I vas summoning the spirits and brewed this up. Had this dahl opened in my AS for a veek, vaiting for an idea to conjure up!
I used A Charming Font @ 102 & 92 pt (on Judy)
Used SBP to create the gem effect on names; the twinkling spots is a duplicate of name w/ Dissolveblend mode, 23%opacity and 50% Gauss, Monochrome noise applied.
Pixel skulls in bg is from one of my scrolling screen fills (last frame)
