrome. Lower numbers give it a light noise, of coarse. And depending on the look I want, I use Uniform or Gaussian. |

Karla, thanks for the tips on making your glitters. As far as the filters go, I have heard several folks say they cannot get older filters to work and they have tried several things. I got the simple quick tile filter to work like this:
I have a separate folder, name qktile. In this folder, is the quick tile plugin and a copy of the MSVCRT10.DLL. I just copied this dll from another location on my computer. I have had good luck with these older plugins if this dll is in the same folder as the plugin. You might give this a try. 
I am using Windows 10 and I still have PSP 8.10. I'm not sure if this will work for what you are using.

I have tried all kinds of things but it will not hurt to try again. Let us see if it will finally work :-) I do have to redo my folders though - it is such a mess! And I have duplicate files too :-p lol
