Oh! This was so much fun and I love the style you came up with! Looks so darn RAWR ;-) I was able to try it out and I believe I did good lol Here are my results:

I wanted to put it against a black background to see how gorgeous the colors are! ♥ All were done following the step by step. I tried to do with the script but it said it cannot run (or something to that effect).

Gosh, I wonder if I used another script

in my script. The best part about the tutorial is being able to play with the settings and create a tag in seconds!

Did you place the two scripts in your Scripts Restricted Folder?
Did the script names show up in your Select Script drop-down menu?
When you ran the script did you only have the background layer and a Vector 1 layer on the canvas?

I'm glad that you were able to navigate through my tutorial notes anyway. I always think that's a good first step. Your results are nice and flashy!

I'm glad that you thought to present this text on a black background, because I think it looks really nice

on black. This text effect kind of has a jewelry feel to it, almost like Marcasite.

how you can get that script to work, because I was thinking of sharing more of my scripts so it would be helpful if we can figure out what the trouble is.

I just looked at the tutorial and I forgot to state to create the text as vector, so I'm going to add that to the instructions. Did you create your text as Vector?

It did the same thing as the Blackout Text tut challenge. All settings for text were done, typed my text as vector and centered it. Then I tried to run script. I did have my text deselected so then I had it floating/defloat, thinking maybe that will do the trick and nope. I followed your steps as close as possible. And yes, they are in correct folder and do show up in the Script drop down menu.

For this one, I cropped and left enough space around text and doll (Halloween doll file name: h05). For background, I used #404040 and added new layer and used a "texture" I made years ago and set it to Burn mode (though it really did not matter since it was black lol). And I added little pixel +s from one of my pixel fills.
